Given how good Hiramoto is for fleshing out characters and making them interesting (Arguably the highlight of PS, art aside), the fact that Mitsuko has not been given this treatment is noticeable. I get the feeling she may prove to be important to the next arc, and it is there that we'll get to know her better.
