EAT SHIT FAGGOT. FALL OFF YOUR HORSE
Opened up the unfinished but claimed ones.
5 to go!
98% of them haven't even read the manga or watched the anime
they just see crossover pics of their favorite characters as jotaro with star platinum like, sorry for this, pic related.
fuck why did i repost this
who wants some cringey SU x jojo crossovers i have?
yeah i was joking
i aint posting more of that shit tho
This pic represents my headcanon that Kira found Diavolo on one of his many death trips and put an end to the cycle.
Thought I'd share this. Jojo boxset I bought had the first volume signed by the OVA's music director Marco D'ambrosio.
I forgot how depressing the whole affair situation was, even though Araki tries to play it as a joke most of the time.
This. I felt like Josuke's troubled family really humanized him. Like Araki was making a statement about how a lot of grow up out of messed up backgrounds but can still be great people because of it.
TBQH, I don't think the new anime will surpass the original manga. We'll never get another Part 2 anime where it just knocks it out of the park so hard that it's honestly better than the original. The new directions at David just aren't as good. THAT SAID, Part 4 looks really nice, the minimalist approach they're using looks pretty good, capture Josuke's QTness and lets them save budget for the important scenes.
That said, Part 5 and 6 weren't that good to begin with and will probably be more fun to watch than they were to read. I look forward to those adaptations in like 2020.
I'm looking forward to Passione shenanigans. Dancing in the middle of a torture session, Fugo and Mista fucking with Narancia, all that good shit.
Also many fights have potential to look great in motion, particularly Bruno's.
I don't know if Part 2 surpasses the source material.
I think it does in some aspects but fails in others. I found Whamu's death to be a lot less powerful in the anime, for example.
What both Part 1 and 2 anime succeeded greatly was the overall stylistic modernization, so it doesn't feel as dated, and nailing the rythm.
>tfw you will never ever watch the Bloody Stream OP for the first time again
The retranslated Part 5 is actually pretty good so far, and I always liked Stone Ocean. I'm still expecting the anime to improve on them though.
My only issue with Part 5 currently is that Giorno is basically DIO Jr for the first third since he has no character development until White Album. Given the setting it's hard to see his growth though, Jonathan, Joseph, Josuke and even Jotaro were able to somewhat express their growth to the people around them so it made it obvious. Giorno can't do that because it'd be a sign of weakness since no one trusts him at first. It ties back into his character development later as he realises that he can't be the larger than life hero he needs to be.
I see why Part 5 is so divisive in the English fanbase and I hope the anime can help in understanding Giorno's character more.
I'm looking forward to the new one just to see what details go into it. And next year's OP since it'll have a focus on Kira, the last few episodes might get an extra but added like the DIO bit in End Of The WORLD. I imagine Kira will yell BAITSU DASUTO and it'll rewind to the beginning of the OP but when the main characters first appear they all explode and it ends with Kira laughing as everything swirls away into black like when he activates BtD and then the episode starts.
It can create and control life since it produces heaps of life energy. That's why getting punched by it invigorates you, but getting punched enough causes your mind to move ahead of your body and paralyse you temporarily. It has super high Developmental Potential because he learns all sorts of ways to apply it, like making small animals, recreating flesh to heal and extracting antibodies to vaccinate himself from Purple Haze's virus.
it's probably terrible you can decide if you want it
>tfw you have anime-only friends who dropped the series once Part 3 started
I honestly didn't even know that Giorno had a character arc like that, prob cuz the translation is shit. It's a shame that at the rate we're going, the first good English translation of Part 5 might wind up being the anime.
Something I just thought about since we're discussing OP 2; in OPs 3 and 4, we only see Kakyoin with his red hair color once, when he's doing an Emerald Splash in the chorus of Stand Proud. In every other shot he's got a Silverish-Lavendery kind of color in his hair. I wonder why he was stylized like that in the OP.
If Holly could control her stand what would its power be?
Fine by me. Kakyoin with his white/silver hair is awesome.
Fortunately I still can pass on the homoerotic stuffs as shits and giggles with my friends.
It's just part 1 is probably a bit cliche in a boring way compared to over the top total homoerotic Part 2 for them to watch.
Yea, green uniform and red hair Kakyoin had too much momentum to change, what with him appearing like that in both of the fighting games. Then again, that didn't stop them from putting black/grey into of blue/pink Jotaro.
Did Araki ever actually depict Kak with red hair and green uniform on any of the covers?
This was the only one, but it was also the first one to show him in color.
Most of the art Araki did for the games didn't even match the look of the game
Her stand controls people's minds and allegiances.. When you're under the influence of her stand, you always feel at home. Like you would do anything for her, even risk your own life to save her...
To be fair Kakyoin was a first-day transfer student IIRC, so it'd make sense that he might not have received his new uniform yet.
And it's pretty obvious that Jotaro's uniform is heavily modified, with the chains and faded cap and all that.
Do you think she ever got to see old Joseph when he came to Morioh? I can't imagine how that would feel, seeing the man you love and created a child with, all shriveled up and on the verge of death. What if he didn't remember her?
Tomoko knew what the fuck she was getting into fucking a man in his sixties, good shape or not.
I'm not inclined to feel too sad about her, given she was an adult who had a one night stand. (No pun intended.) Granted, Joseph WAS a huge scumbag for cheating on Suzie, and for probably not telling Tomoko he was married, but that's a separate issue.
Where the fuck do I click to read this
No, you're not being baited I'm just retarded. Don't feel bad at least I read stickies right?
Finally finished mine. Made a few changes (no favorite voice, no least favorites because I don't really dislike anything besides maybe Tower of Gray)
Breddy gud taste all around, but
>no least favorites because I don't really dislike anything
That's not what a least favorite is. You can still like something but less so than everything else. I like Kars as a villain, but I like every other villain better, so he's my least favorite.
well he wasn't the final fight :^)
it was just an excuse since i didn't really have one, but i really like valentine and pucci in addition to kira
even so, most of them were blank to me or tied between PB/VA stuff, but i still like both of those parts
Pretty good but why manhattan transfer? Also why the SBR hate?
Also I just realized even though BT is in my top 3 parts and Joseph is my #2, the only representation it got on mine is Caesar's death
Saw this posted on /v/. Would you say it's accurate?
no those are stupid anyway
WHERE THE FUCK IS 「DIRTY LOOPS」
Also here was one anon's justification for it:
>wii u is played for laughs but when it does something good it does it perfectly, past consoles were hella fun without depending on super strong hardware
>ps4 is powerful but often overrated, and now gets a more powerful version with close to PC specs
>PC is arguably the strongest but gets outshined by ps4 and xbone at times, has the most control over its capabilities and is versatile
>xbox one got rekt early, then came back, then died again
>3ds is often the funny and casual game machine but has some amazing games and gets new versions just like polnareff appearing in other parts
>the vita was cool but didnt get enough exposure and died
I still feel bad because she probably didn't want it to be a one night stand, look at how in love she is when talking about him. Not to mention the fact that she still had Josuke to begin with.
When I did mine pretty much all my least favorites were part 1 related. Which people took to mean I despise phantom blood.
Its just how peoples minds work.
I wanna do things with Jolyne
It's not what you dislike, it's the one that you like less than the others. The charts are kinda useless without that row since you need both to get a proper grasp on someone's taste.
I just realised how much KC and Epitaph resemble the Stone Mask with the slot for the Red Stone of ABAJ. Since Epitaph can pop out of that slot, do you think you could put the Red Stone in King Crimson? Or Epitaph in the Stone Mask? What the fuck would happen?
Was it ever mentioned under what circumstances they met? I imagine they would have had to known each other for a while, for Tomoko's feelings to still be so strong after 16 years of abandonment. Joseph must have made one hell of an impression.
It's not Limp Bizkit you idiots, it's Boku no Rhythm wo Kiitekure, the Stand from SBR that turned objects into bombs, with those pins that pulled themselves out and you had to hold them in place to prevent the explosion. I thought it was a pretty good fight, though.
Limp Bizkit is his least favourite Stand.
I said least favorite fight not stand. The purple bird.
I don't understand why people like part 7 it's easily the worst part. Johnny literally has no motivation for anything. His backstory is just "muh feels" garbage. Gyro is the worst brojo too, an executioner from strict parents with gold grills? Please just that makes him shitty a character. Valentine is also the worst villain of the series. Just american patriotism, no complicated motivation at all. And the whole thing with jesus was stupid to. Jesus has never existed in reality so the idea of finding his corpse parts is not logical. the rain man and molested time man is easily the worst stand battles in the series. You don't really even see their stands at all and instead of figthing they talk about boring stuff (When there is to much text i just skip)
I'll admit I just woke up and only got about
2 and a half hours of sleep, that's probably the
reason why I can't read right now. I really am
sorry for this mistake, I'll take that as a lesson
to not reply until I'm fully awake.
Try again next time. You might want to remove the Jesus part, makes it a bit too obvious.
>Nothing is happening
>4chan this calm
This is blasphemous we need to change that,
so here's best grill.
Which part had the best stand designs overall?
That's meh tier famila, Narancia is top tier. Yukako is not even on par with Narancia.
I think the stands in Part 5 had some mad aesthetic. But honestly in my opinion I think Part 5
had some nicely designed stands.
I would have answered jotaro before but he is slowly becoming one of my favorite JoJo's. I would say he is one of the most complicated JoJo's and because of his personality you have to interpret why he acts like he do yourself.
Please no bully
I don't remember half of the shit
>Kars least fav villain
>2 fav parts
>Pleb Platinum and It Just Works Man
kill la kill urself my man
Your taste is probably the most generic, yet objectively alright taste I've seen in this thread.
>Kars least fav villain
Name a villain worse than Kars
I liked him much better than
>muh power and world domination
Dio does it better
>2 fav parts?
What's wrong with that?
>It just works meme
>Not understanding how he works
Well, can't argue with that
my taste is probably really shit.
so many close choices. I wanted to put KQ and or other close choices in a lot of these.
>rereading Grateful Dead
>Buccellati is about to jump out of the train and take Prosciutto with him
>he's screaming for him to stop
>'aw, come on, you started it!'
>then proceeds to jump
Say what you will about Part 5 but there were some fucking golden moments.
Okay, I'll bite
Dio (not DIO) is a power tripping brat with inferiority complex that would have died more than once if not for Jonathan being too kind and naive
Kira is fairly shit as far as villains go, he was nothing more than an autistic fetishist (no, aesthics don't make him a better villain, just a better character)
Now consider the fact that Kars' research allowed him and his 3 bros to reach superhuman levels and would eventually lead to complete world domination long before JJBA even happens if not for his own kin being butthurt betas
You can't deny that part 2 was only resolved thanks to Joseph's plot armor
Valentine is arguably the best written JoJo villain but Kars is simply the most menacing
>2 fav parts
it says 'favourite part' there, not 'parts'
>implying even Araki knows how King Crimson works
all explanations are headcanon
He had 2000 years to think of his keikaku and had little to no screen time to show his relationship with the tribe
>tfw no pillar men SoL jojo spinoff of Kars and AC/DC with shota Whammu and Santana
>it's a 'King Crimson doesn't makes sense in English so I'll pretend that even Araki doesn't know what's up with it!' episode
Seriously, it's not that hard to fucking grasp.
>all explanations are headcanon
It doesn't make sense because it's implied to move Diavolo to the parallel universe yet he can come back and appear at another location in the base universe
It simply can't work like that because the earth is always moving and he'd end up in space
>Kira is fairly shit as far as villains go, he was nothing more than an autistic fetishist (no, aesthics don't make him a better villain, just a better character)
He was interesting because he wasn't a superpowered freak out to change the world to his liking, he was just an insane psychopath. He's different from the rest.
At least you're reading the manga, hope you enjoy part 4. I suggest you read the colored scans, part 6 has fully colored scans too. Part 5's got a shitty translation mid-way through but don't skip it.
Unlike all other Jojos he never lost a fight in his main part and all his personality - silent but kind punk is pretty boring. I'm not telling he is bad jojo, just the most boring
What the fuck do you mean by parallel universes? King Crimson has nothing to do with that and he doesn't teleport or anything, so the problem of returning to an exact spot that arises in some powers is irrelevant.
He can't interact with anything during the erased time so he should fly right through the earth as it moves
Or he could be observing the base universe with Epitath and teleport back when he needs to or when the erased time ends
None of this makes sense
I'm here, glad you're enjoying it.
That's such a minor thing to get worked up over. He's still subject to physics. There have been so many different things where characters have powers based on points in space but they don't deal with this because it's easy to justify. It's literally suspension of disbelief. He's still affected by gravity.
it isnt. My understanding is. he erases between 2 points in time.
any thing that would START (such as something colliding with something else) in that period of time doesnt happen and continues on a trajectory/path it was going if it didnt hit anything. everything is basically invincible during the erased time. KC is the only thing that can alter its path/trajectory during the time being erased. Epitaph lets him predict what happens so he doesnt move himself into a bad spot
Shall this be better ?
Well that's based on the old translation which got stuff wrong. What ACTUALLY happens;
Epitaph sees what's fated to happen 10 seconds in the future. If Diavolo sees something bad like he kicks someone in the dick then gets kicked in the dick in return, he will activate KC. Since Epitaph predicted what would happen and he activated KC, during the erased time everyone BUT Diavolo will be forced into carrying out that fate. So the guy will reel from getting punched in the dick despite the fact that Diavolo actually got up and walked behind him, and will then lash out at where Epitaph predicted Diavolo to be standing. When the erased time comes to an end, Diavolo will have gotten up and walked around behind the guy, but he still would have acted as if Diavolo was where Epitaph predicted him. Additionally, since that time was erased the guy will have no memory of the event. To him, it was just Diavolo walking up to him and then all of a sudden he's standing up with his arm outstretched and a sore dick, with Diavolo right behind him.
So in effect, it locks everyone BUT Diavolo into fate for 10 seconds. Since he saw his fate he's free to change it by moving wherever he wants, but he can't change the fate of others which is why they act out what Epitaph predicted and he can't hurt them. Once the erased time is over, Diavolo becomes bound by fate again but a different one from before the erase since he changed it's outcome for him.
So for everyone BUT Diavolo, it just seems like you jumped from one point to another instantly. The cause and effect stuff was made up by the original translators among other things because they rushed and were lazy.
He DID kill people just to fuel it and didn't think there was anything wrong with it. Letting something take that much control of your life is literal insanity. He's just not crazy outburst insane, he's a more lowkey sociopath type of insane, but he's definitely not sane.
ok so anything that WOULD occur, still happens, except around KC who can alter it. hmm ok. that kinda explains the times were stuff still kinda gets attacked. and why the blooddrop collects rather than fall through or some weird shit
Yeah. All the stuff about erasing cause and effect was just the ramblings of one of the translators trying to explain it based on what he could read of the original manga (not a lot since they had to make stuff up) and failing miserably. So really it just lets him know what everyone else is going to do 10 seconds beforehand and let's him avoid it while everyone else has to keep doing it, then erasing it for shits and gigs to confuse them too.
Pretty much. And in JoJo fate is not something you wanna fuck with. Diavolo was escaping fate for years until GER decided that dying forever was the best way to atone for fucking with the laws of the universe for so long.
>only points out one of my arguments
>pretends to not be OP by speaking in third person
21st century shitposting man
do you have ADHD that prevents you from following the discussion?
is it really fucking with the laws of the universe if the universe gave him based crimson in the first place.
>people calling him out
>starts posting obvious bait, hoping people would think he was baiting to begin with
Oh yeah that was weird. But basically, since it was HIS blood it counted as him and he can affect it. Since he threw it in Giorno's eyes during erased time, nothing happened to him and he continued on as fate dictated. As soon as time is erased however, Giorno seemingly teleports and has blood all up in his eyes without any explanation.
what's your non objective proof that he is same fagging?
That's one of the main themes of Vento Aureo. Everyone in it is bound by fate. The whole epilogue was about how Bruno and half the gang were going to die regardless of what they did, so he decided to try and do the best with what he could. Fate had only decided they'd die, but his actions allowed them to die for a cause and be remembered, whereas Diavolo remained anonymous and died forever yet no one remembered him since he spent his whole life trying to escape fate, and eventually it caught up with him. It's sorrt of a paradox, if he was really doing something wrong then why did the universe allow him to have KC in the first place? Was he ACTUALLY escaping fate or was all of it fated to play out as it did?
It's actually a much more interesting story than people give it credit for.
Nice samefag :^)
That's what I'm saying too. It's never explained but it's brought up. I'm pretty sure it's meant to be left to interpretation. Though I'd say no, considering that he couldn't have gained the ability to fuck with fate if fate hadn't intended him to do so.
Yeah, the moral of the story is essentially that bad things happen (the whole crew had shit lives) and that more bad things will happen. There's no way to change that, so the best thing we can do is try and make things better as best as we can. Bruno and the gang couldn't escape fate but they made something of themselves before dying, and their actions helped get Giorno in power who in turn reformed the gang so they'd stop profiting on human suffering, and they'd be remembered by Giorno, Mista and Trish. Diavolo spent his whole life in denial and at the end of the day, none of the survivors really cared or had much reason to remember him except as 'that guy who killed our friends', and he had to die over and over with no reason to, unlike Bruno.
Fuck yeah, I dunno if she's into guys her age or younger though given her record.
It's gotta be either All Star, Tubthumping or...
Why does this kid know everything?
I expect to be completely and utterly disappointed
Honestly if it really is All-Star, I'll find it funny for like an episode, and then just get annoyed from the endless Shrekposting that'll be flooding in.
He spent a LOT of time growing up on his own in his ghost room, which is filled with encyclopedia's and shit. How he learned to read in a prison while remaining undetected I don't know. I think he said somewhere that after Whitesnake (no spoilers since I'm assuming you haven't read it yet) killed his mother he was raised by different inmates at different points.
Looks like the part 4 anime will be 39 episodes, yesterday a spanish distribuitor bought the rights of all the anime of david production and listed the whole stardust crusaders as a second season of 48 episodes and diamond is unbreakable as the third season with 39 episodes, they are the same people who listed the lenght of the OPM anime for the first time with 12 episodes
>Hello ma baby will be the ED
Yeah All Star i think is the weakest of the most plausible ones. TubThumping has a way better buildup, although it just occurred to me these songs are from 1998 too
and would fit greatly
>The animation for the Ending would be Killer Queen dancing like that frog
Based on the poster they showed and the original reveal, EVERY character will be in it so no fights will be skipped. They might alter certain aspects of fights, but they won't cut full fights at least.
Aw fuck, is that gonna be next episode?
Yeah, I know about the free youtube simulcast. it's great news. Fridays are going to be my favourite days of the week, first watching the DiU episode in direct streaming, and one hour later with spanish subs in Youtube. Life is great.
There's still a chance that 39 is the number of episodes for the first half of DiU. Yeah, that would mean that second half is going to have like 12 episodes or less, but I'd be okay with that.
oh right, disregard my stupid ass then
I'm sorry, I had to do it.
STAND: Cat Scratch Fever
Destructive Power: C
Power: Emotional Deterioration, or literal, 'Cat scratch fever', activates when the stand attacks someone else. The victim will then become increasingly emotionally unstable. At first, they are small flares or outbursts, such as sadness, frustration, etc. These effects get worse with time, the victim feeling anger, depression, lust, euphoria, and so on. Eventually, these symptoms will develop into full-blown Aggressive actions, Homicidal acts, Suicidal temptations, Rape, and much worse. Victims that are affected by this for a month can even eventually become completely insane if treated, If the effects can even be treated.
What do you guys think?
the translation really fucked vento over. it was just duwang with people who could spell. if it had a good translation, it would be a lot more people's favorite part. and the KC meme wouldn't exist as much as it does now.
I did a 48 episode series mockup and by mine 39 ends halfway through Enigma. Obviously if it was 39 and then 12 you'd have another 4 episodes for breathing room, so around Highway Star seems pretty likely.
>heavy lightning and rain
>rohan scrolling feverioushly through the face to discover the killer, as the opening guitar picks of all star pick up
>looks straight in to the kids eyes as the main riff starts
>transition to credits via slide wipe
I guess that makes sense. It sounds like such an awkward place to end the season, though. Shigechi's death, Kira going to Cinderella or The People of Morioh would be such a better way to finish.
At that point it'll be season 2, and the ED for that one is obvious: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yX6FsTIq6ls
That opening bass-line is going to be a Roundabout-tier credits lead-in if it's used.
Maybe they really needed the extra 4 episodes to cram the 20 chapters more DiU has over SC. It's not optimal but at least we get 39 episodes lasting until the end of the year, and the last 12 will likely have a higher budget like most 12 episode series so we'll get a well animated AND accurate BtD and CDiU fight.
Alright this is a great OP image for the question I have.
I'm reading part 5 for the first time but going in I knew quite a bit about what to expect. What intrigued me was that a lot of people didn't understand King Crimson and his abilities.
So I just passed the point where zipper man and half vamp first encounter him and he's basically just DIOs World but instead of time freezing he see's a forth dimensional "tube view" of every point you will be in throughout that time skip, right?
So it's basically the same ability but instead of a frozen still of the enemy he see's them in multiple spaces. I don't get whats so confusing about that unless I really misinterpreted something and I'm completely wrong.
You misinterpreted it, but that's because the translators for 5 butchered it and made shit up. What KC ACTUALLY does;
Epitaph (the little face on his forehead) shows him what's fated to happen 10 seconds in the future. If he sees something he doesn't like, like getting kicked in the dick or murdered, he activates King Crimson's main ability which is to erase up to 10 seconds of time. During the erase, everyone else's actions play out as Epitaph predicted except for Diavolo, who can move about and position himself however he likes. He can't hurt or affect people during the erase. If, however, Epitaph predicted Diavolo hurting someone in those 10 seconds, even if he activates KC and walks away, that person will still be hurt since it was fated to happen. Once the erase is complete, everyone EXCEPT Diavolo will be standing exactly where Epitaph predicted them to be but with no memory of the last 10 seconds since those last 10 seconds didn't happen. So technically unless you set up a trap that takes longer than 10 seconds to notice and longer than 10 seconds to escape, you can't beat him since he can delete time and escape his fate in that time period.
So it's actually a LOT more powerful than The World, since he can see the future and make everyone else have to follow it except himself.
King Crimson sees the future and avoids it, The World pauses the present.
If Diavolo was in part 3 instead of Dio that 20m hierophant barrier would have fucked Diavolo. Meanwhile Jotaro's magnet trick, playing possum and Polnareff's head stab would have all failed.
>Kira and Kira and Kosaku Kawajiri Kira ver will never meet up and have a 3 way dance off with three Killer Queens
Everyone I've spoken to who's read it in different languages (Japanese, Italian and 2 in French) have said the dialogue is much the same as you'd expect from the other parts, but it takes itself a bit more seriously than prior parts (likely because of the subject matter). And from what's been translated so far I'm inclined to believe them. While I can't say for certain since I don't know and won't until it's actually finished, I feel confident that it will live up to the others.
>If Diavolo was in part 3 instead of Dio that 20m hierophant barrier would have fucked Diavolo.
Would have seen himself getting caught in the trap and getting hit, as well as setting Kakyoin setting up the trap.
He'd trigger the trap, move out of the way of all harm and then move to safety and keep skipping to confuse the situation some more. The barrier was only any good for figuring out the time stop, and he only did it because it all shattered at once.
The only way Diavolo loses in Part 3 is if Epitaph can't predict time stopping.
I feel like a lot of people understand how it works, but they can't explain it well.
Honestly I think the confusion has to do with KKK vs. Epitaph more than anything.
Are you the same anon or has getting kicked in the dick replaced getting shot as the default example?
>it was just duwang with people who could spell
It was actually worse. Duwang still kept the meaning and characterization mostly correct, but the grammar was all over the place. Vento Aureo however had the translators flat out making shit up but since the grammar was decent no one had any idea how poor it was.
That's when it gets into weird territory. It obviously doesn't predict itself activating, so can it predict time stop? If it does, will it actually show him those few seconds of stopped time? Or would DIO / Jotaro just seemingly teleport? If he could predict it he'd erase it, rendering Star Platinum a generic punchghost. While The World would become useless, DIO would still have his vampire abilities. Diavolo would still predict those but DIO has infinite stamina, so Diavolo would get tired out of blocking and erasing with KC eventually.
My head hurts. Overall I think KC and Diavolo would beat DIO and TW, but it'd be close.
Who here didn't know that the series follows a genealogical tree, changing characters and settings everytime, before getting into it? Because I was blown away when Jonathan died and I learned that the story actually follows his descendants through time.
Fuck, I will never experience this series for the first time again.
The trouble there is to predict stepping into the trap he would have to have epitaph constantly running and if he could do that he wouldn't have let Silver Chariot get stabbed with the arrow.
Yeah the translation is really dampening the experience, it sucks because the battles and characters seem like they're pretty interesting, I especially like Moody Blues.
So similar to DIO he can set up attacks and evade attacks, but unlike DIO he can't physically touch the opponent. However if he was already going to hurt them in the original reel of time, that will still take place even after he relocates himself during that time. Allowing him to attack and evade during the lapse of time without having to take both actions, correct?
Thanks these are all helpful responses, I appreciate it.
Theoretically, Epitaph would show the aftereffects from timestop just as if someone affected by it just had seen it. Like he'd see DIO/Jotaro teleport all of a sudden and it'd look absolutely natural.
Correct. Because he actually deletes time, to everyone but him it seems like they just teleported. He always attacks immediately after the erase ends because everyone is confused as fuck and an easy target.
I knew there were going to be several JoJos, but I didn't know the time scale would be so large and instead thought the previous main characters would always have a role with every new JoJo like with Joseph in part 3. I was fucking devastated because of Jonathan's death as well, it was a complete gut punch to me. My reaction was pretty much "but, you can't do that!"
Back in the beautiful 2006, when I first knew about JoJo, I thought Jotaro was the MC during all the series and all the other JoJos were just supporting characters. I was also convinced that DIO was the villain during all the manga and that no other villains existed at all.
I was explaining JoJo to a friend a few days ago, and the idea of there being multiple JoJos confused the fuck out of him since it's "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure." He expected one person, and then when I told him it followed multiple people he started thinking there were like a bunch of clones or alt. Universe JoJos all doing stuff together or something.
So I played him the first episode of Part 2, Part 3, and some of Part 4. Maybe I could have done better than that but it's just how things worked out. He should be sufficiently confused, which might work out well. We'll see if he gets into it.
Already cracked the code, guys. It's gonna be:
Check the newest comments. The rest should be self-explanatory.
Stand Proud is the weakest OP in my opinion, but this is one of my favorite visuals.
My introduction to the series was my friend inviting me over and is playing all star battle, he explained everything to me as we played. Looking back I really wish I hadn't of known because I ain't even read 5 6 or 7 and I know all the major points and deaths
As someone who has a job and as a full time student I understand what they mean. When I want to relax, I'm not in the mood to watch some chinese cartoon. I may want to sleep or get homework done.
Maybe if you weren't a NEET you would understand too.
>When I want to relax, I'm not in the mood to watch some chinese cartoon
This is really fucking weird coming from someone on /a/. What else would anime/manga be than a way to relax, a fucking obligation?
I played ASB after watching the anime, back when SDC hadn't started yet.
I was so confused by shit like Cream, Bite the Dust and Made in Heaven.
I think that helped me to start reading the manga, because I wanted to know what the fuck was going on.
>had a friend who likes anime more and got in anime way earlier than me
>one day finally get into anime and start to have fun conversations with him
>mention JoJo once when currently reading part 4 expecting to talk about it
How the hell is it very famous in Japan and yet it's almost unknown in anywhere but the internet?
Alright, we base a stand off of what we are doing RIGHT NOW.
im smoking ribs right now
STAND: Up In Smoke
Destructive Power: D
Power: Stand is a humanoid that can spread its self over large distance. The smoke is heated to the point were anyone inside starts to drip sweat. If the stand is inhaled, it will slowly numb the body. The more smoke inhaled the more intense the effect is.
I get what you're saying but it's not like he never has time off. If he seriously only has enough time to watch one show once a week, even with relaxation time, he's doing something wrong.
>Maybe if you weren't a NEET you would understand too.
I'm a full-time student too. Don't be a faggot.
