Also It wasn't until the last year, that Yamanaka got transferred to different position, and only notable result is poor Kitamura Eri left "alone in the dark". Kanemoto and Terashima don't seems to be affected in any way at all.

It's not the first time that anime scene people, particularly producers like that King Record guy reveal themselves to be super shitty people. I'm just surprised they were willing to be that open about it and they all totally thought it was a great publicity idea anywhere in the world let alone in Japan. In a lot of cases it's not. You should read up on a guy named Yasushi akimoto the guy that produces all those AKB48 groups and see some of the shit he says about his career, place in music and how the girls are like his puppet strings and how clearly he just does not give a single shit about them beyond being pawns with which to line his pockets and exploit fans with. The guys undoubtedly a crafty fellow that found a niche and cultivated it into the biggest success story in the history of Japanese music, a scene which he now utterly dominates and has totally stagnated outside of the Johnny's groups, but he's also a truly awful human being.

Nowadays the Japanese music scene is an absolute homogenized wasteland that hasn't seen a major change or fresh movement in almost a decade and anime is getting there too now that it's started to copy a lot of the sorts of techniques Akimoto used to get around having to field music acts that feature actual talent. Just go for the obsessive lonely type looking for pretty girls and fluff, it's way more lucrative than trying to run a legitimate act and challenge the mainstream critics.
