Let's hope for at least two more cours!
I don't know about you guys, but i was disappointing in just about all full length series, while the shorts where enjoyable.
I do not know whether they are deserved to be placed as the worst anime of the season or not.
With the limited budget, their brave effort should be applauded. However, with barely average storyline and aliasing issue, the show is trying to punch beyond its own league.
It will be the Teekyuu nobody wants.
Most of the anime this season where godawfull. At least JK-Meshi is short.
It's like they cut off part of her arm thinking Blue would be closer.
It will never end.
I'm not the only one who finds those chibi faces really cute right?
I'm going to rewatch this and make a load of face pictures/webms and spam them on /a/. I will make JK Meshi popular, and nobody will even know what it is.
I thought it looked weird at first, but it's just showing them from different camera views split into three trapezoids. Drew in two lines to show it.
That really did make it great. Somehow, these really low quality shows always end up finding a way into my heart. A very small place, but bigger than other bad things.
I support your noble cause.
What will be Next seasons JK-meshi? (aside JK-meshi itself)
Nurse Witch Komugi-chan R
Mahou Shoujo Nante Mou Ii Desu kara.
Ooyasan wa Shishunki!
Any other contenders?
I don't have confirmation but i can tell most of those will be shots for sure. Maybe one will turn out not to be.
I'm not sure about Dagashi Kashi.
That must be why they hired that old lady to voice one of the girls. I wish they do more than just support, and instead also taught her how to be good throughout the 13 episodes they had.
I feel like none of them will be like Urawa/JK Meshi. I think the reason they were so bad and unpopular was because they're original, slice of life, shorts, and low quality. The biggest part being they're both originals. At least even the least popular of these will have a manga following.
Sekkou Boys is the only original anime there, but I think the crazy premise of it and the big voice actors behind the characters will give it a decent amount of popularity. Maybe it'll turn out to be next season's JK Meshi after all though and the voice actors will start going meta like JK Meshi about their low popularity while watching an anime called Bekkousutoriito Boys.
Well that's nice, though this must be the cheapest anime ever produced.
>The series is about a man named Kusaka who has a fascination for marshmallows. Kusaka gets involved in a relationship with an office lady named Wakabayashi, and the story focuses on their relationship in the workplace.
Somehow this looks like it is for female chubbychasers.
It was cute, at the very least.
Best recipe was the rice with candy, they talked about something even more random than the usual the entire episode and then at the end the food was shit. Simply amazing.
I'd say the best recipe was when they just added potato chips to instant rice after being incredibly meta about themselves.
meh, do you think adding flavored ones like prawn cocktail would be a bad move?
I like these designs better.
I like how they only started being used late in the show, it's like they didn't have enough budget to make small versions of the girls other than the ones they use in balloons.
Now I'm hungry.Decent snack and pink is crazy.
>he doesn't already have a JK Meshi folder
>he doesn't sort all images by series
This show eases my autism.
Maybe I should save this question for the final episode, but out of all their meals, which do you want to try most?
Hopefully CR will try to put a bit more effort in this show for the rest of the episodes, because holy shit the quality of those subs.
JK Meshi would never become a full 20 minutes food show like Koufuku Graffiti
When is the blue girl going to make food? Her apron is cute.
Pink is the best though even if she can't cook for shit.
