Shit, man. Bleach and Gintama are legitimately the only early 2000s Jump titles left on the magazine and they're about to end.

Seems like Jump is really tumbling down. First, it's Naruto, then Bleach and Gintama will follow. One Piece alone can't carry the magazine, they need to find another big hitter.

Bleach and Gintama hasn't been a big hitter for a while now and Jump's been doing perfectly fine. They still have Haikyuu and SnS. The one series that's ending soon that'll really hurt the magazine now is Assclass, not Bleach or Gintama. BnHA will be selling more than Gintama and Bleach in no time and World Trigger already beat Gintama and will probably beat out Bleach by next year. And I hate to say it but BC is doing well in volume sales and rankings too. I think Jump will be fine if Bleach and Gintama end.

Good storyline, memorable characters, well handled character interactions with the best humour available in that category. Also it's been on one of its main plotline arcs for couple of months now which explains your question.

Basically Gintama has 3 types of chapters:
Main Story Arc chapters- Deals with Gintoki's past and its consequences.
Story Arc chapters- Gintoki getting caught up in some kind of recent trouble
Gag chapters- Usually needs information about what's being parodied.

People usually tolerate gag chapters for story arcs, sales numbers do plummet when there is an abundance of gag chapters and rise quickly when things turn serious again. I mean it was fun when you first saw it but most jokes get old after you've seen them for the 10th time.

I believe that they should change the system so that every magazine comes with a special code. You can then use that code to fill the survey online, that way more people will do it and it will be harder for people to rig the rankings.

Why do people consider BnHA a battle manga? from what I read there are barely any battle sequences & the fights that are in it last couple of pages or the mangaka just skip them all together.
