>"HURRR DURRR SATORU KEKED HARD"
>"KAYO IS SUCH A FUCKING WHORE!"
Enough of this shit you dumb fucking idiots.
Satoru didn't get NTR'd, you did for self-inserting too hard.
Let me ask you a question would you wait 15 years for coma pussy? Some of you probably would because you're desperate as fuckFor any of you rational enough not to wait for someone who may never fucking recover, you should understand why Kayo isn't with him.
KAYO HASN'T DONE ANYTHING WRONG!
Why the fuck are you idiots calling this NTR? I almost dropped the series because I thought it would be some "Boys on the Run" level NTR.
Fuck you shippers.
I'm more upset at how rushed everything was.
They completely skipped Airi meeting Satoru again, as well as the explanation for why he's even alive.
Why the fuck is this allowed?
Not a whore.
I'm actually a person who has been cheated on, a person who has dealt with hardcore NTR that fucking destroys souls.
This isn't NTR.
I'd be agreeing with you if it actually was NTR.
Nah stop self-inserting like a fucking dumbass
Agree OP. But you have to understand that there's a depressingly large population on /a/ who can only discuss anime in broad strokes using stock phrases like "best girl" or "worst girl" or "cuck'd hard" or "[girl]fags btfo" or "mediocre at best" and so on. Every now and then a show comes along that dares to do something different, plays with genre archetypes, and asks people to actually think, and it always exposes a lot of ugliness on /a/.
Frankly I don't understand how people who are so offended by this sort of thing are even interested in a show like this in the first place.
When were they in an actual relationship with eachother? Why is this considered a cucking?
Is /a/ just full sperg?
>We named him Boku Dake ga Inai Machi
Why is this allowed?
Come on, you know the word NTR has lost all meaning years ago, and cuck didn't even had a meaning to begin with, it was always a meme buzzword.
Nowadays NTR is just "my ship didn't become canon", the circumstances or the characters' actual feelings don't fucking matter.
forget best girl. What happens to best woman? What happens to the mother?
It wasn't even serious.
He didn't get revived to fuck kayo.
He was just trying to save her.
Even then Kayo thought the nigga was never going to return. Like why wouldn't her feelings have died?
The only thing "NTR" about it would be if Satoru was upset. He doesn't even seem to care. He's fucking happy.
I'm guessing his feelings werent on the level that would make it a cucking.
>single mom spending all her time caring for her comatose son
>has no time to date or try to find love anywhere
>works a minimum wage job and has no savings
>any time she actually does bring someone home, she has to awkwardly explain her situation, which scares off anyone who would otherwise be interested
>hasn't had sex in years because it would be too weird to do it in the house with her son
>no way of knowing whether he will ever wake up but has no choice to just remain faithful
Being best girl is suffering
>Let me ask you a question would you wait 15 years for coma pussy?
I would if we were married beforehand. Not for some girl I met in elementary school and cut off all contact with after I moved to a different city.
Thank you! I'm tired of all these salty faggots flooding the board with their tears. Kayo did the honest thing and Satoru being a man agreed. Hiromi and her surely went through harsh moments thinking about him but instead of finding his friends sad and tortured Satoru found them stronger and happy to see him. Satoru is certainly grateful.
They scream cuck cuck cuck, but they're actually the only ones who got cucked, since the MC didn't even care about the girl and the trap fucking, and will probably win pizza girl in the end.
Good thing I never cared for shipping him with the loli and was on it just for the milf.
No woman will ever love a man like a woman loves her son. Not even an incestfag, just saying bitches ain't shit but hoes and tricks but (good) mothers always stick with their boys.
>still throws birthday parties for him
>sings the graduation song to him on the day his class graduates
>occasionally tells him how handsome he's becoming on the off chance that he can hear her
>kisses him on the forehead every night before going to bed
70% of the entire story is dedicated to Kayo however. You can bemoan people who self-insert all you like, it still genuinely looked like their relationship would have continued into the future thanks to the bond they had together.
Unfortunately it didn't. And Satoru ends up with a character he barely spends 10% of the entire story with. Just a tremendous thematical waste with the only redeeming quality being his feelings for saving Kayo having altered events for the better in his mind.
I don't regret reading or watching this series. I'm just let down, the epilogue was just very disappointing.
Anime moms are the greatest. I wonder if they're real.
It's not NTR and it was never Kayo's "fault", but it's still the kind of storytelling that's designed to prickle to audience with a hoped-for development that never happens, rather than to improve the narrative.
It doesn't really matter, and it doesn't change the series much overall, but it's a bit of a shame regardless. I'm mostly a yurifag these days, but watching the first few episodes blind before I got spoiled, it seemed like the sort of couple I could really root for.
It really seems to me like the Kayo and Satoru thing was something the writer changed his mind about mid-stream. Like perhaps he intended it to go a different direction originally and then later settled on the "coma" ending which made his original plan implausible. Otherwise it doesn't seem like there was much point to all the cutesy romance stuff early on.
>it still genuinely looked like their relationship would have continued into the future thanks to the bond they had together.
The guy literally only wanted to save her, and she wasn't even the reason for why he went back in time at first, his mother was. After Kayo was safe he did the same with Hiromi and the other girl.
Does that mean he should have fucked all four of them because they owned their lives to him as well?
15 years, let's talk about the 15 years this mother had to spend dedicating her life to her comatose child. Let's talk about her, her minimum wage job, all those lonely nights she had to spent, living with just for the hope of being able to talk to her son again.
They all knew it was a killer after sensei tried to murder Satoru, they just don't know who the murder was. Why do you think Kenya and the other guy were waiting to talk to him?
But that's still moot; he saved Kayo from her abusive mother and also gave her friends and self-esteem. I don't think this is actual NTR but you are seriously devaluing what he did, especially when you consider they're children. That shit stays with them their whole lives; in the manga he is pretty often referred to as everyone's hero after the coma.
I love how whenever there's a legit 10/10 show airing, anons on /a/ leap at the chance to call it "mediocre" thinking that it makes them look smart or sophisticated. You just sound like a fucking idiot anon.
Let's talk about Satoru. He literally blinked and woke up a grown man who's unable to properly walk. What does that do to you? Satoru didn't get the full effects due to timewarp bullshit, but imagine suddenly being a child and from one moment to the other an adult. You still like watching cartoons, you still like coloring books, you still can't fall asleep without your teddy yet all your friends have become productive members of society with careers and families.
Can you even begin to imagine how fucked up a normal person in that situation must be? They're not retarded or anything, just mentally delayed. They're literally 15 years behind their peers.
Is it weird I thought I could see both the trap and kayo jumping his dick once he awoke.
I thought it was part of the whole feelgood atmosphere. "Stop murders by becoming friends with people" was almost literally Satoru's plan. It was never about finding the murderer like someone might expect. It went comfy route.
post the full version at least anon
>This'll blow over in a few weeks.
People still throw bitch fits over Kurosawa. Besides, Boku Dake threads have been full of NTR NTR NTR!!!11 shitposting since the first episode. The only people actually upset about this at this point are people who were holding out for an anime-original end (which I honestly half expected just due to time constraints if nothing else) where he ends up with Kayo instead.
Anyone with half a brain can see that Satoru isn't feeling cucked at all, he's happy for her. People forget that the whole reason he went back in time to begin with was the chain of events that lead to his mother's murder, it was never about Kayo in the first place. The anime just focused too much spotlight on her.
If there's anyone to feel bad for with this shit ending it's his mother, who he went back in time to 'save' but doomed to spending the last 15 years doing nothing but caring for his comatose ass.
Cuckold has been a regular for a long time. It's just become cancer ever since it spread from SA to 4chan since they both stretch the meaning of the words to the most extreme lengths to try and make it fit.
Cuckold is, and has a relatively consistent definition.
Cuck just means "generic insult with the slight implication that the person enjoys being cuckolded, which has a very much loosened definition for the purposes of my insult."
the worst part of this , is that the author could have fixed the things he dind liked in the manga.
And still let the production fuck it up even more than in the manga.
Lack of airi in the whole anime , then suddenly she will be the MC lover in the end.
Makes no sense to me
he could have all those rushed parts of the manga deleted then do a new ending that makes actual sense.
Instead we get:
-"the divorce/job lost/ never seeing your daughter again" chocolate guy
-the not shota MC that can do nothing against seatbelts
-that weird looking hiromi , with the face of a child in the body of a fat adult
>it's an /a/ gets mad when best girl wins episode
Well in one of the Doujins I read the girl with big titties in SAO has sex with the MCs comatose body so Kayo could've done the same thing :-)
>Trying to go against the NTR tidal wave
OP I like the anime, I agree, but holy fuck just shut up and ride it out, honestly the cuck posts are hilarious
I see. So now we've moved on to
"He's a cuck because at one point in their early childhood, the two clearly had feelings for each other, and like the complete whore she is, she didn't take this early childhood moment as a permanent engagement and betrothal, vowing to never seek another relationship outside of this one."
Makes perfect sense if you live in the fucking 1300s.
Yeah, nowadays its more like "Boy likes girl, girl is a huge slut who sucks nigger cock everyday, all the other girls also suck huge nigger cock".
Nowadays not even in anime we have pure, caring, innocent girls, only huge sluts.
This is the future you choose
I still love her bros. Does that make me a cuck.
Why does it upset normalfags so much that some people aren't whores and expect others to not be whores either?
Is 15 years supposed to be a long time to not have sex? You must be new here if you think so.
just going to remind you that you the cuck here.
You self-inserted as Satoru and shipped Kayo with him.
You literally got cucked in a 2D fantasy
>I do good deeds only for material rewards
Kant would be disappointed.
I actually never did self insert as Satoru.
I dont even see what happened as NTR.
I am OP.
Be smart and read my original post so you can actually tell what my opinion is on this.
Based on this thread:
Cuckold, verb, to have any sort of carnal or romantic relationships with any person other than the first person you ever had any sort of romantic moment with, regardless of any extenuating circumstances, any pledges of romantic attraction or lack thereof.
Cuck: A person who does not react irrationally, stupidly, and violently to other people seeking romantic relationships with anyone other than themselves.
Actually it's more like Saber disappearing at the end of F/Z and expecting Kiritsugu to still be around and romantically interested in her at the beginning of F/SN, if that was even established at all in the first place.
Is there even a legit thread to discuss the episode - like complaining about how rushed it was and how they removed key scenes - or are all of them about Kayofags crying after being NTR'd by the author?
>go back in time to when you were a child
>still an adult mentally
>show no romantic attraction towards Kayo, since well, you're still a fucking adult
>only objective was to save her and ultimately make her happy. built a relationship in the process but again, it's only as friends since you're still an adult and she's a child
>/// TIMESKIP ///
>kayo is in a relationship with your childhood friend, pregnant as well
>not angered but joyful, as his only goal of saving and making her happy was accomplished
I don't really understand the backlash, since a romantic relationship never existed in the first place.
It might be because of how the show was directed.
I thought it was going in a romantic direction for a while too, though not to the retarded degree that some of these anons thought.
>A spinoff manga titled Boku Dake ga Inai Machi Gaiden featuring side stories not covered in the main plot was announced for June 2016.
Kenya did nothing wrong.
Did you forget how her mom looked like?
How the fuck are people thinking this isn't NTR?
What is it with you fucking faggots trying to rationalize blatant NTR? What the fuck is wrong with you?
Abusive cunt or no, Kayo's mom is kinda hot. There's something about that messy bedhair. Satoru's mom a best though, both in looks and personality.
She reminds me of someone
It's hilarious that you think I'm the one doing mental gymnastics.
You think that someone could possibly cheat on you if they didn't realize you were in a relationship? How does that work at all?
It's the cucks themselves. The typical cuck sees nothing wrong with this situation and will even defend Kayo since the concept of women being immoral whores is foreign to their nature hence why they are cucks in the first place. We all know this is NTRshit, hell even the mangaka knows but women apologists and cucks will say otherwise
You say this accusingly but you've failed to establish why what Kayo did was wrong.
Spent months with? That entitles me to a relationship with them? That makes no sense to me. I guess I got cucked by my entire elementary school class because I didn't make a harem out of them. Poor me.
i don't have to establish anything you're a true cuck through and through you enjoy watching your loved ones be impregnated don't bother responding since it'll just be more mental gymnastics
The onus to provide evidence is on you bro.
You're suggesting that Kayo cucked the main character because:
1. They spent some time together
2. The kind of looked cute together and probably had feelings for each other around age 10
3. Because of #1 and #2, the main character was forever entitled to being Kayo's sole love interest
4. Being put into a possibly permanent coma of indeterminate length is not grounds for annulment of established relationships (This alone is a ridiculous premise)
5. It is also not grounds for giving up on potential but unrealized relationships.
6. Even given #4/5, 15 years of youth isn't too long to wait (Another absurdly ridiculous premise)
This is such a ridiculous collection of unsound premises that it's actually confusing how you came up with your conclusions that Kayo cucked anyone.
>self-inserts got cucked this hard
i dunno i think a lot of people on /a/ never really had a healthy relationship or got cuck'd them self
so they will get mad when characters get cuck'd not only in real life but also in anime
also the reason /a/ loves moe stuff is because cute little girls wont reject you
he still got cuck'd hard tho what a slut
If one of your friends got put in a coma that the doctor explained might be permanent, you'd get mad on behalf of them if the person they were occasionally flirting with, not even in a relationship yet, decided to eventually get a boyfriend.
You're a fucking retard.
>I'd feel the same anger
But you're literally the only one who got angry and this. Well, you and other kayofags, but the MC himself was happy.
You literally got cucked by a 2D girl, how does that feel?
Funny thing is everyone knew they were together whether they were or not is irrelevant since to EVERYONE else they were a thing. Yes, I would be mad seeing a "friend" go for her.
the reason i asked that shit is because only a fucking female would be stupid enough to find a serial killer attractive.
eat a dick you faggot
The focus of the show was very clearly on Kayo. MC developed feelings for her while doing everything in his power to save her, and in the process he goes into a coma. Yes there were other people he also saved, but not to the extent he went to save Kayo. Even Hiromi, who was already his friend, he focused on less than Kayo. And 15 years after that, he finds she has a kid with one of his friends, the one he also saved. There is no happiness for him here, other than the bullshit "I'm happy because you're happy". Honestly, I would have been less mad if Kayo and Hiromi did not come to meet him when he woke up. Kayo acknowledged that they all left him behind and found hapiness, but she still comes to see him. She shouldn't have come.
But they were a thing in elementary school.
They weren't even pubescent.
But go on, get mad over your friends' elementary school relationships not ending in marriage and total commitment. See how productive that is.
This is what I mainly hate about this show, like it's okay for the MC to just throw away his entire early life for someone else and the only response people give is
It's stupid as fuck.
I don't know what's wrong with you people.
She shouldn't have visited? She shouldn't have shown that she hasn't just forgot about him? That she still cares and is still grateful?
I don't what's wrong with you people but you need help.
So entirely because of the director's scope, the relationship that DOES NOT EXIST IN CANON AT ALL, is somehow more significant.
Furthermore, karma is supposed to exist and magically reward people who save other people's' lives by depriving other people of their agency. Makes perfect sense.
This is another case of the basement dwellers at /a/ not understanding how the real world works. In the real world, a chick isn't going to wait for you 15 years while you're in a coma just because you blushed at one another when you were 10 years old.
It's all because of dark_sage from crymore. He is literally the cancer of anime fans community.
Shitting on fansubs even though he himself doesn't speak a lick of japanese and are not even currently active on any fansub groups. What is his last notable anime sub projects?
Right, nobody knows. He can only criticize and shit on other people. Fuck that guy.
/a/nons love watching someone being NTRed and selfinsert for MC - it gives them illusion they actually had some chance but some bad boy steal their would-be waifu.
It's a little sad to watch them sperging.
They're getting angry on behalf of the MC, to the point of actually thinking his monologues about being happy at seeing his childhood friend happy were a lie he told himself in order to cope with not banging her.
Stop trying to apply logic or understand to the way they think.
>MC developed feelings for her while doing everything in his power to save her, and in the process he goes into a coma.
He went into a coma trying to save Misato. Is it NTR if she also married someone other than Satoru?
I must have missed the part where the main character asks Kayo out, or goes on a date with her, or kisses her, or asks her to marry him when she grows up, or literally any sign of a committed relationship.
he probably means that the mc, being who he is, didn't hold any romantic feelings for that girl, and only did it to save her and the other kids.
But then again, /a/ loves to self insert into MCs and override whatever personality or wants they have, so there's no real point to argue this here.
The worst part is that his mother alone had to take care of him, I mean, for fucks sake, he saved all the three faggots lifes, they could have at least tried to help and give him a room in a hospital, not make his mother suffer for 15 years would already be something.
Mitsuki did nothing wrong. It was only a one-night-stand, she was depressed and Takayuki was being neglectful. You can't treat someone like that and not expect them to need to seek comfort in other places or with other people.
If you didn't care to watch, why do you care what happened? Because of the spam? Well it's some idiots got a twist they didn't like (but most of them have known about it for a long time already) and now are using that as an excuse to start shit.
He should have saved Kayo and called it a day. Let the two other kids have it and the assassin would go away.
tfw youre just memeing and having fun but someone reminds you of you´re lonely life
>tfw for all we know Airi might not even exist anymore due to Satoru's meddling
Whores need to be killed.
Worst show of the season.
Spending hours watching a story about a MC do righteous deeds only to end up with an overall loss in his own being makes for a shit ending. You can have the MC say shit like "I wanted to do it" but you can apply that to anything like an MC stabbing himself in the dick and saying he wanted to do it, they both still make for shit writing.
It's not even the fact that's it's NTR, it's just a bad ending and that's one of the reasons.
>2d is at its best when it emulated reality
So what are your "unrealistic" or maybe you call it "idealistic" standards for how much a person has to be devoted to you in return for what Kayo perceived MC as doing for her?
Was she to chain herself to his hospital bed until he wakes up, knowing that he would only ever be the one to deserve her affection? Or would it have been enough to take an oath of celibacy?
>Harems are more realistic than time travel bullshit.
If he didn't he would've never thought about her after she originally died nor would he, a 26 year old man in a childs body, be emotional and do shit like chase after her car driving away.
No, not angry at her, angry for the situation he's in after the deeds he went through only to end up at a huge loss of his life with nothing in return. Maybe not anger, just pity and sadness. Obviously in real life I don't expect anyone to wait 15 years for someone that unless they were together for a long time.
There is one thing that is bothering me, doesn't he go back on time to save his mom? He didn't give a shit about the kids till he was there and use them to get close to the killer. Then how come he end up saving the kids, but not only ruining his life, but ruining his mom life too in the process? His mom got to take care of him like a fucking slave for 15 years without having any kind of social life, yeah, she is a saint, but she didn't deserve a life like that, so, why Satoru doesn't give a shit about his mother anymore? What's the big deal that she is alive, there is something called quality of life and that's what matters, this whole series is retarded.
Not having even seen a single episode of this, I just came here to see what the fuss was all about, but this is without a doubt, the single most retarded statement I've seen in /a/.
And that includes meme-umaru-abuse posts.
>If he didn't he would've never thought about her after she originally died
Now you're trying to say he loved her in the original timeline? The one where they never even talked to each other?
>He sacrificed himself for her
For her, for one of his friends, for some random girl, for some guy who got framed for the murders, and above all, for his mother.
So I guess he was cucked by all those people, since he didn't fuck any of them.
Doesn't even look like he gets anybody since Airi didn't show up when she was supposed to meet him. I'm hoping its anime original in that he goes back again cause the manga's ending was garbage.
He's stupid. This should be obvious by now.
As for saving the kids, he seemed to think that if he thwarted the killer's plan long enough, the killer will somehow make a mistake and expose himself.
So, just to be clear, you want your anime characters to be shallow archetypes with unrealistic characterization, motives, and behavior, specifically because you hold anime to a lower standard than other media and when it goes above and beyond and actually tries to include those things, it's bad because it's trying to do better.
Not loved, but obviously had possible feelings for when he was a child as well. He originally cried for a while when he found out she died in the original time line.
Him going back in time made those feelings grow
God this is melodramatic.
Unrealistic = shallow
You try again. Non shallow characterization takes into account the fact that the characters are multi-faceted people whose motivations and behavior are influenced by a wide variety of sources. It's pretty rare for deep characterization to be good but not realistic.
going to bed on the hard cold hospital floor you might add. It's implied during the
second comathat Mom sleep at the hospital (probably can't afford a home to sleep in). Fuck this timeline. I don't care if her son provides for her for the rest of her days, that's 16 + years of suffering for the poor woman.
So now that we've established that the people who actually think NTR happened are brainless, socially retarded paint drinkers who have no idea how realistic OR good fictional relationships or characters work, can we drop this whole topic?
>He originally cried for a while when he found out she died in the original time line.
Now you're just making shit up.
>Non shallow characterization takes into account the fact that the characters are multi-faceted people whose motivations and behavior are influenced by a wide variety of sources
And? The fact that there have to be multi faceted people with deep motivations influenced by many sources means that the influence should happen as it happens in real life, because?
Unrealistic and shallow aren't the same thing.
I was looking forward to no new A-1 shows in Spring then I forgot about the second half of Asterisk and Ace Attorney which I'm sure people can find plenty of time to shitpost about. Also I know /a/ is going to be obsessing over this episode for a long time to come
Then why he didn't simply use Kayo as bait to lure the killer? He knew the time and place things were going to happen, all he had to do was to set a trap, call some cops or just telling her mom, even more knowing that her mom is the kind of woman that wouldn't ignore his kid, why would he care about a kid that he doesn't even know?
"He's stupid" seems to be the only explanation this series have, but for me it sound like "it's convenient" so the story can move forward, it's the same with the time traveling, it just happen because the author say so, another plot device for when he get cornered by his own story.
airi was the key to remembering his past life since he only knew her there, not sensei
how could one screw this up
>not him but unexplainable time travel
that is a plot device separate from the characterizations of the people in the story. i suppose you're going to then say that no movie has realistic characters because none of those movies actually happened in real life exactly
that does not mean they are completely divorced from the sensibilities of our own. otherwise we cannot trust that we understand anything in any work of fiction. do you question why characters in english movies and books speak english despite being alien or non humans?
No I'm gonna say you're retarded and you think that a work of fiction needs to follow our realism to be good. I'm not even gonna argue with you cause I don't care anymore so take with it what you will.
>He turned his back on the woman who loves him above all
She was the very reason he went back in time in the first place. Saving Kayo was just part of his plans to save his mother.
>the girl he loves
Oh, so you were just another meme master. Ok then.
But it's the only thing out of place.
Other than a time travel mechanic nothing else about the setting indicates. For that reason, MOST other things should be in place. You wouldn't forgive the show if suddenly, with no explanation, a wizard showed up and turned Kayo into a zombie, because it at no point established necromancy as a feature of the universe. Why would you expect wildly unrealistic characterization such as "I waited for you for 15 years of your coma, Satoru-kun!"
>No I'm gonna say you're retarded and you think that a work of fiction needs to follow our realism to be good.
that's good because then i would have called you an illiterate who doesn't know what "suspension of disbelief" is
>"I waited for you for 15 years of your coma, Satoru-kun!"
That's not really as unrealistic as wizards and zombies, but it would definitely make the story an incredibly sappy wish-fulfillment bullshit
even more so than Satoru's NAKAMA power.
And that's exactly what otaku want.
I just look things objectively. Let's say I can save every child the teacher killed, then what? He would just move on into other kids, putting the kids on safety won't get me closer to the killer. And you can see where this way of thought lend Satoru to, and how he was able to survive was another asspull from the author, but hey, is his story. The main point was to save his mother, by doing all this there was no guarantee for that to happen, simple as that.
>b-but he is retarded
Man, i'm done.
in order to achieve suspension of disbelief, the writer or director has to weave undertanding from our own universe into the universe of the work of fiction. regardless of how you put it, if you think "hey this is totally believable that this is happening" it is based on that successful translation of reality understanding to the fictional world understanding or vice versa
When will this website get over its obsession with NTR? I'm so tired of seeing everyone throw around the word cuck like it's a meaningful insult.
Putting wizards and zombies in the same tier as a girl waiting a long time to have a happy ending love story are not even close to the same tier. Person ally the coma shouldn't of even happened he should have beaten the teacher in the past and been catapulted back o the future and spend the last chapters/episodes trying to figure out what happened to everyone.
>in order to achieve suspension of disbelief, the writer or director has to weave undertanding from our own universe into the universe of the work of fiction
That's your opinion. Possibly based on your own way of suspending disbelief. I empirically disagree.
Do you think Mommy ever masturbated to her comatose son?
>Beginning of story
"I must save my mom!"
>End of story
"I ruined my mom live!"
"But hey, she's alive"
No fucking seriously, and I fucking mean it, in the original timeline, Satoru lived by himself, while his mother had a life on her side, she had hobbies, she went to parties, she maybe even found a guy that made her happy, so many things, so many experiences, and then, suddenly, 15 years of her life get erased for his retard son, this piss me off more than any NTR or anything else you guys are talking about. Some caps so my post don't get overlooked.
SO FUCKING PISS OFF
You're only tearing up now? I honestly wasn't phased at all by Kayo getting married, I was too busy crying every time we saw how far his mom had gone to take care of him and how hard he tried to recover after that.
Can you imagine dedicating your entire life to a single person and being alone outside of that, and going through each day not knowing if they'll ever open their eyes for you to talk to them again? Holy shit that was something else.
>I watch anime
>Therefore I have wanted a shitty show about time resets since the last shitty show about time resets but this time with more NTR and worse everything
It's merely a different kind of unrealism
The necromancer scenario is metaphysical unrealism, where the physics of the established universe are broken for storytelling.
What's being discussed here is social/psychological unrealism, where a character (Kayo) is expected to do something so absurdly selfless and self destructive that it would paint her as a mary-sue saint figure, very contrary to how she was developed.
>Still believing this
Satoru was schizophrenic
-His mother came to check on him after he "saved" that kid who was killed by the truck
-Satoru trips and kills his mom
-Goes on the run while tripping
-Constantly just remembers things that fit the dream
-Sets Airi's house on fire
- Goes back to Airi's house conveniently
-Gets taken into police custody
-Largest trip yet
-Police put him in the hospital and handcuff him to the bed
-Satoru snaps halfway back to after being put on heavy dosage of medication
This is the only thing that explains the Time Travel aspect and why the MC seems to be a unique butterfly
>came to mystery series to expect romance.
Seriously, is it newfags or /a/ become dumber ?
Honestly, considering the circumstances of her life up then, if Kayo actually waited 15 years for the chance of getting her childhood friend's vegetative dick inside her, she would just appear as someone with an unhealthy emotional dependence on the MC.
Usually when a person waits some number of years for a comatose or otherwise absent lover, they are
1. Actually lovers before the coma/absence starts and
2. Not ten year olds.
If Kayo chose to wait for Satoru it would have been a story on its own; of a borderline psychopathic crazy yandere stalker with emotional dependence issues. Or just bad writing.
I don't know why people think it's so far fetched to expect Kayo to wait a mere 15 years, the majority of which are adolescence. I'm almost as old as her now and I've never had sex or dated. It's not that hard to stay pure.
sounds like you're scared that y=x, you're being awfully vague.
like i said before, just because something fantastic happens that is impossible in our own universe. that does not mean we cannot apply things like psudo science or stretch natural phenomenon (supernatural) to explain things in a way we can suspend our disbelief despite the fantastic nature of it all.
