Well anon, haven't you already kill yourself yet?
>Monster Hunter Stories
>Under the Dog
>reasons not to kill yourself
>looking forward to UTD
Just go and watch those 80s and 90s OVAs.
>No Digimon Tri movies
Well, it's what's keeping me going.
this is the bleakest list of reasons I've ever seen
>What exactly caused the hype for it?
From what I know, the hype was about it being a KyoAni show. I dont'get it, I've recently seen KyoAni's track record and it looks like they've never produced anything worth remembering. Their best works are Suzumiya and K-ON so I don't get what the whole "they're saving anime" hype is about.
>I don't get what the whole "they're saving anime" hype is about.
So-called cinematography fags corrupted by /tv/ who keep shouting about MUH VISUAL DIRECTIONS. Hyouka fags being the most prominent example.
Pfft, you're just a pleb who don't get how deep and meaningful the shots are. You're the one who is too shallow to notice how the various scene compositions holds intricate symbolism that enhance the stories and characterization.
Don't kid yourself. I love good cinematography, it's why Garden of Words is one of my favorite animated movies (among others) but don't kid yourself into thinking that good cinematography alone can save what's already shit.
Who the fuck would ever want a Gunbuster remake? That would be worse than a FLCL remake.
Well then, guess I'm going to watch it and not know what to expect. I guess that's good.
>Episodic fantasy comedy that never gets bogged down in taking itself too seriously and just has nice character arcs, good animation and clever directing
I'm enjoying it much more than I thought I would be.
>Too stupid to follow a visual medium
>Get mad that others can
I fucking love how much butthurt Kyoani's talent generates here from idiots that can't follow anything without incredibly straightforward story telling.
Cinematography doesn't mean "pretty backgrounds." His stuff looks nice, but his scene composition is incredibly basic.
>the KyoAni fag is here
This is gonna be good.
Oh don't worry, I think Shaft is very talented as well. Hell, I'm one of the people who really like Sasami.
