With anime that is very quote-heavy, let's take Gurren Lagann as example,
I remember the quotes better than japanese.

The final "WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK WE ARE" is way more powerful this way and you can remember it better.

Single one-liner such as Omae wa mou shinderou can be remembered as well but as soon as we get to great monologues
the sub is a negative aspect.

That being said, in general sub is still better but some anime work better with dub when it has memorable/repeated quotes
