No, they are just errors, I am not talking about stylistic choices such as eyes & hair etc. There are also errors with lighting, nothing to do with the 'stylization'. Look at where the sun is positioned then compare the shading between the two figures. (I mean, this is only 1 problem) and if you suggest water refraction then again the lighting would again be behaving differently on the other objects in the picture. It's both objectively and subjectively shit. The anatomy/stiffness of the girl in the background is especially bad.
