What app do you use to read manga?
Cracked Mangarock, it's great. I do miss the "add your own manga aggregator from url" from MangaWatcher, but whatever, it failed too much for me.
To whoever dismisses reading on a mobile device, consider it is great to have an app download recent chapters from your pre-set manga lists for offline reading whenever you want without even bothering to download the chapters yourself. I sure don't do this for my favorite mangos, but for the ones that don't deserve maximum quality, it does bring me a nice way to kill time without burning my data plan/battery.
>open with internet explorer
I live on the edge
>living on the edge
I like to read on the go so I compress the images to view on my Gameboy Advance
iPod nano cause it just werks
Call me old fashioned but this app is pretty good
I download all of my manga and then hand trace every page in illustrator.
Then I send the reversed ai files in to be printed out on 8'x11' sheets.
After waiting weeks for them to arrive, I place a new sheet on my bed everyday and read them over the course of about 2 weeks before I go to sleep using the mirror that is on my ceiling.
Anyone know a good Manga app for the TI-81?
Printing them is good and all but for the best results you take the printed sheets and insert them into the LHC at CERN. The hourly rental rate is a bit steep but when you get a glimpse of two pages smashing into each other at the speed of light you can never go back to reading on a tablet.
Gets the job done.
iComic. one of the oldest and best manga viewers on iOS. written by a nip too. built in FTP server for wirelessly dropping zip/rar'd manga, works flawlessly with high res scans, fast, no bloat.
There were rumors that neutrinos (shredded loli/trap doujins) were clocked as going faster than the speed of light. But I think that was a timing problem with their measuring instruments
Android here: Tachiyomi. Flawless page transition, zero ads, completely free. It's the best android app. For desktop (specifically chrome): Manga viewer
no clue but that sounds amazing.
Mah nigga. Just recently discovered this and I love it. Used Aizoban before, but it's horribly out of date and doesn't seem like the dev cares to update it anymore.
Just wish it had Hummingbird support instead of MAL.
I'm a pleb. I use Google Play Books. Use domdom to DL them and convert them to PDF. Upload to Play Books from the browser. Can read from any device I have and pick up where ibledt from. I sometimes download to device to read offline (commute to school).
It's very nice
Earlier I used mangawatcher but it stopped working correctly.
I wish some application had support for hentai website too
Tachiyomi sound good since i dont have phone internet and prefer to download and read offline. Tried searching on google play, is it not on there? Do i gotta put it on myself?
Otherwise i been using Zing manga after mangawatcher kind of fizzed out. Havent played around with it much but doesnt seem like i can read offline which gets annoying.
Sadly hasn't had a commit since last year and the website is down so you might have to build it or maybe scour around for a apk
>tfw too lazy to get ex to work
>firefox on OSX is all fucked up and Safari is botnet
One day I'll put in the work and be happy.
On a more related note, doesn't the e-hentai account double as an exhentai account?
Mangawatcher was the best one.
I tried some of the knockoff ones, but they're missing some of the features and are uglier.
MW is broken now though.
I use zingbox, but only because it has the infinite scrolling and expands to fit the tablet screen.
It's complete shit otherwise. Can't sort properly, missing tons of features, etc.
Nothing will fill the mangawatcher hole.
ComicFlow on my iPad Mini. It's fucking comfy in bed.
I sat next to an awkward nerdy girl in class, and during break she was reading some manga on her tablet. I said "hey is that naruto? I love reading that anime!" and I could tell she got angered.
Good times. She also talked about going to yomacon so I dismissed her as crazy
I have an e-reader actually, no brand but it works well. Bought it a year ago and still haven't recharged it, these things fucking last forever because the only power requirement is every time it updates the screen, once the screen has changed it uses 0 fucking power.
i use an old software called ACDsee, the new versions totally suck, but the old one(ACDsee-clsasic 2.43) is not only a great image viewer, but i also pretty much use it as an explorer/file manager all the time. The only problem is viewing gifs, which doesn't work with current windows's and the old software as it crashes. But the rest is so great that i don't care about that.
None of you use the Otaku-approved manga viewing application? Shame on you, shame on you all. You can keep your manga inside .rars and read them without having to extract them.
I just stream it sinc ei'm not a fucking autistic faggot that downloads everything he watches/reads.
There is literally nothing wrong with streaming, sure the quality is lsightly lower but it's still watchable. Are you this much of an autist that you can't watch anything unless it's in the highets quality?
You are in luck, I couldn't find the VIZ scans of Skypiea arc when I was reading like a month ago, same with HxH, but they are up now
Man, we get it, you just read manga on your shitty android phone, so is kinda hard to download stuff, but jezz, keep it down a bit. I download volumes of manga, but after reading I just delete them, is not like they stay there forever, and you don't depend that much of your internet.
Honeyview on my PC, PerfectViewer/Manga Rockl on my tablet.
