Guess I'll just post the previous spoilers.

Encounter:
It was seven years ago when Vali was taken in by Azazel.
Vali had been abused by his dad and Rizevim.
Vali didn't retaliate the abuse because if he did his dad would have abused his mother instead.
Vali's dad thought he was special because he was a "Lucifer". But Vali was even more"special".
Hence the abuse to make himself feel better.
The one who told about Vali to Shemhazai to help him was the servant of Vali's dad.
He was most likely killed in doing so.
Vali was stronger than most SG users after a year passed since he was taken in.
He vowed to be stronger than original Lucifer, Rizevim, and Great Red.
He was also looking forward to his future rival: Sekiryuutei.

Khaos Disaster:
5 days passed since Trihexa revived.
The top brass of different factions are sitting to watch the horror of Trihexa and discuss the counter measure.
It destroyed the main institute belonging to Grigori and the Heaven (from First Heaven to Sixth Heaven).
Many Angels died in a process (Even ones who had been fighting since long time ago).
Three Seraphs were critically wounded. Most of the Four Great Seraphs were also wounded.
Raphael lost one of his leg. Uriel lost an eye and arm. Even Michael was wounded.
Even two of the leaders of the fallen angel was wounded badly.
The situation was even worse because of the fake Sekiryuuteis and Evil Dragons.
The ones leading them were Apophis and Azi Dahaka.
On the third day of its release it went to Norse world.
Many Gods and ultimate class Devils were dispatched to fight the enemies. Gods mainly from Asura Gods.
On the fifth day Trihexa and co, teleported elsewhere so it couldn't completely destroy Norse world.
Sirzechs who wasn't present in the discussion arrives and reveals the info about Rizevim and Trihexa to the public.
Then Elmenhilde arrives and passes on a info about the secret of Holy Grail which Rizevim didn't know about to Azazel.
Sirzechs and Azazel talks about a certain things like a certain Rating Match they hoped to see but possibly cant now because of a certain thing they must do.

Is Kuroka still part of Vali team after she marries Issei?

At this point Elmenhilde has fallen for Issei and basically acts tsundere (not violently) when Azazel so much as brings him up.

The current disaster with 666 is worse than the last war between Heaven and the Underworld and the Heavenly Dragons.

Azazel mentions to Issei that his powerups can be broken down into titles now.

B × B = Balance Breaker
C × C = Cardinal Crimson
D × D = Diabolos Dragon

Ise even asked if its possible for him to gain A×A and E×E power.

And the so-called other world is a place where the species known as E×E (mechanical organism) and the spirits are at war with each other (according to Azi Dahaka). And both sides have a certain God that rules them. Implying that their God is above Great Red "DxD" here.

There's a lot of confusion going around as to if they actually died, and Ishibumi likely won't explain or elaborate for a very very long time, or maybe it's one of those plot points where an author leaves it up for the reader to decide. All we know is based off EX is that even 30 years in the future they aren't back.

Life.1
Ise was sent to the hospital in the Lilith, the capital city of Underworld (Devil's side).
Everyone was worried about him since all of his organs except his heart stopped functioning.
So Azazel made this crazy theory to cure him and it worked.
Azazel made the doctors collect breast milk from mummies and collected so much that it filled a tub.
By miking those milks with several Phoenix Tears, Ise went inside and recovered.
Everyone was so happy but Ise's parents were embarrassed that their son had to recover in such a way.
Even Kiba and the doctors were astonished.
When Ise woke up he changed and so did his world.....
That's because.....he couldn't say the word "breasts" in any form nor can he even see them due to the blurs.
The only breast without a blur was Koneko's.
When Rias hugged him it brought great pain to his body. When he thinks about breasts it brought great pain to his body.
And when the Oppai Dragon song (with additional improved lyrics) made him cough blood. So the song pretty much became a toxic poison for Ise.

Ise wakes up two hours after that.
Azazel tells him he shouldn't use the DxD power anymore or it would either kill him or break him.
This is the part where he talks about BxB, CxC, and DxD mentioned before.
Azazel apologizes to Ise's parents but they are happy that Azazel trained him to become a man.
Azazel then leaves the room with Rias, Akeno, Gasper, Rossweisse, and Kiba.
They meet Slash Dog's group. Akeno reunites with her cousin Suzaku who is the Head of the Himejima clan. She's in her twenties.
Valerie (the girl with Holy Grail) is also there.
Slash Dog and co will be fighting in the frontline along with them.
Then Vali and his team arrives. The final Longinus possessor who belongs to Slash Dog's group hugs Vali.
Vali blushed in front of everyone for the first time so it shocked the Gremory group. Though Slash Dog team and Vali team were smirking seeing it.
Her name is Lavinia. The possessor of Absolute Demise. She's a blonde hair blue eyes beauty in her mid twenties.
She is a magician who belongs to Mephisto's organisation and is her secretary.
Azazel talks about a plan to stop Trihexa's movement by retrieving Valerie's Holy Grail.
By combing the Holy Grail with the Holy Cross and another holy relic given to them by Elmenhilde.
Then a man approaches them to tell them that Trihexa had made its movement once again.
But this time it split in 6 destinations. Trihexa has 7 heads and that's the number of bodies it could split into.
4 of them went to attack another mythology. And 2 of them went to attack the human world. The two locations being attacked in the human world are Europe and sea of Japan.

The two Trihexa in the human world is accompanied by Azi Dahaka and Apohis respectively (also by evil dragons + fake sekiryuutei).
Slash Dog got an information that Apophis who is with the Trihexa in Japan has the Holy Grail which the DxD must retrieve.
But they still split into two groups. One group would consist of most of DxD forces + other forces. They would be fighting the enemy force in Japan.
The other group consists of Vali team + Slash team would be heading to Europe to counter the enemy force (+ forces of other mythology).
Rias asks about where Sona and Sairaorg are. They find out that they are fending of the rebellions at the Bael territory.

Why the fuck are there no Sairaorg cards yet?

Regarding the ExE world. In the afterword Ishibumi said Highschool DxD wont cover that part. So most likely in his new series in the future. Rizevim already told about the existence of the'r world to ExE world and Ajuka predicts that ExE would probably contact them (whether its invasion or not) in 30 years.
It also talked about the World Rating Game tournament. And Vali telling Ise that he wants to fight Ise's team (not the Gremory group led by Rias but Ise's own team) as his rival. And Vali suggested that Ise shouldn't limit his view on making his team with just Evil Pieces and that he could form a group outside it like Vali's team. Well, the very few remaining top brass suggested to promote Ise to a High class Devil. So we will most likely find out about Ise's potential class change in volume 22.

As most people expect, Indra is likely the antagonist for the final arc, and Issei's future as a high class devil + the tournament + ExE is for the sequel.

It seems like Shiva will be the good guy who will side with Devil's side. Instead, Indra is indeed the threat (according to the epilogue of v21).

And also according to Azazel there are 3 trends for the Balance Breaker.

1. The Crest-side which includes the sub-species, the enhancement, and a evolution of a Balance Breaker. Majority of the people belong in this category.

2. The Abyss-side which requires the possessor to research and know their own SG even further the full aspect and kind of becomes ones with their SG. (such as Vali and Slash Dog).

3. The IX-side which doesn't belong to any of the two group above and is more of a evolution due to a sudden abnormal phenomenon. (Includes people like Gremory and Sitri group SG-users and those around Ise due to his influence)

Though Ise, Gasper, and Saji is a IX-side but also has went into Abyss-side too.

Life Bael

This chapter is written from Magdaran's perspective.
Magdaran is a new character and he is Sairaorg's brother.
He went to check the situation due to an attack. Though he doesn't know why the enemies were attacking Bael.
But he guessed it might be due to the shadow behind the Rating Game and the King piece.
He was currently in charge as the Head of Bael were absent and so was Sairaorg.
He encounters Saji on his way who was in his BB-mode.

Magdaran reflects on his family situation.

------His father who doesn't give a shit about his wives and sons.
He only cares about his reputation and the worthiness of his clan. He kicked Sairaorg away from his clan due to Sairaorg not being born with PoD.
Magdaran wasn't gifted but was born with PoD so the Head of Bael made him go through hard training and studies. He had love and interest in plants and such.
He was raised to have a grudge against Rias and Sirzechs who had exceptional talent at using PoD.
One day Sairaorg returned take his position as the next Head back and defeated Magdaran with ease.
His father ignored him even more from then. So did his mother who only cared about being the wife of the Head of Bael. She also held a grudge against Sairaorg for the humiliation.

Even during supper the four of them never exchange words and his mother was usually the first one to leave.
His father was quite incompetent as he always asked the advice from the previous Head of Bael and the first Head of Bael.
He would hear other children from other High-class clan talk lively about how they spend their time with their family such as vacation and such.
He didn't get to do those things. But only Sairaorg actually spoke to him and was friendly with him.
Since he was knowledgeable about plants he was able to revive a extinct flower. The flower has a color of purple which is the color of Bael.
He also grew rare apples. Even though those achievements were excellent, his clan never approved him or recognized him.
Only Sairaorg did. He helped his young brother's product go outside their territory to be recognized.

Then he focuses back on his current situation.---------

As he progress through his castle he finds his badly wounded Queen (male).
As he takes care of his Queen, an enemy approaches him.
The man remarks how noble of him to be concerned about his Queen.
The mysterious man is Bedeze Abaddon who is ranked 3rd in Rating Game.
He came to kill the Head of Bael so he could use that to convince his fans since his his secret about his "King" piece is now known to the world.
By killing the head of Baal, he would be able to make himself like an victim and place the blame on Bael who is pretty much involved in all kind of secret and conspiracy.
Magdaran asks Saji about the other Sitri members. Saji tells him that they are fighting mysterious masked people that are actually Bedeze's servants. And Sairaorg and his group should be arriving soon.
Bedeze then asks Saji if their Master is planning to join RG in the future. Saji says Yes to his question.
Bedeze then tells Saji that there are always Monsters for each generations. And for Bedeze that was Diehauser whom Bedeze cant beat no matter what.
Hence the reason for using the King-Piece which could fill in the gap between their strength.
Just like Diehauser is on a whole different level to Bedeze, Bedeze tells Saji that for Saji and his generations that would be Ise (and Rias who has him in her group).

The same would apply for Sirzechs and Ajuka who are on different power level to their generations.
(Then it mentions about conspiracy and dark trades used between nobles during RG. For example losing on purpose to give credits to others. For example how Riser lost on purpose for 2 of his matches)
So Bedeze wants to convince his fans by killing the Bael that is the root of all conspiracy (according to him).
Bedeze tries to convince Saji to assist him in killing Bael though he rejects his words.
Bedeze then starts insulting Ise about how he looks like a clown by being an Oppai Dragon is being used by the higher-ups for their own benefits.
Saji gets pissed at Bedeze for saying such things and retaliates by saying how Ise had always been risking his life to protect everyone for the sake of the Underworld and blah blah blah.
They engage in a battle. Saji's move gets countered by Bedeze's hole (cant be bothered going too much detail on this battle....).
He gets defeated easily. Before finishing Saji off, Sairaorg comes to the rescue.

Sairaorg is already wearing his BB armor.
Sairaorg asks Bedeze to withdraw and asks him not to throw his pride away as the 3rd rank of RG.
Sairaorg engages in battle. Bedeze uses his holes and starts countering Sairaorg's attacks (his hole can even counter punches etc)
(Fast forwarding the battle since its pretty much Sairaorg getting owned.)
Then Bedeze gives an offer to Sairaorg. He says he will ask the elder to give the King piece to Sairaorg so he can get stronger.
Sairaorg declines and he feels insulted. Bedeze used the King piece in order to cover up his lack of talent. Sairaorg on other hand used training as method to become stronger.
Sairaorg says not just him, but even Ise and Saji knowns gaining a strength without effort has no value blah blah blah.
Saji cries to his words. Sairaorg also tells Magdaran that everything will be okay.
Magdaran then starts remembering how he tried to interfere with Sairaorg's work and such in the past. Sairaorg knew what Magdaran did, but always stayed silent since Sairaorg also felt bad for stealing the spot of the heir from his brother.
Then Magdaran starts remembering more about how kind Sairaorg was and how he had once saved his life when they were young.
Magdaran cries out his brother's name and apologies for his past doings.
Then Sairaorg tells him that he would show another form of "destruction".
He uses BREAKDOWN THE BEAST.
The new form has a color of both gold and purple.
Sairaorg starts coughing blood due to using this mode.
But he easily "breaks" Bedeze's holes with his punch. Sairaorg has reached a level where he could damage those with the strength of a Maou.
After few seconds, the one kneeing on the ground was Bedeze.
Bedeze then tries to run away, but Saji stops him with his black tentacles.
Then Sairaorg knocks him out.

Then a new Devil appears. A beautiful female Devil who has a horn growing out from her head.

Instead she came to stop Bedeze. Despite using a King Piece, she has so much love for Rating Game.
She then takes Bedeze with her.
Then one of the guards appears. He informs Sairaorg and others that Trihexa has appeared in Europe and sea of Japan.

Ophis grew her body to heal Issei of his problems at the end of the volume. Dunno if it's permanent or not, but at least got loli ponytail Lilith still.

It seems that Issei and Vali are officially recognized as Super Devil status or getting close to it by the end.

Vali vs Azi Dahaka.
Azi Dahaka has reached the same power level as that of Two Heavenly Dragons just like Apohis and Crom Cruach. Vali becomes a True Lucifer where his armor becomes silver + black due to Ophis's help (just like the time with Ise in volume 20). His form is also called Diabolos Dragon (DxD). He gains twelve wings of Lucifer in that form. It was a close match due to time restriction but Vali manages to defeat Azi Dahaka. Vali uses his own version of Longinus Smasher called Satan Lucifer Smasher and Albion's lost technique (a poison technique which could kill anyone apart from Ophis, GR, and Ddraig).

Ise vs Apophis.
Ise initially tried to fight him without using his new form. Though his CxC wasn't strong enough to take Apophis. So he changes into DxD fairly quickly and defeats him by using Infinity Blaster; his new Longinus Smasher.

Issei and Vali's DxD modes are separated by the versions of them.

Issei's is DxD G.

The core of Trihexa appears right in front of Ise after he defeats Apophis. Sirzechs came to help. Sirzechs shows his true form and the two of them fights Trihexa. They were doing pretty well. Ise also used Ddraig's lost technique which is an absolute flamethrower which can turn other beings to ashes (except Ophis, GR, and Albion).
Trihexa's core turned into ash but revives without even a slightest damage. Then Ise's DxD form disappears. But the fight stops there since Sirzechs calls his whole peerage to seal Trihexa (while other leaders seals Trihexa's other body). Sirzechs makes Grayfia fall to the ground since he doesnt want to get her involved. It was quite sad and he couldnt hug her because he was in his true form. So leaving Ise and Grayfia behind Sirzechs, his peerage, and Trihexa is sealed into another dimension (which isn't the dimensional gap).

After Ophis treats Issei at the end, she nerfs his DxD mode so it won't destroy his body again. With training he'll regain the lost power and more.
