Now that the dust has settled and you've slept on it. What do you think of the OP/ED?
The opening is pretty much the same as the 4th one. It takes a while for it to grow on you but when it does, it becomes the best.
>nothing really major is at stakes in the beggining.
>Josuke's grandpa just died because he looked away from a stand for about 5 seconds
I get what you mean but still, seeing it animated really made me realize how fucking retarded of him it was to not watch that thing non stop for the short period of time he was supposed to.
Haha, I just noticed in the middle of the OP the main casts all pose with their stands, while Koichi just does a pose but they don't show his stand yet. Even though he's standing in an really obvious way that suggests there should be something next to him.
Probably the most fabulous yet.
The yellow sky distracts me a bit though. Is this taking place in Tazmania?
OP is pretty generic
ED is chill as fuck
Bloody Stream = Crazy Noisy Bizarre Town > Sono Chi No Sadame > End of The World > Stand Proud
Bloody Stream > Sono Chi No Sadame = End of The World > Crazy Noisy Bizarre Town (at the moment) > Stand Proud
Honestly though, I fucking love them all regardless
Funny how Smokey was worst Smokey.
Really though, the only thing that keeps me from usually ranking Part 2 higher, is that it doesn't really have much in the way of a strong squad/supporting cast.
I would ask if you meant the best Speedwagon.
But Speedwagon will always be best Speedwagon.
But I already have
There's several ways that the situation could have been resolved quicker than it did.
Jotaro keeping a bottle with him and bottling Necklace instead of punching it would've worked fine.
Man you missed a ton of fun yesterday.
I wasn't really totally on board with the art style at first, but they've managed to convince me at this point.
Although I wouldn't mind more more [Bang] and [Menacing], that always gives me a hearty chuckle, not sure why it's being left out.
To be fair, a new episode came out just yesterday, but I don't think anyone who has been here more than a few years likes how some people insist on making these threads into 24/7 generals. It just stagnates and turns the threads into total shit.
I have a hard time believing that Necklace couldn't break that bottle.
Or why couldn't just make his Stand disappear? It has to go back to your body to do that? I bet if you looked youd find examples where a Stand will disappear without returning to the body physically.
Stands need a physical path back to the body, there have been plenty of cases of them forcefully being held by an opponent. For something that's water, an airtight container prevents recall.
David has finally caved in to fujo pandering, but I couldn't care less. Just imagine how much they're going to sexualise Giorno given how popular he is in Japan. If David sexualises Gappy then I don't know if I'll be able to go on living that nothing more perfect can ever exist.
Like I said, his stand manipulates water and thats why he was able to do those things to people
glass isn't made of water so he couldn't do anything to it
that's why he had to make all the steam, turn on all the faucets, etc...
>Gets involved in like three fights and has no solos
>Josuke is shown hanging out with the Alien almost as much as he is Okuyasu
He's borderline Smokey tier in terms of rekevance
i hope they'll change the OP based on his stand's level
Really liked the new OP. I Miss the CGI, but it still looked great.
It's my 3rd favorite JoJo OP, right after Sono Chi no Sadame and Stand Proud.
So, any predictions for how the OP will evolve?
>Koichi gradually getting his stand added
>Rohan will probably literally pause the OP and draw himself into it, after which he'll appear in the dance montage alongside everyone else normally
>Kira being added for a few seconds once he's revealed
>Maybe some of the other characters get put on the podium once they join the squad, like Yukako and Rohan
Please don't hurt me but
Koichi's grey hair has really grown on me, I don't want it to go back to blonde.
I guess one reason the OP doesn't
standout like the others is because they don't add subs to understand the lyrics. So for now:
Sono Chi no Sadame > Bloody Stream > Crazy Noisy Bizarre Town > Stand Proud = End of the World
OP is literally perfect, from music to visuals.
ED is kinda weak, but I'll get used to it. At least it isn't Meme Star, I'll give it that.
No, it wasn't. They even made a point to show Josuke emptying it out beforehand.
The stand can take on the appearance of water, but it's not water. With nothing to manipulate inside the bottle, the stand couldn't do anything.
This is cringe.
I just thought I should let you know that.
I think Ono does a good job as the polite, somewhat reserved Josuke in these first chapters, but will he be able to pull off the crazy charismatic Josuke later in the series? How will he handle him trying to scam Rohan, or talking shit with Okuyasu?
The sad part is that it actually meshes pretty well.
I suppose Josuke became a police officer after part 4 up until Pucci's bullshit.
Speaking of the hand, how would you make the ability more interesting in fights if the user was super smart instead of a moron?
I'm thinking of something like more precise control of the space he erases instead of the big full palm swing for more precise teleporting, spamming it in quick succession making him warp around super quick.
>>Josuke is shown hanging out with the Alien almost as much as he is Okuyasu
Alien shows up like 7/10 way through the manga, and we hardly ever see Josuke without Okuyasu tagging along.
And even if he never really wins a fight by himself, he pulls several critical assists that Josuke and co. would've been fucked without.
>spamming a mangaka's PO box with memes just to get a memey 90s pop song as an ED in the anime he's associated with only by name and source material
Bro, you might have autism.
The Youtubers's lack of skill notwithstanding, yeah. Regardless, I was absolutely disgusted.
>people say that Okuyasu is shit because he's barely done anything
>implying you'd want to read part 4 where every major fight ends in a single swipe
he's literally Cream tier broken and has no weakness to sunlight
doubtful, considering the Ireneverse was drastically different, it's easy to assume that the event beforehand have been altered as well.
For all we know Jonathan may have either never met Dio or they actually become good brothers
So with the earlier part of EP2 when Aqua Necklace fucks that guy up, did anyone else get a sudden jump in volume when the stand went through the guy's ears/head?
I thought maybe if that was intentional, that is some meta shit and I hope they keep pulling it. That's like making a compilation of JoJo references and not including the King Crimson one.
>Josuke gets the real estate company
>Okuyasu is his VP
>they use their Stands to fix broken-ass buildings and clear away any price-harming clutter in the general area
It's almost too perfect.
It's been how many years now, and I guess we'll never really reach a census on this. I personally like the idea more that it's only post part 5 that was altered since I hate the idea of "lol everything we've been following didn't happen".
Might be for the better if it's just open to interpretation.
How many innocent dogs did Araki consume to write his manga?
Obviously not enough for him
We clearly see that everything repeats exactly as it has been during MiH and the only people that are shown to change are the ones who got killed during it. If morons can't wrap their heads around something they are clearly shown it doesn't mean there's really any dispute, they are just morons.
Rape one, kill one,
rape, kill and castrate one
Have you ever been so mad that you bit a dog's face off and spit it's brain matter down the owner's throat?
Imagine having a 9/10 bitch that would not bother you but at the same time would always agree to fuck because she adores you.
>not hitting that
Koichi is fucking gay.
That's chapter 5 of Angelo's arc, this episode went up to 4. The beginning of next episode will be Angelo telling them about the arrow and then getting stoned completely. Then Kochi and Josuke will be walking to school when Koichi gets arrowed and they'll have the Okuyasu fight (it'll be done in ep 3 since it's so short), and we might get up to Josuke healing Koichi. Either way, Nijimura Brothers will be 3 episodes.
Brilliant choice, but question would be what snippet to put in. Whole song is very long
Also Part 5 ED1 or 2:
Has to be done
I can already see this part's gonna be good.
Stone Ocean was pretty shit but still better than part 5 at least.
>tfw you remember part 6 is canon
>tfw josuke, giorno and their squads never appeared again
>tfw we never got to hear or see how joseph finally died
Why does Araki hate his old characters so much?
He DID hit it eventually though, she was just fucking crazy at first and was going to end up killing him if he stepped out of line. She mellowed out a bit (still crazy though) and in the Cinderella arc they actually start dating.
I don't really give a shit about OP's, they usually sound shit to me. But if there's one thing I love it's JoJo's outros.
Surprised me with Savage Garden, didn't see that one coming and I love it.
Just as SDC, the Part 4 Nico OST has been updated with the new Savage Garden ED and recompiled.
Pastebin updated with the new link. A new version of the torrent version will be going up soon as well.
pw remains the same as the others & is in the pastebin.
He loves them which is why he retired them. He doesn't want to tarnish his fan's memories of them by bringing them back and underperforming, so he always looks to the future and tries creating new characters. He always wants to innovate, so as nice as a return to older characters would be he's not gonna do it (unless it's Rohan because the Nips love him and Araki enjoys writing him).

I can't stop watching and jamming to the OP.
David fooled me with "buy merchandise or no DIU anime".
Well i bought it and they fucked me over with changing Wataru. So fuck them, i hope there won´t be enough money for part 5.
>Rohans just standing there being sour
He's no doubt had the idea but I think he's happier working on the new canon. The old universe is finished, let it rest imo. Araki has a pretty good track record for a series that's run this long and it's entirely due to the fact that the series is always moving forwards and doesn't drag itself down with looking back all the time.
Why did this arc have to start with a villain who was edgy as fuck? Sure, the series as a whole has grit, but this guy was edgy to the point of being comical.
Araki seemingly always has a different tone in mind from the beginning of a part than at the end of it. The only exceptions are 1 and 2 for being so short and 5 which I think was consistent in it's tone from the beginning throughout (while not as consistent with a lot of other elements).
Part 2 is a direct sequel with returning characters: Speedwagon, Straits, Erina. It deals directly with part 1, the origin of the stone mask, Joseph is Jonathan grandson.
Part 3 is a direct sequel again. Joseph and Dio are returning characters, with Suzi Q being a minor returning character. This basically takes off where the end of part 1 left off.
Part 4 is the first break since the central arc of the series is now over, with DIO being defeated. However Araki retconned the bow and arrow into existence so part 4 becomes somewhat related to part 3. Jotaro and Joseph both are returning characters, meaning it stretched back 2 parts, so even though the main plot is mostly just slice of life murder mystery stuff in a japanese town, it still has the legacy.
Part 5 starts with Jotaro and Koichi investigating Dio's son, and has Polnareff at the end, but nothing ever comes of the initial premise of Jotaro and Koichi trying to make good relations with Giorno and/or investigate him (they both disappear with no closure at the start). Polnareff feels really randomly thrown in at the end. Overall Vento Aureo ends up feeling like an overly long jojo side story, because Araki didn't link it in with previous JoJo enough. This is the first part to not feature the previous part's JoJo since part 2, but Jonathan was dead.
Part 6 returns to the "main" story with DIO featuring prominently, and the main villain is his successor. Jotaro from part 3 is the only returning character. Again the previous part's JoJo is nowhere to be seen.
I think part 5 and 6 would have been received far better had:
>P5 been linked in more with part 3-4 somehow
>Giorno being DIO's son became a lot more relevant to the central plot, Koichi and Jotaro don't just disappear
>Polnareff being the returning character wasn't as random
That being said, P5 was good as it was. I just don't like the entire premise and plot of P6.
From a directional point of view, Part 1 and Part 2 are equally worthy of best OP.
Flashiest has to be Part 2, Part 3 OP2 or Part 4 OP1 though you're right.
But best song goes to Part 1's OP hands down.
Except that we can't get away from DIO for even 5 minutes. But overall, yes.
To hook in part 3 fans who had just come down from the most grandiose, herculean battle of series that had been building up for 3 whole parts.
Going from that to slice of life hijinks is an extreme tonal shift. I guarantee there will be a lot anime only friends who drop the series after a few episodes. They want "GAR manly epicness", which to be fair is awesome and all, and won't understand why JoJo has suddenly become a murder mystery slice of life.
(note part 4 is my favourite, so I'm not dissing it here)
I think he threw Jotaro away for part 5 because he didn't want to figure out how the interaction between King Crimson and The World would go.
I wish Koichi had been featured more, though.
Who started reading the manga after watching this? Art is pretty shit, and hideo araki doesn't know anatomy very well...can anyone spoonfeed a anon on the story?
I'm glad he started the new universe since I enjoyed SBR (and am enjoying jojolion) far more than 5-6. As much as it pains me that we never got to see Joseph or the part 4 crew again I am happy that SBR was created.
These make sense. I appreciate the answers, yo.
The whole thing was still dorky, though.
he probably had more for jotaro and koichi to do in his initial draft before deciding he didn't really want them for the story after all, and then polnareff was the only other guy who was close to the action on the map
also then a bit of wasted opportunity with the p5 gang supposedly going to florida at the time, but probably another case of not finding a satisfactory way of working them into the plot
It's really less about Dio the character and more about him being a convenient excuse to make things happen. Jojo is ultimately just a sort of framework for Araki to tell a bunch of self-contained stories instead of some grand overarching plot.
I think its fine. Its just araki telling stories he wanted to tell, even in part 4 its obvious jotaro is just a side character even though it feels strange to have a former MC as one.
Guy with a magic arrow that gives people psychic powers is going around and randomly giving random people them. Jojo and co. run into 100% of them and eventually they meet a serial killer who becomes the final boss.
Yandere gloms on koichi, not the good kind either
Magic cook makes food that seems to be evil but its not so the MC is confused on whether to punch or not
Some electricity guy tries to kill joseph when he comes to meet his son.
Theres a frog like guy that uses his power to make money by collecting coins and he makes friends with MC. They bicker over the money and fight a little but make up before final boss kills him for finding out he exists.
Magic manga guy makes manga from peoples memories and stuff so they have to stop him from being a dick.
Cool thing about part 4 is that they don't just kill all the people they meet and characters outside the MC cast get focus for some arcs.
I don't really want to go into fanfiction territory here, but my main criticisms/desires of part 5:
>Like previous parts Part 5 had had a previous jojo as part of the main crew the entire way through, playing a supporting role
>Giorno being Dio's son became relevant
>Diavolo wasn't just an edgy crazy guy
I'd write one for stone ocean but i'd basically be rewriting the entire story from scratch so it'd basically be fanfiction. What do people here think might have improved the story of part 6?
3 has 154 and 4 has 174. They could do it but it'd be a pretty tight squeeze. iirc 5 has 155 and 6 has 158, so they'd fit 48 episodes easily. Then 7 was 96 but it switched to monthly chapters about 20 chapters in so it's like the same length as DiU technically, and 8 is 52 monthly chapters so far.
The only thing I hear about usually when people talk about jojo is how the final battles played out and stone ocean is usually cited as the worst for the bullshit it pulled. I think its good that araki does different things though so its not always 'MC beats the final boss and lives on happily"
I mean there are returning characters, but I meant like full on revisiting an old cast and just doing new shit with them. As cool as it would be for nostalgic purposes, I don't think it'd be good quality-wise.
>The old universe is finished
This is quite possibly the stupidest thing I've ever read.
I would hope that Araki isn't so stupid as to spit at his audience by taking over a decade of build up and just making it meaningless. There has to be something that brings it all together. Otherwise the "universe reset" will literally just cement Araki as a hack.
Part 1: n/a
Part 2: Previous JoJo dead
Part 3: Previous JoJo part of main squad
Part 4: Previous JoJo part of main squad*
Part 5: Previous JoJo not featured
Part 6: Previous JoJo not featured**
Part 7: n/a
Previous JoJo dead
*also features another older jojo
**features an older jojo right at the start and end
>Like previous parts Part 5 had had a previous jojo as part of the main crew the entire way through, playing a supporting role
How would that have worked?
Would make shit way too easy with Star Platinum
I don't think he'd really fit in
Personally the whole draw of The Hand to me is that it's an incredibly powerful and versatile stand with an idiot user. Most characters are clever and can go far even with seemingly weak or limited stands.
>you'll just miss out of jotaro and josephs backstory but it isn't relevant to this parts character much anyways.
>EVERYTHING THAT SETS UP PART 4'S STORY ISN'T RELEVANT
You're fucking retarded.
Dio's sons were lame and forgettable as fuck. Probably the greatest tragedy of part 6.
I was really hoping Giorno/Josuke would arrive for a joestar tagteam battle to finish the JoJo manga with. I know that's cliché as fuck and Araki does his best to avoid cliché but I'm never going to stop being sad about this
It's been finished for a while. It's common knowledge that the SBRverse is completely separate from the Ireneverse. It's been finished for over a decade anon. And the ending of Part 6 didn't make it all for nothing, the main cast's souls are now in new bodies that finally got to have normal lives free from DIO and Pucci's bullshit. That was the point of 6. The series was never building to anything huge like that, each part was meant to be it's own thing and 6 was intended to be the thematic end of the series.
>tfw GioGio was coked out of his mind during Stone Ocean and Josuke was too busy working as policeman
Didn't he once swipe near a sign with some kanji on it, which erased one of the syllables and transformed it into a completely different kanji? If I've remembered that right, that means he can even erase things in a completely metaphysical sense. I mean, he eventually pulled off some clever moves with erasing space (like getting above Chili Peppers when it was speeding away on a scooter), but he doesn't seem to even realize that The Hand can do shit like that.
Sorry, I don't think this one is going to grow on me even with the additions in upcoming episodes. It's still just a generic harem show OP and the animation isn't impressive at all to make up for the switch from 3D. We go from high-energy amazing animation OPs, with subtle details hidden in practically every frame, to this generic barely-animated whatever. We've all seen this OP a million times. It's trying way too hard to look like Persona 4 while not even pulling it off as well. Song starts off strong but lands on meh by the end of it, just another OP song with vague disco influences but not enough to be flavor the song and stop it from being boring. Definitely the worst OP yet. Only seem real sick ass BITES ZA DUSTO stuff would redeem it a little.
Very nice. Song was an excellent choice and the artwork definitely looks like stuff that Araki himself would draw. The pose Josuke strikes at the end of the road is especially good. It's pretty obvious that they're trying to make Josuke look like a real dreamboat for those fujobux, and I don't mind at all because it's pretty true to the manga stylistically.
Are you ready for stand battles to be more strategic instead of punch ghosts?
You think the anime only jojo fans will love it?
>the anime itself
-pacing is good, much faster than SDC
-new minimalist style allows them to save budget for when it really matters, I don't expect another Episode 47 DIO's World fiasco
-some QUALITY but not enough to be distracting
-overall the anime just looks really nice, it's pleasing to the eye and they really capture Josuke well visually
-I like the new Josuke voice actor, he's real good, but his DORAs are fuckin weak man. Who thought it was a good idea for Crazy Diamond Koichi is considerably worse than ASB but who cares about him.
-The filler they add is good.
-Going by what we've seen so far, this will be good but not live up to the manga. Something about the recent anime adaptions captures the superficial elements of JoJo but not the heart and soul. Stands usually look good, voice acting is good, artstyle is good. But emotional moments feel cheapened, some of the subtleties are just missing, they often bungle the tension of fights, some things are presented as comedic when they shouldn't be and some things are too serious and we linger on them for just too long. At the end of the day I think the new directors just aren't as good as the people who handled Part 1 and 2 animes.
He was clearly too scared of all the crocodiles.
His fear of reptiles was such a big part of his personality too.
Like naming an manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure even though it ISN'T JoJo's Bizarre Adventure even though it IS? Fuck off.
The story either WILL tie back to the previous parts or Araki will botch the ending proving himself to actually be a hack at story telling.
I love JoJo's but if the universe reset literally removes the seven parts / several fucking years of build up it is the shittiest thing to ever happen to the series.
Seems like people have stopped complaining about Jotaro's DIU anime design now. Took them long enough.
>The series was never building to anything huge like that, each part was meant to be it's own thing
This is spot on and I have no idea how so many people don't get this. The individual stories are a lot of fun but if you try to look at it as some big overarching storyline it doesn't really work too well.
>generic harem show OP
>trying to be Persona
>All the fight-capable Joestars coming together to kick Pucci's teeth in
Something tells me that Josuke restoring a piece of the frame that broke off when Pucci commandeered it with C-Moon, just so everyone can chase after him, would be awesome.
The build up was for Stone Ocean, whether it paid off is another thing entirely. And you seem to be forgetting the part where SBR wasn't JoJo's Bizarre Adventure for the first 20 chapters? It was another series altogether back when Stone Ocean was the last part. After a while since it was so similar to JJBA they just slapped that at the beginning of SBR's title for marketing purposes since it recycled character names (most of them are completely different from the characters they reference) and even recycled Stands after Araki realised that the Spin wasn't as versatile as he'd hoped.
Also further proof that everyone who uses the word "fandom" is cancer
>after Araki realised that the Spin wasn't as versatile as he'd hoped.
I still miss hamon tho
You're looking at it the wrong way. The first six parts are one story, the next ones are another one. Think of something like the Final Fantasy games for example. They're not linked in plot in any way despite sharing the name, but a new one coming out doesn't make an older finished one not exist anymore.
>each part was meant to be it's own thing
>Part 1 - Jonathan, Hammon, Dio & the Stone Mask
>Part 2 - Joseph, Hammon, the Pillar Men & the Stone Mask
>Part 3 - DIO and Stands
>Part 4 - Joseph's Son and Grandson and Stands
>Part 5 - DIO's Son and Stands
>Part 6 - Joseph's Grandson, Jotaro's Daugher, DIO's follower and Stands
>EACH PART WAS MEANT TO BE IT'S OWN THING
Rigid, serious, menacing, mean, red background evokes feeling of stress and intensity
Softer, smiling, content, bigger and more innocent eyes, blue sky background evokes tranquillity and inner peace
Did Morioh change Jotaro as a person briefly before he became an asshole again? Quite possibly. Morioh seems relaxing and healing.
I didn't mean literally, they take place in the same universe and there's a very loose overarching plot but each one is very much it's own story that can work on it's own.
I think it's good he dropped it when he did. It hadn't been completely burnt out but it's applications were fully explored and rather than try and drag it out as long as he could he mercifully stopped it before we came to hate it. Always leave them wanting more.
You didn't enjoy any of them? Not one Jojo OP?
This guy sounds autistic as fuck.
2 and to a lesser extent 3 were fairly straightforward sequels but it got much muddier after that. In time Jojo ended up being just a framework for Araki to do whatever. Look at part 5, it's just a result of Araki wanting to do a story about gangsters in Italy. Giorno being Dio's son is just an excuse to have another Joestar, its actual importance in the story is minimal.
>I think it's good he dropped it when he did. It hadn't been completely burnt out but it's applications were fully explored and rather than try and drag it out as long as he could he mercifully stopped it before we came to hate it. Always leave them wanting more.
I'm just sad Joseph didn't get to use it in Part 3. His stand was by far the weakest and only served to move the plot. So a little bit of Hamon in the middle of a bunch of stand fights would have been fun, more so if they used hamon AND stands.
I feel like Part 6 got bogged down a lot by trying to relate it back to events in part 3. N'Doul with a sniper rifle and D'Arby Sister didn't help it stand out much early on, either.
>Look at part 5, it's just a result of Araki wanting to do a story about gangsters in Italy.
I'm pretty sure if that were the case THEY WOULDN'T HAVE STANDS AND GIORNO WOULDN'T BE DIO'S SON AND KOICHI WHO GOES TO SCHOOL WITH JOSEPH'S SON WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN SENT BY JOTARO WHO'S JOSEPH'S GRANDSON WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN SENT TO SPY ON HIM.
>actual importance in the story
>literally just a song describing what is happening in a 3D opening
>motherfucking bloody stream
seriously how the hell did araki come up with all those insane crap?
i have read tons of manga for more than 14 years but never have i seen someone came up with light refraction turning people into snail, plague spreading dinosaur virus, or goddamn king crimson
>when Johnny´s father showed up at the end
>I'm just sad Joseph didn't get to use it in Part 3
He does and fails miserably. He also tries it against DIO, and it fails miserably.
eh, I'd say it's more like this
Bloody Stream > Sono Chi No Sadame = Stand Proud > Crazy Noisy Bizarre Town > End of The WORLD
End of The WORLD >>> Sono Chi No Sadame > Bloody Stream >> Stand Proud >>> Crazy Noisy Bizarre Town
I always loved how every intro spoiled pretty much the whole part, but it was so clever that we didn't notice until we actually saw it happen. Crazy Noisy Bizarre Town doesn't do that, it's pretty generic when it comes to intros. It's just the main cast dancing and posing.
Welcome to Jojo threads.
Well i mean, characters have different pose. But you can always tell that one, that one only belongs to "him".
This is for example Josuke.
>they take place in the same universe and there's a very loose overarching plot but each one is very much it's own story that can work on it's own.
Alright then, let's see about that. First let's take Part 2 without Part 1.
Joseph is a nobody because he isn't a Joestar because Jonathan never existed. The Pillar Men lose all purpose in the plot because their goal is the Stone Mask which no longer exists because it was introduced in Part 1. And lastly, Joseph would have no way to defeat the Pillar Men because Hammon was introduced in Part 1 as well. Should I continue into Part 3 without a Part 2 or 1 or do you admit how fucking stupid you are.
But the part 4 crew is infinitely better than Gio and the part 5 crew, what the fuck
>Shorter OP runtime
>Shorter ED runtime
>No next episode Preview
David going down to the wire to fit everything in.
By the time we reach part 7, ED will around 1 minute long and probably no OP
You could of at least looked lyrics up before implying something, it's all about their final destination, hyping up their last battle. And come on buddy, "muh bloody stream" is not an argument.
Or a plankton made with dead bodies
Honestly, I like it too. I just hope it goes super saiyan. If it stays Grey and goes super saiyan, then I'm completely fine with it, but if it doesn't, I will be pretty dissapointed.
But if it does go blonde and super saiyan then I'm cumming my pants off
I know the artstyle changed midway through part 4, but could they at least have made Jotaro look somewhat more manlier and muscular
He looks like such a faggot now
Yes, but if someone told you "show me Josuke´s pose" you would do this, right ?
Standing there with his arms as his side looking awkward and like he doesn't want to be there
It's the most uninspired, cringy, and rushed of all the OPs. It feels like they had like one day to write it.
It's ok. The visuals makes up for it, but it's still my least favorite, and the only JoJo OP that I've skipped while watching the show.
>this faggot desperately wanting to believe that the story has an ultimate payoff that Araki was somehow planning 30 years ago
The difference between the claims other posters are making and yours are that theirs have been sourced here time and time again to the point where they are common knowledge. If the faggots would provide the sources to newfriends like yourself then we wouldn't have all this shitposting occurring.
Probably, but that's just because it caught on in fan art for some reason. Giorno does his shirt pull a lot and Jotaro can't stop pointing his goddamn finger in your face, but no other Jojo has an actual defined trademark pose.
As in you can read it and understand what's happening you pedantic fuck. You miss out on character backstories and world building but you can read any of the parts and have it make sense as a standalone story.
He looks great now. Much more fitting the vibe of part 4 rather than the 80s globetrotting epic that is part 3. Just like in the manga.
He's still the biggest guy around, stop being a baby.
Doesn't Giorno only do his shirt pull in the GANGSTAR panel?
>this and build up to this, is considered slapped together
All right then
I think it's the one he's doing in this webm
They are but each part is written in a way that you can understand everything without reading prior parts. Reading them enhances your experience however, but they aren't required.
Either you're moving the goalposts now or I'm being baited. If I'm being baited then hol fuck you did a good job. Your technique is infallible.
Either they're stand alone or they aren't.
You can either remove the other parts completely or you can't.
And at the end of the day, the real answer is YOU CAN'T.
Every single part is tied up in the previous parts.
Yes but they're written in such a way that you can understand the story of one part without reading any previous ones. It's done on purpose which is what I'm getting at. I don't remember if I used the term 'standalone' or not earlier, but if I did it was a shitty choice of words.
I know, I'm saying the pose he's doing in that fan video is his most famous pose.
>BY A WIDE MARGIN!
But that doesn't change the fact that they are still ALL FUCKING CONNECTED.
It is still ONE STORY.
And if said story does not tie back to the previous universe then Araki is a fucking hack.
He looked at an amazing world he had build, couldn't figure out what he was doing with it and then wiped his ass with it and threw it away.
OR its still all connected and this alternate universe story is a very elaborate ruse which would make for a huge pay off and an amazing plot twist.
Do we know Kyou Nijimura's real name yet?
Is she the Jotaro of SBRverse?
Hello Mr RANDOM CAPITAL letter man. I'd just like to INFORM you that typing random WORDS in capitals doesn't make your argument ANY more convincing and in fact makes you sound like an IDIOT. GOOD DAY TO YOU.
>TFW part 5 anime will get low ratings
>TFW we'll never get part 7 anime
Here's a more complete one I made a couple of years ago. It's a tad outdated now though.
>SBR unsullied by animu meme cancer force
Which is highly unlikely. It has been stated and known for a while that the new universe is unconnected from the old. He could decide to connect them one day but for now there's no reason to expect it. I never meant that they weren't one story, so sorry if that was implied. I just meant that they can be read as individual stories.
iirc Kira apparently wiped it from the book when the Rock Humans were after him to protect her if they went after Holly. I don't remember though. So her last name is most likely Kira or Joestar-Kira like Holly.
Wait so all the Higashikata males have Jo- names. So are they all JoJos?
Whereas the Joestar family became the Kira family and thus can't be called "jojo" anymore. But the Kiras still have the Joestar birth mark and the Higashikatas don't!
THIS IS ALL WRONG! REEEEEE
It's OK, I like it more than p3's but not nearly as much as p1/2.
Love it. Absolute 90s, fits the tacky-but-cool FABULOUS that Araki's style started to take on in this part.
>He has stated that the universes are separate continuities before. What's so hard to grasp?
The fact that you faggots haven't provided a single valid source on him making this statement or even whether or not said statement, if he even fucking made it, clearly outlines what he means by it.
I know it's a matter of taste, but what about it, I like it, how it starts calm and gradually speeds up and all of their voice become more tense than it probably should of been and it's perfectly build up to the last massive ORA rush and that 'Hikari to yami no Destiny' before last two chorus part is so good. And Coda how is fucking dying there, maybe it's just me but i only feel hype in there, and DIO's invasion is only making it better because song is inseparable from visuals at this point.
>So are they all JoJos?
Only Norisuke IV because the "suke" kanji in his Josuke is the same one that gives pompadour Josuke and sailor Josuke their second "jo". The others only have one.
Where can I watch DIU, not counting crunchyroll?
I'd say either that or the spaghetti punch panel.
Not him but I made a post earlier about it. T=IIt's true but it's been known for ages so no one posts the source anymore. Unfortunately I don't have it but maybe someone else will. I can attest to it existing though, I've read it myself from the source before.
I like the idea, but the ED just isn't vivid and animated enough for it to work.
Unless they got the rights to it last year then there's no chance, after an artist dies their work increases in value enormously. Bowie was already pretty expensive but the cost of licensing his songs now is probably like more than half of the total production costs of the anime, not even joking.
My body will never be able to handle it
It's been known for upwards of 5 years bud, I didn't think to keep the link with me for the rest of time. If you keep posting passive aggressively then you're less likely to actually get it and you'll just get more faggots telling you you're wrong. It's how this place works.
