The first part tells what the novel is about. It's about the characters and their normal lifes outside of UA. The second part is about the pictures. The first one is with Ochako, Tsuyu and Momo going shopping. The second one is Deku, Iida and Todoroki walking through the city. The third and last part are a few words from the author of the novel. He really likes BnHA, is happy and anxious about the work he did and hopes the readers will enjoy it.

I dig that they kinda kept the melancholy start of the manga. They sort of lightened up Bakugou's actions at first with the comic font explosions and shit but the whole first episode is basically, "It really sucks being Midoriya Izuku."

You get this ridiculously cute version of him as a little kid getting his hopes and dreams utterly crushed.

Depend. Dark Shadow is still pretty efficient in plain daylight, and Bakugou's explosions are by nature pretty short.

It worked this well in the forest because Dark Shadow was going berserk and it was completely dark so any flash of light was bound to have great effects.

Deku ultimately wasn't focused on fighting Katsuki but on completing the mission, also again keep in mind that Deku never once used OFA against Katsuki who considers it a genuine loss in his end.

In Deku's fight against Todoroki, Todoroki never injured Deku even once. All of Deku's injuries were self-inflicted, and it was Cementoss that took him out of the battle.

I still call traitor on her. Mandalay commented that usually Ragdoll would have reported back right away but she had the time to turn back Bakugou and Todoroki right before they ran into Moonfish (ch75 pg1, also her last appearance not counting the headgear). Assuming the villains have attacked Mandalay and Pixiebob already at that time, she should have reported back. If she had been killed, there would have been more remains than just a bloody headgear. So they either took her as hostage (which I doubt considering everyone is focusing on Bakugou at the VA and everyone including the noumu entered the portals in front of Deku and co. and she wasn't dragged anywhere) or she hid and entered a portal too out of sight. Unless the Noumu disintegrated her body, the police and hero forces should have been able to find her body if she were dead.

As much as I'd love a twist like a teacher being a traitor, I just can't see any of them as such. That only leaves the police officer guy who has been suspicious since his first appearance and Ragdoll who has gone missing. Her quirk would be also useful for the VA. Maybe I'm overthinking tho

I have heard the nickname Kacchan before in an anime but I don't remember which one. And it was used for a male character there as well.

Also, while -chan is used mostly for females, Tsuyu uses it as well for everyone in the class (last name and chan though).

In Deku and Bakugous case it seems that it comes from Deku's pure admiration for him from their childhood years. Not only he uses -chan but also first name basis and the combination of both means they are very close as people in Japan.
Now, the reason why Bakugou hasn't told him to cut it out it's probably because both got used to it. As he also uses Deku, though his meaning can be bad, Deku uses 'Kacchan' because he got used to it and even if their relationship is a negative one for now, it still progresses.
