In usage on 2ch it's used to deride anyone with a girlfriend, job, pays for his own apartment/car or house, has interests in the 3d world outside of anime, or maybe even has kids; almost the exact same circumstances we would use "normie" to deride someone on this side of the ocean. what the fuck do you want them to translate it to?
