Carta-chan is my
Confirmed for dead, McGillis killed her and now he is going to kill Gali
>Go into grand standing and ranting, actually challenging someone to a duel in what is more or less a war between a corrupt PMC and another PMC composed of child soldiers.
>Act surprised when she gets fucking rekt.
This episode had me in fucking stitches today. She got the Indiana Jones treatment. Serves her dumbass right.
The moment she started with that duel challenge I was thinking in the back of my head "Is she retarded? There's no fucking way Mika, of all people, is going to agree to this. What is this, the middle ages?"
Kind of a dumb copout that she got 'saved' in the end so she could have her death-rant while being carried off, though. Show is getting a little too 'cookie cutter anime' with shit like that recently. Would have been so much more of a powerful scene if her ass just got smashed like her comrades.
The dumbest part was that she had already challenged them with superior numbers and ship support twice before and still lost. Why did she think a three on three duel would go any differently? Tekkadan has better machines, AV systems, and more MS combat experience than she does. Hell, in the island assault I'm pretty sure Mika killed more than 3 of her guys just by himself.
I'd say I'm sorry for your recent loss, but I'm really not. Bitch had it coming, and so did you.
Dino mace has really grown on me. The series actually did a decent job of making it seem like it hits really hard.
>Carta's greatest accomplishment was kicking over a MW 1/8th the size of her ms.
>This was also her entire squads only kill/victory
> That was also her first real battle
Yeah anyone that's not Mika and maybe Akihiro is fucked if they try to 1V1 Gali or Ein, Shino has a really bad track record when it comes to Ein
That kinda cracks me up, actually. When I saw a katana I had a pretty big eye roll, but Mika has been unusually consistent as a figure in the show that, more than anyone else, is really grounded, practical, and common-sense.
Maybe Yamagi will get in a confession or "come back safe for me" before Shino bites it.
Yeah, there's no life in her eyes.
Despite being an incompetent commander she was the most entertaining enemy they faced.
RIP in peace beautiful princess
I was betting on Shino but now that I finally caught up my bet is on unnamed kids biting it next week especially the one that was with Takaki.
>tfw Ein is just the guinea pig prototype for what McGillis plans to turn himself into which is why Ein's in a Graze frame and not a Gundam
I think his plan is to have Ein make a big splash and wreck shit, but pull the plug on him and get him killed before he scores a kill so that he can turn to Gjallerhorn and say "well we threw our trump card at them and they took a big fat shit all over it. What do?"
Why would he need a gundam when he has a Valkyrie frame MS? They were supposed to have been developed at the same time as the gundams with performance on par with them.
>Galigali will die
>His friends are dead
>McGillis is manipulative bastard
Being Almiria is suffering.
It will be hilarious if all McGillis had to do was push the reset button.
I think the "No Ahab reactors in the city" thing is going to be relevant. Ein is going to go ballistic and drag the fight into the city so McGillis can backstab him and Gaelio and use them fighting in the city as evidence of the current Gjallarhorns corruption and brutality. Bonus points if its Gaelio's name on all the paperwork for Ein's surgery and deployment.
>Yfw Ein kills half the cast and all the stupid "Muh revenge" kids
What happened to Ein? Did he fuse with the machine or something? They didn't show him for some reason. I think they did something else besides implanting the Alayashiki system.
>yfw you realize you'll never get the Ein dick
They did a little of this with him.
They did show us.
this is ein right now
Determination that is incorruptible
Even in death Ein still serve
>He gives true answers of all things past, present and future, but he must be first commanded to enter a magic triangle for if not he will lie, deceive the conjurer, and beguile him in other business. But if he enters the triangle he will answer truly, and gladly speak about divinity, the creation of the world, himself, and other fallen angels. He can also destroy all the conjurer's enemies by burning them up. If the magician requests it, he will not suffer temptations from any spirit or in any form.
>Commonly people represent him as a humanoid leopard with big claws. Flauros is depicted as a terrible and strong leopard that under request of the conjurer changes into a man with fiery eyes and an awful expression.
>Flauros can also supposedly be called upon when a mortal wishes to take vengeance on other demons. This is likely included in his capability to destroy the conjurer's enemies.
Crap, the more I think about it, the more it seems obvious that Gaelio is being set up as the fall guy for gjallarhorn being corrupted.
>McGillis is leading him around by the nose While technically keeping his own hands clean of it.
>Gaelio is the heir of one of the biggest powers in Gjallarhorn.
>He's been using his family influence To pull out an old family ms and jump from division to division to chase after a group for personal reasons.
>Was part of an operation and personally there when another member of the 7 stars died.
>Carta is going to be the honorable noble who died due to the machinations of the corrupt Gjallarhorn.
>Just a torso.
>Wants to keep fighting.
>Most of the MS designs in the series are inspired by Knight armor.
Ein is quite literally in almost every sense the Black Knight from the Holy grail.
It's an hg grimgerde modified with tallgeese parts.
-Carta: respectable opponent...
-Mika: bloodthirsty protagonist...
I'm not sure if Tekkadan are the "good"
Tekkadan are the protagonist not the good guys, in a any case Kudelia is the "good" but is stuck with this child soldiers. Mcgillis can be another good since he is aiming to reform the corrupt Gjallarhorn but he is to mysterious, he could end being a well intentioned extremist in the end.
It would have been glorious. But I'm afraid Ein wouldn't be able to kill anybody even after all the shit he went through. Fat fuck was the only disposable member of tekkadan, they created so much drama out of his death that's it for this season.
>Ein appears and start fighting
>Mika is busy agains GaliGali
>he manage to get the high ground against the others
>he is close to get his first kill.
>Mcgillis appears and shoot him killing him.
I thought she was 40.. It's her eyes, they made her look much older.
I wasn't even angry with Mika, because what could you expect from him, he is an autistic maniac. But McGillis is the true scum bag of this series, he sent them to their death while lying about friendship to their faces and no Carta, not Gaelio did anything bad to him.
He may be a shitty friend but he killed his friends for a greater good.
>If you don't like katana you're just being contrarian.
Or I just prefer the giant mace weapon.
And he obviously dislikes it. He claims its hard to use, only uses it when he has no other weapon, and he even chose an unknown weapon hes never used before over it.
>every day I wake up hyped for brother ein to slay orphans
>it's only Tuesday
That makes no sense to be, she should be in her early to mid-twenties at most. I wonder if people are just pulling that number out of their asses due to "LOL Inoue Kikuko" or is there an actual official source to that
Ein will kill enough orufenz next episode to satisfy me, but I'd trade it for McGillis getting served justice by Gaelio
>Took his childhood crush
>Convinced him Cyborg Ein would be all cool and not a monster
>Just the diagram of what they did to him is horrifying.
At Gaelio's suffering will end in 2 episodes.
When McGillis kills him so he can manipulate his sister better ;_;
>McGillis getting served justice by Gaelio
That sadly won't happen. I wish he'd just get out of this mess at the last minute. Please Gaelio, do it at for your little sister, she doesn't deserve this.
>This episode had me in fucking stitches today.
Glad I'm not the only one. The writing is so offensively bad and the characters are so stupid that I'm actually just laughing through each episode now.
>>McGillis is leading him around by the nose While technically keeping his own hands clean of it.
>>Gaelio is the heir of one of the biggest powers in Gjallarhorn.
Chocoman is also marrying Galigali's sister no?
I mean honestly. A fucking duel? Really? At least when they pulled that shit in 0079 it actually made way more fucking sense. Who the fuck just comes right out and challenges an enemy force to a duel, then cries MUH HONOR when they get fucking rekt? Mikazuki is fucking based. Waifu fags BTFO.
Shax would be the PERFECT Gundam for McGillis with the way he's been developed until now.
>Shax is thought to be faithful and obedient, but is a great liar and will deceive the conjurer unless obliged to enter a magic triangle drawn on the floor. He will then speak marvellously and tell the truth. He knows when lies are told and uses these to teach lessons.
>want proper duel 3 on 3
>fucking Mika run and do surprise attack
What a douche, it will be great seeing McGillis killing him in last episode and marrying loli.
I really hope the show will end with Gjallarhorn win, actually it can't end any other way.
>Hunt your team down
>Constantly try to kill you
>Actually kill your best friend through underhanded tactics mid battle
>Expect then to agree to a honorable duel when they have the upper hand
You have to be a special kind of retard to buy into the rhetoric the cake and mechanic were shitting out. Though I guess anyone who takes the writing in IBO seriously qualifies as retarded already.
>merribit missed out sexual healing and is now Kudelia since kudelia stepped up
>black mechanic knows he can't do shit and just watches
>Turbines are just helping out, similar boat as black mechanic
>Naze isn't on earth
This is great.
Akihiko shot at them during their second fight, it's even more confusing they expect anything, as well as what happened to Crank, getting capped post fight and all, despite asking for it.
This fucker is insane and empty inside.
>underhanded tactics mid battle
>Attacking a tank with the enemy commander right on it directing the enemies.
>You have to be a special kind of retard to buy into the rhetoric the cake and mechanic were shitting out. Though I guess anyone who takes the writing in IBO seriously qualifies as retarded already.
Whoa making me remember when I used to be retarded teen just like you.
>But it's fictional
So? They're still people. Anyone in their right mind isn't going to accept a duel because dueling is fucking retarded. Only Gallarhorn even follows the dumb tradition, and even then, not all of Gallarhorn, just her dumb ass because she's a posh noble, not a soldier. She was a spoiled rich kid put into a position of command despite no real combat experience in mobile suits. McGillis sent her there knowing she'd get her stupid ass killed because her head is full of retarded customs and beliefs. Mika is someone that's grown up the complete opposite, and is far more level-headed and grounded in reality than pretty much anyone in the cast, even Orga. He's based because he's the only person in the show that doesn't forget that he's more or less at war with another PMC, and that there's no room in this life and death struggle for all of the ridiculous grand standing or emotional tirades that everyone else brings with them that ultimately fucks them over.
He's competent but many of his crew are going to die because of his ways of doing things, specifically because he's the only one capable of stomping enemies like that, being the rabbid dog he is.
He only thinks in one way, doesn't know how to improvise and is just not human in general. He might as well be a fucking AI mobile suit.
>inb4 "that's what child soldiers do"
The rest of them are also child soldiers and despite their violence, do have a sense of emotion and rational that doesn't boild down to "ur tekkadans enemy, get recked"
Akihiro and Shino are far more based
Exactly, him finally stepping up properly for once would make it all the better.
She still is but in comparison, at least lessened whining on uselessness and progressed a bit of plot purposely.
All she had to do was open the door, now Mika got Orga to be Punished Snake.
>Somehow overhear Orga talking
>Somehow know who he is
>Attack the guy in a non combat unit who is exposed while your men literally hold Mika
How stupid are you?
>Whoa making me remember when I used to be retarded teen just like you.
Very stupid, I guess. This show is garbage, I hope you don't think any of the writing even approaches decent.
>Mars STILL remains in poverty, slavery and corruption
None of earth Gjallarhorn had real combat experience. 300 years of peace.
>Mika is someone that's grown up the complete opposite, and is far more level-headed and grounded in reality than pretty much anyone in the cast, even Orga
Making yourself sound like an edgelord if you honestly believe that.
>at least lessened whining on uselessness and progressed a bit of plot purposely.
"We'll take the railroad owned by our benefactors!" and "politicians should lobby!" were the two ideas the plot tried to pretend were brilliant displays of leadership. That's a fucking joke on par with the rest of her ideas and declarations throughout the series.
He's the most human one out of the whole lot of them. He's the only one without his head up his ass with ridiculous, out of context emotional baggage that makes no sense for people engulfed in an armed conflict.
He's the only person treating his enemies like actual enemies and not getting wrapped up in cliche anime pacifism where you're supposed to go abloo bloo bloo whenever you're forced to kill someone actively trying to kill you. He has made the right choice every single time so far in this show, and if it wasn't for him being one of the only mature people of Tekkadan acting in a way where the lives of his comrades are being handled responsibly by actually killing opponents instead of fucking around with stupid shit like duels and chivalry, Every single person in Tekkadan would be fucking dead right now.
He's like some old NCO that's been in the shit countless times, put in charge of a bunch of retards freshly drafted into the Army.
>>Attack the guy in a non combat unit
Did you miss the scene of Mobile worker combat going on just awhile before?
She was saved because Mika immediately wrecked her.
But yea It'd be stupid to continue replying to you.
> Not throwing his spaghetti everywhere at the thought of challenging Mika
True, I'm just alright if there's less focus on her being useless like what clouded the earlier ones.
Tekkadan say they're motivated by revenge, well show them what is the end result of being driven by it.
I wonder if he's bald.
Well yeah, there's nothing to challenge. Mika's keeping Orga's dumb ass focused on keeping everyone alive and moving forward instead of getting distracted with emotional baggage and worrying about sticking his cock in his accountant.
>Did you miss the scene of Mobile worker combat going on just awhile before?
Sorry, are we pretending those are actual combat threats, especially when they aren't shooting and especially for a named commander in a mobile suit?
>She was saved because Mika immediately wrecked her
They'd already lost. That whole thing was a desperate struggle to give themselves an out. No honor at all, and then they expect the enemy to handicap themselves at the next battle?
>But yea It'd be stupid to continue replying to you.
Anon, you're defending the writing on IBO. You're very, very stupid.
>True, I'm just alright if there's less focus on her being useless like what clouded the earlier ones.
They talked up her two kindergarten level ideas as being brilliant and then she literally said she wants to become hope. She needs to die, she's an atrocious character.
>That whole thing was a desperate struggle to give themselves an out. No honor at all, and then they expect the enemy to handicap themselves at the next battle?
Is this what happens when you watch anime on drugs?
No, we were just hoping she wouldn't die protecting Kudelia after their first encounter after she left because it was painfully obvious. The Joan of Arc thing was icing on the cake.
Can't sympathize with Tekkadan as they're all uncivilized bloodthirsty mercenaries from space Africa
Can't sympathize with Ein either.
Can sympathize with Gaelio.
So I hope Ein delivers karma to them.
Kudelia's just naive but still tries to learn in-between "I'm so useless" pity party sessions.
Relena is a hypocrite who never learns, never tries to learn, is a slave to a dead man's pacifistic ideal but is perfectly willing to let others fight to fulfill it while claiming the credit herself without even understanding her role in their sacrifice, and is literally the most self-absorbed peace princess in anime history. Even Lacus at least considered lives over ideology; Relena never does.
He's pathetic, yet honestly I want to see this conclusion end well for him at least.
Due to plot, man was a retard and treated like shit, now he's Psycho Graze man getting to live out his fantasy.
Meanwhile tekkadan goes Ein-level due to biscuit despite having several losses before and the need to not confront GH to complete their job. A bit of emotional irrationality
Don't think so, scooter. Barbatos claimed her soul.
i like iron blooded orphans
people are literally complaining about a bunch of spoiled kniight brats acting like spoiled knighty brats.
they got killed like they should have.
how is this bad writing? people doing dumb things because of they're upbringing and how they were raises is not bad writing.
fuck /m/ and their autism.
The only bad writing is the adult characters except for the old man trying to admonish Tekkadan for their goals and methods. Mika was 100% right, there was no reason for them to accept that duel, I don't know why those three were even retarded enough to think that leaving their cockpits would be a good idea.
>watching Gundam anything for the girls
Wing has other qualities, it's just the politics that dive into retardsville. The teenage terrorist angle was working out pretty well until the focus shifted. Plus, '90s /fa/ mixed with some 18th century uniforms for OZ are worth seeing just for the "what the fuck?" experience.
Peace princesses aren't "girls", they're Gods, they're worshipped by everyone, and whoever doesn't approve of their ideals is a little shit. You didn't watch Hirai Age? Good for you.
Relena Peacecraft is the Hillary Clinton of Gundam, and most of the criticism about her in this thread basically drills her for being a political chameleon. As a human being, she grows as a person from a naive schoolgirl to a vengeful crusader to an underdog political revolutionary. But as a politician, she realizes how powerful words and ideals are compared to weapons of war and turns herself into the anti-establishment figurehead.
She doesn't believe in pacifism, shes just using it to destabilize the establishment. She doesn't believe that war is evil, shes just using this stance to stop the war economy. Shes smart, she adapts, and the way she learns to confront her enemies drives home the central theme of Gundam Wing as a populist revolution.
In this manner, Lady Une evolves from a mere bureaucratic stooge to a policy maker; and Dorothy fails as a political ascendant in embracing the war economy and was reduced to a nameless entrepreneur.
Even the old man didn't care for Orga's speech at the end. The adult characters were correct. They didn't have to accept the duel, but they should try to tone it down or remain professional. If they continue to go the Mika route the only thing waiting for them at the end is death, which the kids don't see. Naze warned them they would all die if they went this route too.
>The adult characters were correct. They didn't have to accept the duel, but they should try to tone it down or remain professional.
No they weren't. They had absolutely no obligation or reason to hold back outside of blind idealism, which is always the stupidest idea that can get into someone's head.
They aren't in some lawless land or the wild west, if you can stop being edgy for a second you'd realize they have 0% chance of survival if they pissed Gjallarhorn enough/or gave them a legit enough excuse for them to actually muster their troops against them. One PMC isn't going to survive taking on the world, they need to play it as nice as they can.
>They aren't in some lawless land or the wild west,
They kind of are. The only "law" is a corrupt governing body.
>if you can stop being edgy for a second you'd realize
And if you'd stop being an idiot who thinks pragmatism is edgy you'd realize that Gjallahorn is already trying to kill them, and trusting Gjallahorn will get them nothing but betrayal and death or life in a cell.
>kills a man in cold blood without letting him finish his last words
>Immediately return to smelling the bracelet because he likes its scent
People think he is not insane
Mika is the savior of Tekkadan
Gotta wonder if his entire motivation is DADDY ISSUES, because so far all his moves haven't done much to give him control over Gallarhorn, but instead focused on foiling his Jamitov-lookin' adoptive father.
Are people here seriously mad that Mika didn't duel with Carta?
In what fucking world would Mika even do that? Also trying to duel against a mercenary group that has already shown brutal ways of combat is the stupidest thing ever.
>no cute images of her hair tail
Its like they went out of their way to show it.
Will never release shit.
I’m surprised Atra manage to get this far, she always seems like the type of character they kill for cheap drama, well two episodes to go and everything seems to be getting ugly so who knows
They'll reunite in the chuuni afterlife, maybe roboEin will find his way there too
Of course he will, the three of them are part of McGillis fun ride
She was too pure for the world.
You say that like she's already dead.
Why is nobody talking about how hilariously retarded the blond dude #1 was to continue reprimanding a charging at him Gundam equipped with a giant blunt weapon?
For that alone they all deserved to die. They would just not recognise their situation until the very end. It's an unprecedented level of being up oneselves' ass.
Ein confirmed for final boss and a fucking edgelord.
>Gundam's most bloodthirsty final boss
Animators trying to sexualize Atra, poor guys
>Head patriarch recognises that Carta is in no condition to fight despite his misgivings
>McGillis sends off to die regardless
Hahahaha, being Carta and Bauduin is suffering.
>None of earth Gjallarhorn had real combat experience. 300 years of peace.
Kind of. There's still been pirate groups and what not running around so some have experience. Crank for one was supposed to be an experienced pilot.
Carta's unit officially had no combat experience prior to their orbital battle against Tekkadan though.
So is Ein the second gundam character to actually become Gundam?
If there was anything to the plot in this series, McGillis is probably plotting with others to allow Tekkaden to destroy a military unit or two and penetrate Earth's airspace so that he can use the reputation of the hardened merciless barbaric Martian butchers to jumpstart the military industrial complex and reinvestment into Martian war relic excavation.
Apparently the 72 Gundams that ended the Calamity War had pilots undergo the same procedure as Ein, according to Macky's speech about Ein representing the roots of GH and the true, original power of the AV system. If that's the case then plenty of people before became Gundams.
She's been lusting for McGillis cock her whole life where have you been? And she died because McGillis told her to be proud, she tried to play the part fot his sake and got smashed while still slobbering about him. Just another female character defined by her dick lust.
I really want Shino to survive this. If this gets a second season their MS fleet will get awfully dull without his antics and hot pink mech. I've never seen a Mobile Suit quite like the Ryusei-Go.
[I AM WELL BROTHERS]
He doesn't give a shit. He wants to kill Tekkadan even if only his brain was left. It's if he succeeds or his purpose changes that you'd see the real despair.
He'll probably either get Mika'd eventually or realize he fucked up and die in a heroic sacrifice.
How can anyone think of Carta as anything more than a complete and utter idiot? Wouldn't a person of sane mind at least try to have a rough estimate of a combat potential of the person they're about to charge at, and the difference between their potentials? Would a standard, regular anon charging at John Cena with an attempt to fight to the death not be called an idiot?
Will she also get turned into a dreadnought?
>There will never be an series detailing the Calamity War, the 72 gundams, and the ethics behind turning people into murder bots
>Instead we get a delivery mission that has lasted 24 episodes
>That sincere thank you Ein gave Galigali
I am loving this ride. I want to see mika use the dino grabber to rip ein out his cockpit and shred him to bits.
In hindsight this could be good or bad; if the Graze gets wrecked there's less of Ein to get crushed, but if any more gets crushed who knows what's left to salvage. If the whole thing blows up, that's one dead Ein.
But then he can basically be swapped over to other units probably so long as the AJ system exists on them.
I see Terry sold you on the Tijuana Supremo Package.
So they have his penis connected to his mouth with a tube.
Stupid sexy Barbatos-chan.
There's even more layers to the irony which would blow up his mind even more. Shame Mika couldn't possibly tell him that his corrupt Gjallarhorn superiors are to blame.
I almost feel sorry for the guy, Macky is playing him so hard, and he knows about Coral.
>One of the most unique designs
>Gets killed dishonorably by Dark Determination Mika
this is the only character death that bothered me so far
Friendly reminder that Atra will win the Kudelia bowl.
It's okay, anon. They can make him better once they get back.
How about some alternate hairstyles for the
second season? I want to see Kudelia in a bob cut and Atra with long hair.
> She actually thinks Anyone in Tekkadan would agree to an "honorable" duel
Was she retarded? Even if she didn't know that one of their higher up members had died, they're fucking children who basically worked as expendable attack dogs their whole lives, they wouldn't give a rats ass about honorable fighting.
And people are making a fuss over Carta who's entire character is being deceived by Chocolate man to run straight to suicide then getting murdered while being stupid.
And now everyone is calling Tekkadan "muh revenge" monsters for killing someone who literally went straight to them and demanded a fight.
Really, it's almost embarassingly dumb that they actually thought child soldiers would agree to an honorable duel, to the point of standing outside of your machine.
Makes it seem like they deserved the beating they got for being so up their own asses.
No point in having additional MS if you have no one to put on them.
>jobbed to Ein twice
>barely hanging on a 1 on 1 against one of Carta's chumps and end up having Orga shwo himself to save his ass from blowing on their own trap and basically getting Biscuit killed for that
Spare parts come in handy.
>having Orga shwo himself to save his ass from blowing on their own trap and basically getting Biscuit killed for that
Orga was already there when they saw him standing on th trap. There's nothing in the sequence tying these two events together. In fact, if Orga didn't send him off to help Akihiro maybe Biscuit would still be alive.
This is the dead favorite female character thread?
Or how they were going on their aristocrat tirade, berate Mika and rant about Carta's superiority, all while getting stomped on. Completely delusional bunch.
>Ein could easily beat him even when he was normal.
The first time I didn't see any drastic difference in their abilities. The second time he had the rope, even Mika was struggling against a rope at one point. Apparently to win against a gundam it's good to have a rope.
Ein was worse until he took the blow for Gaelio.
Ein dropped revenge in a second to save Gaelio because Gaelio still had pride. Ein and Gaelio still had feelings towards something greater.
Tekkedan deals with people just as corrupt and don't care while trying to start a world war so said corrupt people can take over.
pretty much this,
Tekkedan isn't really backed by a country or nation at this point in time unless you count Teiwaz which hasn't been stomped by Gjallarhorn so they aren't openly backing them.
I liked that for once not all the speshul aesthetic snowflakes were hogging the spotlight. Also for a military group, nobody but Shino seems to care about wearing propper military haircuts.
You don't need a fancy hairstyle when you have a face this handsome. At least outside of the QUALITY realm.
>mika/tekka planned an ambush for when they got out of their mechs?
No, mika knew they had to get to the city and fast and said fuck this
The end result would have been the same either way. There's no way Carta's team would have won a 3v3
>large, droopy chestnut eyes
>strong jaw line
If Norba wore his hair long, it wouldn't be fair for other Tekkadans.
>All these edgy muh war fags
They're mercenaries, and it's not a war. Their survival depends on looking like the good guys or being able to claim self defense for everything. As unfortunate as it is for them they can't be the first ones to attack. By killing 3 Gjallarhorn officers outside of their mechs who were talking to them they potentially fucked themselves over.
We'll have to see how the next episodes play out to see if McGillis bails them out or uses it against them.
They've made such a huge deal out of Biscuit's death, that if any other named Takkadan died at this point, it'd feel like brushing their death aside because gotta keep fighting for Biscuit. It'd be unfair, that's why I don't see it happening.
> Orga joining Gjallarhorn
> The people who killed a bunch of his friends and comrades
> Mika is manipulating him
He really isn't, when they were talking on the boat Mika was just trying to get Orga to stop wallowing in Biscuits death because they still have shit to do and he can't just give up.
Closest thing to manipulation there was is Mika subtly reminding Orga how he pretty much passed down all the responsibility/burden of a lot of murders down onto him for the sake of their future, and he won't let Orga give up now otherwise that would have all been for nothing.
Carta and two of her men blocked the train with their ms, got out of their cockpits, and demanded a duel with 3 of tekkadan's ms while saying that they'll give tekkadan 30 minutes to prepare.
Mika said fuck that and launched before they had even finished talking.
No matter what they do, no matter how they act. They've long been on Gjallarhorn's shitlist by now. And in case you missed the dialogue between Carta and Iznario, Gjallarhorn will do ANYTHING to stop them from getting Makanai to the elections. So playing nice will get them nowhere.
As for three officers dying, it seemed like they didn't give a damn. Mcgillis even made a point that it'd be easier for Iznario if Carta died on the island because her living left a stain on her family name's honour,
> They're mercenaries, and it's not a war
It doesn't really matter, they're two opposing forces acting largely outside the law, the rules still basically apply and they didn't have the time to dick around to satisfy Carta's need for 'muh noble combat'. They have a job to do and Gjallarhorn is trying to kill them for it, they don't need to entertain her ego.
> By killing three Gjallarhorn officers outside of their mechs
Only one was killed outside of his mech, the other guy and Carta got into theirs before Mika reached them. And anyway, who the hell would know that Carta challenged them to a duel? Everyone there on Gjallarhorns side is dead.
>It doesn't really matter, they're two opposing forces acting largely outside the law, the rules still basically apply
One is the world peacekeeper/law enforcement with treaties with every economic bloc. The other is a mercenary company who has acted in self-defense in every other skirmish. The economic blocs can protect them if they don't give Gjallarhorn a legal reason to enforce.
Though I get the feeling >>138669394
is going to happen. He'll lie to Gaelio that they had the go ahead from the economic bloc then use it as proof that Gjallarhorn is acting above their legal authority.
It could still very easily be seen as self defense on Tekkadans part. Challenge or not, Carta's forced confronted them first and declared that they would fight', she's still the instigator. Mika attacked first and took them out because they didn't want or need to fight on Carta's terms, she showed up with an inferior force and just expected Tekkadan to go along with what she wanted, when they had absolutely no reason to follow what she asked of them.
Besides, had Mika not acted, it seemed like everyone else just thought they'd sent a bunch more mechs out and beat them up with superior numbers, again, because they dont have time to screw around.
>Tfw Graze Ein eventually totaled trying to protect Gaelio
>Ein barely survives
>Gaelio is dead too
>Chocochar helps give Ein another chance
>Ein foregoes the Graze Ein and comes back as
Funny enough the "final lie" ended up been a white lie
The series has been very very blatant about showing things like that to make it obvious without a doubt to the viewer. I mean we knew Kudelia's supporter was out to kill her from the beginning, Fumitan was a traitor, McGillis is plotting against Gjallarhorn, the workers riot being a set up, etc. The series makes these underhanded things very obvious and is about as subtle at them as a brick to the face.
If Mika was intended to have lied in that scene they would have shown what Biscuit had really said before that to make it obvious he was lying. That and Mika hasn't been portrayed as a liar at all throughout the entire series and it doesn't fit with his character.
Same here, is that info of the Phycho Graze?
Also remember that Earthlings really are grossed out by cyber implants, if it leaks out that Ein was turned into a Graze there's going to be major outrage.
And of course McGillis's name won't be anywhere near the official paperwork that had to be filled. Ein was Gaelio's subordinate.
>can pull on her hair while doing doggiestyle
>can pull on her hair while doing deepthroat
>can choke her with her hair while doing loving missionary
She's perfect. If only she was less ugly.
Everyone is dancing in McGillis hand right now, we also have no idea what are McMurdo and Nobliss plotting
