Don't know, the studio, the voice actors of the anime and the victim himself all released statements and apologized, and said that it was a bit of a misunderstanding. The studio said that they know they fucked up and that they will reflect on their actions and the victim himself said that he didn't think it was bullying although maybe he was pressured into releasing such a statement. You never know. Japans working ethics are pretty fucked up.
