New episode airing right now.
>internet is down in the entire country
>no 2ch to shitpost upon
Madoka is now currently in Hell.
Madoka, plz, your gambling addiction needs to be contained.
No, Hinata. He never really loved you.
Oh boy, that was truly the sickest burn ever.
Contain your smug, Asami.
Military willwear. Cool.
The military willwear are codenamed senshin.
>apple dressed up as a bunny girl
Shootout between the police and the military.
The military and the police versus kamen rider of injustice?
Sorry, MALware-chan, you belong behind bars.
Synopsis for Episode 11 "Japan Style".
It's been three days since Mythos took over the National Public Unified Intelligence Matrix. Communications and transportation in the entire country is down, and only the bare minimum is possible. The government has declared a state emergency and issued a curfew. Only analogue radio waves still function.
The police is trying to get information out from Bird how to catch his accomplices in the Logos organization. Bird does give hints and mentions the name of his associate Mythos, since he considers this a spectacular game and wants to see if the police can beat Mythos before he wins and conquers all of Japan. He also mentions that Mythos's control over Japan will only be complete once he also gains access to the back-up copy of the Ro-data module, which was deleted for security reasons. There's also reports of sightings of a ghost that looks like Liko haunting around. Unit 8 finds out that those are holographic projections controlled from Hinata's laptop, and through it, they find the final clue left by Bird how to find the location of the Ro-backup, guarded by the USDF.
However, the USDF's Identification Friend or Foe-system is compromised, and they believe that Unit 8 are Logos terrorists trying to break into the building. A fight ensues between the USDF and Unit 8, and in the confusion of the battle, Mythos manages to hack into the server room through two drones.
Unit 8 is too late, and Mythos succeeds at taking control over the last part of the O-Ro-Chi computer system.
Now he has absolute control over all of Japan.
Stupid military with their outdated IFF-system.
So what's Haruka's Willwear ability anyway? Shes been hiding behind Funasaka the entire episode so is she some sort of battery pack. Any request for webm, stitches or transparents?
The Senbukai is suppose to be for recon and aerial mission anyway so it's not suited for guard duty.
Haruka's willwear is for search and rescue. It has most likely the best sensors to find things. She spend her time trying to locate the command vehicle of the USDF, while Funasaka protected her with his force field.
Also, requesting Unit 8 crashing their train into the intelligence building and having a fight with the military.
I see, thank you for the explanation.
I know exactly why I have this boner.
Dual shield works.
Requesting both instances of Sena and Miho fighting and shooting at each another.
So, is Liko a yandere?
>starts cute and innocent
>turns into crazy stalker who watches every move of your mouse and every press of your button
And yes. She watches you masturbate.
For those interested in it.
>Glossary update for episode 10.
>The Babylon System is the electronic centralized management system of Tokyo and all of Japan. Remember how Bird alluded to how the Babylon System would become synonym with terror?
>Mythos' living tower has 32 floors. On each floor except the 32nd, there was one fake family hired by him. The 32nd floor is his personal free space. He changes family each day. That means that the 31st fake family on floor 31 has to wait an entire month before they get to roleplay-pretend to care about that rich kid that hired them.
>Electric baths are baths where the water has a weak electric undercurrent. Very popular for health reason.
>Plus other stuff like explaining the Atbash substitution cipher, what ZION means (Mythos most likely chose it for its association with utopia), and some entertainment piece of work that is still popular in 2035.
This was so unecessary. Did someone really go to the director and say "hey man people are stupid we should explicitly say that their televisions are not fucking up, it's just part of the show". It felt so unecessary and kind of ruined the moment.
With O and Chi, he probably could only disable and power down communication and transportation networks. But with the Ro, he now controls the entire internet of Japan.
Basically, he can now shitpost through the largest vpn of the world.
>Bird one of them faggots who likes to snitch out his own team mates because he assumes the opposition is too stupid to figure it out.
God damn, Guess it makes the story better.
But how is Bird above Mythos and demanding him to become his equal? Weren't they both on the same level as each other before he handed himself in.
As I understand it, Active Japan got neutered by some awful terrorist attack a good while ago (Dog's playground two episodes ago was some sunken city, for example).
Dainippon runs it's entire telecom and administrative infrastructure under a sophisticated matrix split intro three gateways for tight security.
The three parts are code named "O", "Ro" and "Chi". Access to parts of Orochi is only granted to the highest echelons of their legislative body, and the dirty PM wanted to use it to supplant political opposition.
This impacts the way Unit 8 is stunted in their operations since political permission to use THAT is often denied.
Mythos' endgame is to hijack all three parts of Orochi to take total control of moonland. He has been simultaneously using petty, unrelated crimes to distract the police and phish for information on the wherewithal to access Orochi at the administrative level.
He got real close when he acquired the location of Ro, but after that meddling Unit 8 and their stupid chuuni interfered, the government deleted Ro as a precaution.
After Dog screwed up, Bird's keikaku bought time for Mythos to go into hiding and use O and Chi to DDoS 2ch.
He's looking for the Ro backup to complete his access, after which he'll probably be able to sell Nippon to the Russians for willwears and giggles.
She wants the B
>Active Japan got neutered by some awful terrorist attack a good while ago
The backstory is that Tokyo was sunk because it was built on quicksand. That's why Willwear were develop.
We dont know if the quicksand has some relation to the cult that took Mytho's sister
He prefers the A.
In terms of design
Miho's Willwear > Military Willwear's > Unit 8
But supersatan, Miho is wearing normal military willwear, just with the faceplate up instead of down.
That way, we know that that's Miho, and not generic USDF willwear Zaku #27.
I knew it, their code names were based in Momotarou.
Sena uninstalled her from his computer remember?
One of these things is not like the others
This little scene on a loop to make them look as if they were walking forever would be nice if possible.
This was a nice touch.
At least the Bossu is at the center.
Wouldn't this destroy the economy of Japan after only a couple hours? There's only so much work the normal people can do to keep the country running properly from home.
Japan's economy is already ruined. But now it threatens to be even a global issue, if Japan can't resume work.
I think it's a mix of both, like, Mythos already has the control of the confidential information and whatnot, and now with Liko Mythos also controls all the devices that had her installed, so RIP Madoka's laptop.
Nah. Liko is just a botnet through which the gubbment hives data. It would certainly spook the crud out of you if your NetNavi was suddenly compromised during a terrorist attack, though.
What about the real life Liko App?
Well, the Likotweet has also been compromised.
I would play this game so hard. Also a webm for this would be cool.
>No Miho in the character page
This is unacceptable.
Also I recently noticed that she was here since the first episode.
The website will most likely be updated for the second cour in summer, and then include Miho plus make room for whomever will be that arc's big bad evil guy (most likely the fugitive cult leader, who perhaps returns to Nippon under a false guise to help rebuild its economy).
Black: Tank (Shields)
Pink: Support (She's Search and Rescue)
Yellow: Burst DPS (Speedforce)
Red: DPS (Air support. Apparently the only one that flies)
Blue: Ranged DPS (Sniper)
Purple: Crits (Strongest one damage-wise)
These two are cute as fuck.
Based as fuck, wonder what the absolute madman will do next.
His cause is noble and just, fuck the shitty Unit 8.
All the main characters but the robot guy and madoka are such bland characters, justice boner moralfags.
Glad based Mythos is moving the plot, best character by far.
So why did they not show anyone reacting to this? Or even bringing it up? Surely he doesn't live in a quicksand zone, right? It doesn't look like there's any water around. It would be strange for him to have little/big sisters come over for him to call a slut if he did live in one of those zones though.
This should've at least been mentioned afterward, I feel. But whatever.
This episode was great though. The whole team working together, Asami's superior getting annihilated by his superior, that silly Latin puzzle that they somehow figured out, Liko turning into an apple in the ED. Can't wait for the finale and the next season.
Is this bait? I can't really tell.
Shit taste by the way, terrorist-kun.
I could see that, at least as a fan explanation of it. It definitely fell perfectly. It's a pretty giant building, but I could still believe it.
Thanks for the maybe-realistic explanation. Feels less out of place now, since the story is about police, who would surely be told about something like this.
How wet she was in this scene?
Senpai praised her. She was waiting his praise for whole season.
He's going to be the big bad in S2 with that one cult isn't he
There's an interview with producers Birukawa and Umeda about Kuroki and Sena in this month's PASH (also found at http://www.pashplus.jp/anime/staff_comment/11794/). I'll post a summary later.
His approval is kinda important to her. In episode 1, he did catch pickpocket-chan who stole her communicator-device, showing to her that he's actually quite a very competent cop. And in episode 2, he actually defended her, telling everyone that she did actually a good job by adapting to unforeseen situations. In episode 3, he was quite honest with her, telling her that at first, he thought she was a dumb newbie, but now considers her to be pro-material.
He's always been honest and straight-forward.
If the sunken city is really the terrorist doing, then I have a feeling Pickpocket-chan is the big bad or at least his subordinate.
Active Raid will also get featured in the April issue of Animage, with fanservice poster.
>Aum Shinrikyo is the former name of a controversial group now known as "Aleph"
Aum references were so last week.
I predict a fight between Mythos and Unit 8 plus the USDF. To even the odds, Mythos will use the holoprojectors that he installed everywhere to make EVERYONE look like him in his bike-willwear, and the heroes will beat up each another, never knowing who's the true target.
I'm starting to see a pattern here.
I wonder who could be behind such a statement.
I knew that Liko shit was malware.
>They had all of Active sortieing at once in the penultimate episode
What the hell could they have planned for the finale?
Haruka gives them one of those looks sometimes.
>The apple also replace all Liko merchandise.
>you can actually unfuck the app with the BDs
top marketing, 10/10
>jpg orig jpg
Anyone can read the third method? I assume it just says reinstalling the app but I assume there's a catch to it
of course, given that it's a japan only app, you'd probably have to get the apk through some other way
>you didn't protect this smile
First holo-loli and now Liko.
>Tfw you will never cum inside Liko-chan and take responsibility by raising a holi-loli with her
Those hips should be outlawed.
Man, they should have just beat the shit out of him, pulled a Dark Knight on his ass and banged his head against the table until he talked.
It's not even like they have to worry about people finding out what with nobody able to get news apparently.
I don't understand. Japanese don't have L in their "alphabet". Lip becomes Rip.
Making the logical leap to "RIP" as in "Rest in Peace" was really strange though, if that's what you're asking, which you probably are. I wouldn't think "RIP" to be something the Japanese know of, since it's an English phrase, but who knows.
I usually hear people say R.I.P instead of as if it was one word. In anime especially, they usually say each letter in an acronym, so I would never have made the connection.
the UI does seem a bit wonky, are you pressing the buttons instead of typing in the time? It saves my data but then every time I launch it it acts like it's my first time and the menu shows up
hearing Liko but seeing the apple is fucking terrifying
Old pokerman looked genuinely spooked at the shout though. What the fuck madoka, you gonna kill him like that.
>Remembering the good times
>When she helped you with your homework
>When she improved your living style
>When she shitposted with you on an anonymous image board
>When she watched you mastuba- master the baiting technique. On an anonymous image board
Rev up those doujin japan.
I mean when it works it WORKS. But most of the time, the OP isn't a particularly good match for the scene, and it's not quite as exciting when almost every single show does it. It's too predictable. Also I feel like it works better when it's finale of a 2 cour show playing OP1, when it's been months since the show last played it.
I dont think it's done a massive amount recently but I get your point
>Also I feel like it works better when it's finale of a 2 cour show playing OP1, when it's been months since the show last played it
Half the reason I still watch sports anime is that so many of them run for multiple seasons then play OP1 during the final episode, hype incarnate
That is just fucking brilliant.
doge would, he better hope they go to different prisons
Apologies for the piss yellow lighting. I'll now post some of the salient points.
>While Sena and Kuroki like to maintain a certain distance from each other (note how they often sit at opposite corners at a table), their relationship is nonetheless based on mutual trust
>otherwise, Kuroki wouldn't decide to toss Sena while they're apprehending suspects
>While one likens Sena as a stuck up guy and Kuroki as a hooligan, while they're on the job, they both strive for the same goal
>Kuroki carries out his duties according to his unique way of obeying the law and thinks this is an okay way to do things as long as it produces results
>Sena on the other hand values the process more than Kuroki does; to him, rules are strict. Remember when he turned down candy from a child because he "cannot accept bribes?"
>Their main difference lies in their methods. Since they've come to mutually accept the other's way of doing things, neither speaks up about it.
>While Miho isn't the type to exaggerate things, if situations don't go her away, things can go awry, like at her dinner party with Unit 8. Sena figured ahead of time that this might happen though. If one listens to their banter, you might crack a joke about how they're still dating. The fact that the first words out of Kuroki's mouth were "what a hottie!" made it easier for Miho to control the situation
>Inagi is the one who straightened out the delinquent Kuroki using a correct set of rules. To Kuroki, Inagi is a teacher, someone worthy of respect, and perhaps someone to be feared: someone who completely outclasses him. Kuroki was profoundly affected by Inagi's influence, upon which Kuroki based his own sense of justice and ethics.
>Umeda: A major incident that will require all members of Unit 8 to tackle together will occur. See for yourselves what fate has in store for them!
>Birukawa: Be sure to take note of the actions, the glimpses of personality found in conversation, and the wonders of human relationships!
>YFW Mythos makes Japan Great Again
Oh wow, Lyko really was a botnet. For some reason I can't stop laughing.
And oh wow that ED and preview with apple Lyko, I love this show so much.
This is ironically the most politically charged show of the season.
We can expect some good Willwear model/statue right?
>the train doubled as a armory for enemy tech
>the sentai ranger cops are now a small team of Mega Men
I love this show. Even when you see the twist coming from episodes away, they pull it off with such satisfaction.
We have met the enemy, and the enemy is us.
I hope this part of the OP next week gets apple Liko too, that is if there is an OP next week since last episode and all that.
I tried, I don't think a loop is possible since the characters all walk out of sync with each other.
That's amazing, I'm glad my Liko is still fine.
Wait, nevermind, now my Liko is a fucking apple, too. Time to buy that BD.
>That's why even if I'm not here, please, wake up, ok?
>[Unfortunately, Wake Up Manger Liko has stopped]
Well fuck you too, dev.
>That feeling when you'll never be recruited to Unit 8.
Really? I listend to her till the end until she turn into an apple and then the app crash, maybe it's not suppose to happen since I can't even go into the menu. And aye, tis a great marketing tactic.
It really is. They're putting quite a lot of effort into this series as a whole. I love it.
Did anyone else notice the highly detailed sakuga right here?
Why does she said "Pake" I remember Ezio always saying "Pache" in Requiestat in Pace?
>I want your lip
>>I think he meant RIP
>>>I want your REST IN PIECES
First Hololi and now Liko, what does this show have against adorable hologram/program girls. I hope both of them come back for second cour.
>Bland mascot malware gone
>replaced with pleasantly voiced apple malware
Don't let the door hit you on the way out, Liko.
The Japs must really have something against Apple.
I think this is the second time this season that Apple has been the enemy.
>b-but you can install the anime girl on your phone!
Woke up a bit early so I went to check on my Liko.
> cheap plastic replica of the section 8 phone
That would only happen if Active Raid aired during the showa era. I'm going to be happy if we just get some figmas or figures of the Willwear squad.
Well you can't now, seeing how she's just an apple at this point.
I wouldn't really call Active Raid a surprise. The only surprise with Active Raid was that I was expecting it to be more slice of lifey.
We're going to get a Figma of Liko and nobody else and you know it.
>Train model can transform into a giant robot
Well, I guess I'm fine with that too.
I think she was still drinking kids beer.
Drinking in that situation isn't really clear though, it was quite stressful so maybe she just break the rule that one time.
When I saw this out of the corner of my eye, I initially assumed it was a Tenga joke.
Also, fun as fuck episode, especially with the completely retarded Latin thing. Shame about the QUALITY. Hope the BD fixes that.
>they actually have a term for that move
Also, Bossu's willwear might be the first one that I find physically attractive. I normally don't sexualize powered armor, but they did a good job with that ass.
