No, at most it would be just a preference for certain magazines.
Hell, most of the stuff OP mentioned would fit in other non-Seinen mags. I would categorise them first as RomComs or just new titles (2013+).

I feel like josei mangas know how to exploit romantic themes much better. They have a certain charm I can't seem to find anywhere else. Of course, there are several seinen mangas that know how to do romance without resorting to harem tricks.

Well, mangaka are not as stupid as they seem, and the ones that actually try to write romance or develop long titles will usually end up on a josei magazine or in a publication that doesn't pressure them much, so of course it makes sense that Josei has some kind of different appeal (not like any title is super good, of course).

Female mangaka tend to create really nice seinen manga. Perhaps it's because they know how to flesh out female characters better.
