Just finished this manga. You can say whatever you want about the stupid break up drama (especially near the end, damn that made me mad) but it pulled through near the end. Much like Suzuka, the ending was so worth it, especially the wedding/afterstory scene (both of which I'm a sucker for). One of my favorite romance manga of all time.

She now have a child who just happen to have a very strong similarities to the MC strongly hinting that it is his child.

TL;DR : The ending basically find the MC to be in the exact same situation where he was in the beginning.
