I watch my stuff in PotPlayer, which lets me set a screenshot folder and then press CTRL+E to take a screenshot. The extra couple options they give are really handy too.

I can take screenshots in the correct resolution even though I'm watching fullscreen. I can take screenshots with or without subtitles.

As a result I can take up to 200 screenshots per episode without any effort, depending on how screenshottable the episode is and my mood.
