Pretty good ending.
Still, for me the show was much better and AOTS up until the episode 6 (the one that ends in Satoru getting cuffed). The pace was just amazing for those episodes, afterwards it was a little all over the place and the plot lots its sense of purpose somewhat.

And it's a little hard to feel closure because the murder isn't gonna get all that punished since he didn't klll anyone in this timeline and Satoru lost a huge part of his life. Not exactly the most feel-good inspiring ending.

Maybe it's still AOTS but now it's mostly because nothing else is better, not because it's so good (which is what I thought during those early episodes).

Haven't read the manga, my only complaints with the show are that it's really stupid at times, I can accept the idea of time traveling and that sort of shit, but the fact that the MC could run around the streets without being caught by the police, even after being framed for burning Airi's house was too much for me, and that Airi didn't get almost any development, the SatoruXAiri felt forced in the ending.

Other than that, I fucking loved it, loved the opening, really liked the characters and even if the story wasn't as interesting after the whole "Save the abused girl" it was still pretty cool, wish the show could've been longer, maybe something like 18 episodes to develop the antagonist and Airi?. I'd say it's 8-9/10
