Yes, that was my problem as well. I avoided it like the plague for years.
Even though I'd scan a gallery, think the sex scenes look good, and want to favorite it. As soon as I found out it had NTR as a tag I'd close the tab.

I think the only shit I really can't enjoy is shit like Netoraserare, holy fuck it is god awful and is literally just NTR, with none of the good stuff. But on the other hand I believe everyone thinks any gallery with NTR is like Netoraserare, when that isn't the case. It should be handled on a case by case basis, as often the guy getting his significant other stolen is thrown on the backburner and only shown at the start and the ending. His dialogue often plays no part in the entire middle section, or if it does it's insignificant.

And again, don't get me wrong here. NTR is fucking awful as a fetish and I absolutely hate it when it happens in manga I'm reading for enjoyment. Nozoki Ana for example, this enraged me to no end. Sure he ended up with the girl who was right for him at the end of the series, but it still hurt.
