What...the hell...was this?
Was it an inside joke or something? The entire episode, fuck it I mean the entire arc
academy city is entirely filled with chuunis and last order
Welcome to nagai, anon. The entire arc was shit but that last episode with three openings playing over it was pretty fun if you shut off your mind and ignore the implications.
Saten becoming a mecha protagonist overnight was my favorite.

This. It was so ballsy I loved it. Its like they were trying not to try and it worked.
Nagai is an excellent director when he is on the adaption leash.
>I couldn't even get through
Here is a quick chart for reference.
>mfw whenever index 3 airs, railgun secondaries will be going from that feel-good last episode of S into the battle royale
The shiposting will be magnificent.
Even better if they are reading the Railgun manga but have not read the Index LN's.
I think he means the whole "I can't let my friends get involved with the darkness" thing.
The anime-only stuff isn't canon and she goes and asks them for help when 2-3 episodes ago she was hiding the clones and her struggle from everyone but touma.
Sure, STUDY and their plan was a joke the point where fucking saten could take them all on herself, but that was still really annoying to see. Only kuroko gets involved in things like that and even then, she still doesn't know the big picture.
>it's been so long since the last index season that the word "pwns" was still in use
Just kill me already.
That scene was great, it's been too long. Also this version of it was top tier as well.
>they don't believe in the theater scene
But anon, Nagai is only bad when he is making anime original content of an adaption. IBO has been one of the better Gundams in a while.
>I have no idea how anime is made
>IBO has been one of the better Gundams in a while.
Being better than AGE and GBF Try doesn't say much. A better Gundam aired almost exactly a year prior and it wasn't good either.
G-Reco? No, Tomino is too much of a clusterfuck.
And 'a while' did not mean in just the last year or so.
>G-Reco? No, Tomino is too much of a clusterfuck.
I liked G-reco, and i think clusterfuck isnt the right word, but you still have a point. I feel Tomino gets too ambitious, comes up with all these great ideas and it either comes out sub-par or he doesn't flesh it out and it gets cut to pieces. Its why you need an editor to help focus you.
