Redline is my favorite.

The art has got an insane amount of energy, the story is concise and expertly-told, and it doesn't overstay its welcome. It does want it wants to and then it ends. Also has one of the best fucking finales I've ever seen.

John Denver is the man and Shizuku a cute. Plus it has a nice life lesson. My all around favorite Ghibli film.
