I think with the next episode it'll be something like Osomatsu reads Choromatsu's letter and we get a repeat of episode 2 where he goes around looking for his brothers (but more serious this time), or Totoko and Osomatsu's parents try to pull him out of his funk. Or some combination of both.

Totoko seems to be about as important as Chibita and Iyami in this version of Osomatsu so I imagine she'll show up and try to pull Osomatsu back to normal. Her calling him "Osomatsu-kun" was fairly telling.

I didn't, mainly because I think most people can tell the difference between a character written poorly in a scene vs a character who had a realistic reaction. Jyushi can get flanderized and Choro can be boring at points (and a lot of the hate here is fake) but we know Oso's character well enough that he's clingy and it seems like something he'd do.
