There is also fuck zero difference if its "battle shounen" , seinen or magic academy harem with abttles in terms of production. Considering how Sunrise/Toei adapt low budget long running series, Pierrot is actually pretty decent up there as it manages with poor budget still make decent episodes at times.

Rokuro decided to fight Yuuto, Benio followed. Rokuro decided to take the test to go to the island, Benio followed. Rokuro decided to rescue Sayo, Benio followed.

The one time Benio took a decision of her own was one she went to fight Kamui. But she went solo and got her ass kicked.

Decent first episode but it seems like one of those show that would be much more enjoyable if you marathon it. I mean especially with it apparently being 4 cours. I'd probably forget what was in the beginning or lose interest half way through if I have to wait for a year for it to end.

Bonus point's for MCs weapon though. I have a huge boner for gauntlet/boots weapons.
