New OPM Thread, no AOTY edition
I'm probably late on his but did anyone catch the foreshadowing to the MA in earlier Murata chapters?
>And yes I did recall that scene with the MA started again. You also see them in the latest chapter scouting Garou out.
True, true, that is obvious but I don't recall the bird and digimon being in the webcomic. I thought demon blade and bug god where the the guys who scouted Garou. It's been awhile so who knows
No, the MA had been watching Garou closely before that. Bug God, Royal Ripper, Senior Centipede (who was killed by Metal Bat in the redraw), and an unknown flying monster (who may have been Phoenix Man, as he is the only monster in the association we've seen that looks like he's capable of flight, not including Psykos) were sent to rescue Garou when he was cornered by Genos, Bang, and Bomb.
The rhino, jellyfish and bird monster that showed up recently are new. They might be Tiger or Demon level monsters, it's hard to say.
Given how story works so far I suppose it's going to be a build up for another god level threat at the end of the arc. Seeing how we've been focusing on psychics even more recently with Psykos being alive and relevant, I'd wager it's going to be a god level psychic this time. Will make for some diversity as well
>Boros was brute power
>Garou was technique
>this arc it's going to be psychic prowess
You mean Kombu Cutie? Nah.
>but I've heard some theories that it'll be about metal knight later on.
Those are theories on the NEXT arc. Right now, it's just about their relationship. It MIGHT get resolved here, or it could carry over to the next arc like Garou's hero hunting arc did. There's also whatever the HA was trying to do with Accel, which might be a later plot point or connected to whatever will happen in the next arc.
I'd classify it differently. Boros was all about other "races" apart from humans and how those races could threaten humanity. Garou and the Monster Association was more about how humans (and other "normal" beings) could transform and mutate, and how Garou transcended those beings by being the pinnacle of human combat ability combined with having transcended his human form by mutating. I'd say Metal Knight and the Organization will be introducing the next God level threat; what human beings end up creating from their intelligence, artificial beings and robots. God may follow up after this, as unlike Boros, God seems more supernatural (Homeless Emperor's balls of light are described as being magic by Zombieman). ESP may fit under this as well, considering that they're connected to ghosts and such in MP100.
Holy shit, I didn't realize that till now, I always thought they were just talking about Saitama, so Kombu Infinity was looking to join MA, I wonder how strong he was actually.
Question: if Genos hypothetically found the key to Saitama's power (like if it had actually been that french fry), would he try and take advantage of Saitama? Or is he fully converted to Saitamaism?
Some people have considered that he might be a Demon level threat and that the reason he was rated Tiger was because he was only found out in a ghost town, but let's examine what we've seen so far.
Stinger was badly injured from fighting the Seafolk mob. Each one taken down would have reduced their overall strength, but their numbers also meant that Stinger can't stop himself from gradually receiving damage and be weakened by his injuries.
Golden Ball and Spring Mustache, despite how awesome they've been lately, are still lower in raking than Stinger. So they're probably weaker than Stinger as individual fighters.
Stinger, with the help of Genji, was able to take down a Demon level monster. The monster in question was just a child and an animal that acted purely on instinct. So, remembering that threat level is as much an approximation for how much destruction a monster or disaster can wreak on people and a city as it is a general look at how dangerous it is to fight the specific threat or monster, it's conceivable that in the right situations, a Tiger level monster could be harder to beat for A class heroes than a Demon level monster. It depends if they have the proper strategy and ability to deal with the specific threat. Numbers and techniques can help, and sometimes having enough power in the first place is needed too. Fubuki beating Psykos is a great example here, as she had strength and technique backing her up.
Golden Ball was immediately taken out by Kombu, so Spring Mustache had to beat Kombu on his own. If the two had fought together, maybe they could have easily defeated Kombu?
TLDR: Kombu seems amazing, but that's just the perspective of a couple of A class heroes. Kombu might, in the end, only exist to show us how terrible and threatening even Tiger level monsters are.
is there an archive of the chapters anywhere? I was reading them off of Nerieru Scans for a long time, but one day they stopped updating OPM and deleted their Mediafire folder of it.
>ever believing Genos would betray Saitama
Genos wants the ultimate power
Saitama wants to sit on the ultimate power
If Saitama wasn't crazy powerful, Genos would have nothing to do with him because Genos only wants the ultimate power
There will eventually be a dramatic conflict of interest between them if Genos doesn't get himself killed first
What do you mean by take advantage of? Like, how? Regardless, Genos doesn't strike me as the kind of guy that would try to take advantage of anyone. He's a pretty straight laced kind of guy.
>Saitama wants to sit on the ultimate power
What? No. He revealed his training regime to his enemies.
Saitama wants an exciting action-packed life of fighting for his life.
Saitama would like to have other people as strong as he is.
Saitama has already offered to teach Genos how to become as strong as him, he's not hogging his power. Genos also learns other stuff from Saitama besides how to be the strongest. There won't be any dramatic conflict between the two, this isn't Naruto or something.
Irrelevant. Just because they did "something", that doesn't mean they're immune to criticism. The salient point here, though, is that Sweet Mask's tone of voice and the contents of his criticisms were wholly inappropriate.
You have, in 1 city, nearly all of the S class heroes. Image is very important to him. How does it look to have all of said heroes in 1 place and the body count still in the tens of thousands? And on top of that, an entire city obliterated. But again, that's from his point of view as an outsider and as an ally of justice.
And as part of the HA commitee who's responsible for the HA's public image. I mean, this definitely doesn't look good for the HA and there's no doubt that some people will only glance over the details of the entire affair and focus on the fact that they were there and yet the entire city was destroyed. The same thing happened to Saitama in the meteor incident, after all.
Apart from tats, other heroes couldnt do jack shit against the ships bombardment. And that includes sweet mask even if he had been there. City A was already doomed when they allowed the fucking mothership to go all independence day and did'nt see it coming years away from satalites and other nasa shit.
If anyone is to blame its the hero association management and maybe metal knight.. but he probably didnt give a shit in the first place
I want to bully Fubuki.
Also, do you Fubuki will ever make the decision to advance her rank after this arc?
Yup.. probably go straight to lowest S rank new addition so she can be part of the saitama group more.. as Saitama is A39 already.. and considering how big his rank jumps are.. he will probably be S next time he gets promoted..
Or if we're lucky he first gets A1 and we get a sweet mask arc..
How are you fags ok with all the QUALITY in the show?
Even the supposed epic Boros fight had noface characters with shit proportions
>and did'nt see it coming years away from satalites and other nasa shit.
I think that speaks volumes more about the ship's capabilities than anything else, considering they managed to detect the meteor which was even smaller. The ship just appeared suddenly in the sky, after all, and could be considered a Dragon level threat all on its own.
So 6 hours till the next episode!
This and next episode is about King?
That's pretty much a given when someone posts a single frame in an entire animation to criticize, so we might as well just ignore it and talk about other stuff. That's called being kind.
Well were used to the manga looking like this.
So anything is a upgrade from there really.
Anyone got a gif/webm of Sonic air guitaring at the end of the OVA?
No man this shit is pure QUALITY garbage 0/10
So where were you when Genos won the Saitamabowl?
>wan pawn man spechul Scee Dee
Why don't they just say it in Japanese?
I don't understand a thing.
Huh. I just noticed this. Did Murata actually say that he removed the part where Metal Bat rebounded the manhole cover? Because the wall on which the manhole cover bounced off of after healing the street post can be seen here.
Also just realized that the wind pressure alone from Metal Bat's spinning bat is damaging the road and wall.
>waifubot gushing over folding shirts
Why is Genos so
A minute's silence for all the dead civilians.
>TLDR: Kombu seems amazing, but that's just the perspective of a couple of A class heroes. Kombu might, in the end, only exist to show us how terrible and threatening even Tiger level monsters are.
Don't forget that Moustache's supermove was capable of penetrating Kombu's defences, it's just that it was dodged. But the fact is both of them were relatively weak defensively, so despite dishing out damage like an A class should with their memory metal weapons, they couldn't tank damage. Further, both in separate occasions were shown to be powerless after running out of ammo/had his sabre broken. So they suffer from the common issue of being weakened when unarmed.
This isn't their own fault though, as I doubt even the mighty Atomic Samurai can do much without his sword. And Lightspeed likely also suffer from that critical weakness. Metal Bat is just lucky his bat is indestructible, however it is likely he could still punch monsters to death if he is mad enough.
I hope it's established just how big their world is and what breeding is like. There's a token crying child in every monster attack so birth rates don't seem to be a problem.
>I hope it's established just how big their world is and what breeding is like. There's a token crying child in every monster attack so birth rates don't seem to be a problem.
Here is a map Murata put on his Twitter. So this is as official as it gets.
Also, about the monster attacks, it is known that back when Saitama was in highschool the attacks were as infrequent as once a month.
Remember how Saitama claim his efforts haven't made the world any safer? Well, it is because the monsters have been accelerating their appearances, so that's why Sitama felt his efforts were in vain. Because the world was literally much safer a decade ago, and monsters are now popping up almost faster than heroes can kill them.
Perhaps he should take a different approach to solving this problem.
No wonder I didn't remember. Thanks.
I know that much, but I meant scale as relative to Earth or any planet. It doesn't seem that big honestly, but it's still a super continent.
To be fair, Tiger's actually plenty tough. Demon is supposed to be able to devastate an entire city. Cities are fucking HUGE. Fiction depict cities as being not much bigger than a small village, but real cities are huge.
A Tiger level monster can presumably take out several blocks of property or hundreds of normies in a relatively short time. That's actually quite impressive in a real world setting.
Possibly God level, given enough time. Unless it gets nuked.
The ship's initial barrage was Demon level, seeing as it leveled a city. It could easy go around blowing up multiple cities in a matter of minutes, or hours at worst. At which point, it'd be Dragon. Left unchecked, it could have potentially crippled human global society in a matter of weeks or months.
Will Saitama ever get his hair back?
When Genos wins a fight and Sonic gets a moment to be cool.
>I know that much, but I meant scale as relative to Earth or any planet.
We have no reason to believe the Earth is any smaller than ours. Why would you think it would be smaller? What made you think that?
>A Tiger level monster can presumably take out several blocks of property or hundreds of normies in a relatively short time. That's actually quite impressive in a real world setting.
And in terms of power a Tiger level monster is probably worthy of staring in its own horror film. Sure, the military can beat it handily, but since the local police probably would struggle against it, there would be many casualties before it is brought down.
What made you think the "cities" are smaller? Because every time we pan out we see every city being many times bigger than normal. Even Z city is huge, with entire areas of it uninhabited yet still have normal city streets that function just fine.
I don't think their smaller, I just think they're relatively the size of normal cities. If you take Earth's Pangea and divide it up into cities, each city would be the size of a small country, But I just can't grasp the scale of OPM's world.
But Saitama already beat their DBZ analogue. Infact I'd say that Boros was stronger than anyone in DB pre Super because he PHYSICALLY knocked a guy to the moon in a split second. Goku, Buu or even Vegetto never achieved that.
Boros is DB/80s/90s analogue. Even based on a manga ONE did when he was 9 where the villain was so powerful that he gave up on writing the manga and used him for OPM.
Garou is the Yu Yu Hakusho/Bleach/modern Shonen analogue. Constant evolution and adaption with asspulls.
Tatsumaki is the ESP character.
The question is what's next?
>Found this on pixiv
>Infact I'd say that Boros was stronger than anyone in DB pre Super
In the webcomic the prophecy of 6 months have passed?
What if the threat for the earth it's
Don't you have a pixiv account?
Don't you bear the mark of the beast?
Well then I guess you'll have to find it the old fashion way. Go to pixiv and search for it undet the ワンパンマン tag. It should be on the first page
Also, I thought OH3 was about rape, what's all this?
>I guess you'll have to find it the old fashion way
I hope someone trips you.
Reminder that Genos never stops to job in the Webcomic.
so murata only fag here, i know
garou turns into an actual demon later on when he joins the MAso was all this stuff going on right now on the original webcomic or are they just from the redraw?
Will Tats and Bucky make up? I want to see them hang out as sisters..
how about you stop being a huge fucking faggot and find out for yourself?
these threads really are fucking hell incarnate
nothing but powerlevel faggots, new faggots, fujos spaming their fan "art", and lazy pieces of shit like you and me raging because this piece of shit site can't produce anything enjoyable
how about you stop being a huge fucking faggot and find out for yourself?
these threads really are fucking hell incarnate
nothing but powerlevel faggots, new faggots, fujos spaming their fan "art", lazy pieces of shit like you and me raging because this piece of shit site can't produce anything enjoyable, and people that get this mad about literally nothing
Because Genos tested directly in to S Rank and was already popular, so Sweet Mask fucking him up would have hurt his credibility. The real question is why he let King through.
Damn, I can't wait to see Murata's version of Devilman Garou. SCARf mode Garou as well, his hair goes fucking crazy.
i doubt they ever met this early,or maybe they did, who knows.
If anime and manga have taught me anything, it's that any two people that consider each other better than an average acquaintance have always met each other previously at some point at least three years prior.
I think not, in fact i dont think even 3 months passed between the end of Boros saga to the current arc, i suppose whatever is supposed to be the threat will be the last enemy Saitama faces
I wonder what will ONE do after Mob Psycho 100 ends, it seems it its on the last arc, will ONE give more time to Onepunch-Man after it?
Best part about the whole Boros fight right. Can't believe Madhouse actually improved on the manga.
that wasn't the prophecy. Garou was about the same level as Boros and Pig God didn't feel he was threatening enough to use ano jutsu on.
The prophecy threat has to be Homeless Emperor's god or greater.
Definitely not 3 months, although 3 months have passed up to the current point. Bofoy lists down how long it took for Saitama to be promoted from C to B to A. He got promoted to B rank 43 days ago and was admitted into C class 65 days ago. Lastly, he was promoted to A class 2 days ago.
Saitama became B class after he defeated Sea King, then some time after that, his involvement in the alien ship incident (probably amongs other activities) brought him up to rank 7.
So there's your general guideline for how much time has passed between Boros' arc and the current one.
Would hardly still call it a hobby, he's mainly keeping because the fans are asking for it and he doesn't have any editor to push a deadline.
OPM already became a huge thing and he's getting lots of money from it by working on the new content of the manga and of the Anime. I see him continuing the webcomic even though he doesn't have any need to as thanks to the fans.
I mean, if he wanted to, he could totally stop working on the webcomic until Murata get to the last chapter.
I don't think the prophecy is going to end in something so standard as "another enemy, but this time even stronger". OPM isn't exactly a masterwork of literature, but considering how much it plays with fighting manga cliches I don't think ONE is going to go the most direct and obvious route. Besides, a scenario like that could only end up retreading ground traveled by Boros and Garou.
Remember that the prophecy doesn't say "an exceptionally strong enemy is going to attack earth" It doesn't even say "the earth is in danger of being destroyed". It just said "the earth is in danger" (though I admit it might literally mean something different. I'm assuming the translation is accurate). That could mean fucking anything; I wouldn't put it past ONE to end the whole comic with an aesop about carbon emissions. Even without going the joke route it could easily wind up being something more abstract than another powerful enemy- the hero association turning evil, the earth drifting out of a stable orbit and Saitama having to punch it back, all of Saitama's punches affecting the stability of tectonic plates, etc. My point is that I wouldn't put money on the prophecy being so straightforward.
We can still go deeper.
I don't have any parallel image for it but when Boros runs to Saitama after the moon jump it's the exact same run as in Saitama's dream, when Saitama was running to the subterranean King.
How did this crudely drawn webcomic get an anime adaptation with such high production values? Not that I'm complaining, of course, but it's strange.
it's sunday and
there's no One punch man episode
I don't really understand this. If Freeza could destroy a planet with her one finger back in the day, why are none of the beams destroying the planet now that she is 100,000x stronger than back then?
Is that a Thriller reference or am I thinking too hard on that pic?
It's his personality.
Because they've always scaled their attacks. Nappa can oneshot a city with two fingers, but his stronger attacks did nothing of that scale. Same thing for planet busting. The attacks are all just as strong or stronger, but they're not made for such destruction.
Murata has uploaded some sketches of the Boros vs Saitama fight as seen in the anime
i don't know moon, but can someone check what he is saying on his twitter, because it would be interest if they followed muratas sketches for the extended fight between Saitama and Boros
That's just a load of horseshit headcannon.
It's far more likely that the show is just straight up inconsistent and there is no explanation for dumb shit like this in dragonball.
>we could be watching King's arc today
Even as a kid, that bugged me about DBZ. When a new guy shows up, they SAY they're a million billion times stronger than the last guy, but the fights all look exactly the same. After a certain point (I'd say around Freeza) they don't look any bigger.
I always wondered, if you showed someone the Freeza fight, the Cell fight and the Buu fight (without any talking, just the ACTUAL fighting), could they tell who is stronger than who?
>Even as a kid
I had no cable so I could only watch it in Spanish. Boy did I think it was the most interesting thing I'd seen since Pokemon. Also I think it was Dragon Ball not Z. Honestly never bothered to re-watch the series past the Abridged version.
>No Saitama gang
Fuck this gay Earth
>Murata working extra hard for a new season
Is he One's biggest fan ever? He's so determined and seems like a great guy.
The bullying during his early streams, from an anon's account, was so upsetting because I'd love to see him joke around and do extra stuff.
Out-universe: PLOT armor really.
In-universe: They can somehow concentrate their attacks into being strong yet doing small colateral damage this makes sense for the heroes.
For the villans not really, but you could argue they have a massive pride (Vegeta, Freeza, Cell) and they want to win "fair" so not going to do the cheap destroy the planet victory, except when they are really overpowered and indeed resort to that tactic.
Kid Buu didn't give a shit about that and destroyed the earth inmediately.
>Is he One's biggest fan ever?
considering he is the reason ONE didn't threw the towel and is the reason how an anime was made to begin with, i would say, yes, yes he is
>The bullying during his early streams
this is the first time i have heard of this. I know that for some time he stopped streaming, but never of any bullying
I wish I could bother to find the post, but according to an anon, Murata would leave the camera on to exercise or do random things while not drawing. The japs watching made fun of him and called him an old man and whatnot.
My headcanon on that is that after Freiza, metaphorical powerlevels rose very slowly, but just being a foot head of someone makes you look a million times better than them, which is why everyone was able to catch up to each other so easily.
The reality is that powerlevels in DBZ are just bullshit and Toriyama is a lazy writer who doesn't really care that much. If you're stronger you're stronger, that's about all that is important.
Vanguarding only works if the heroes climb up incrementally one rank at a time because they're scrubs with slow power progression.
Saitama finishes off big monsters and jumps ranks like when he skipped past Mumen Rider after the sea king fight.
Sweet Mask is only capable of stopping any more S-ranks because the next strongest A-ranks are the three samurai disciples and they're not good enough. Once an obviously strong guy like Saitama shows up, he'll just skip through Sweet Mask or get beat up trying to be a dick to Saitama.
Still it's not like is a Toriyama problem only, this happens in everything that has a power creep related to big area destruction attacks, your heroes just can't go around destroying everything in their path.
Same goes for clothes and they magically resisting city/planet/solar busting attacks, DBZ should have been about naked muscular men fighting each other after tanking ki attacks.
Doesn't anyone who doesn't get immediately promoted to S after joining the association has to pass by the rank 1 of their previous class to decide if they want to be promoted or not?
I mean, my point is that a strong person is just going to surpass a vanguarding rank 1. Get rank 1, then jump up to the next tier. Or just jump a few ladder spots.
Saitama in C rank was a special case though because he played the bad guy glory thief role in front of the public. If they actually believed he was stronger than everybody else who fought the sea king instead of beating a "weakened" monster, he would've easily been promoted to S rank without question. If he didn't have the backing of people like Mumen Rider, he probably would've stayed in the #2 spot.
King hit S rank after 5 kills.
Remember the Blizzard group intro chapter with the new guy in B class? He clearly passed Mumen Rider. Mumen Rider is refusing to rank up himself but he's not stopping others from ranking up themselves. It's just that all the C class heroes are scrubs.
Sure. Not like it really matters. If someone manages to perform better than him, they'll deserve it. It's best to think of him as being the best a C class hero can perform. A quality standard. Unlike Sweet Mask who'd clearly be one of the stronger S class heroes, C class is a good model for what C class heroes can perform. Anyone who can do more hero work than him, either through quantity or the magnitude of their achievements, would be worthy of getting into B class.
This discussion about the ranking system makes me wonder why everybody isn't S-class or something.
If the top ranked of each class can get promoted to the next tier, what's to stop a whole class of heroes getting promoted up by hero pool exhaustion?
e.g. A-class rank 1 goes up to S-class.
A-class rank 2 becomes rank 1. Goes up to S-class.
Repeat until nobody left.
The only reason it doesn't seem like this isn't happening is because either nobody thought about it, or there's more to the rank 1 promotion scheme.
Mumen Rider, Fubooty, and Sweet Mask couldn't have been the vanguards of their classes since the beginning.
Because not everyone is worthy of S class. I forget who, but someone explains what it means to be an S class during the Garou fight. And in short, it means they're absolutely crazy.
I had this exact same thought too.
I vaguely remember some test being mentioned when they were deciding if Saitama should be allowed into B-class, so there probably is something more than just "be rank 1".
Nah. When a hero wants to get promoted, they have to be examined by a committee. That's probably one of the things holding Rider back. Although there are some HA employees wondering why Rider hasn't tried to, Rider probably knows that his abilities alone aren't fit for B class and would be rated as such by the committee.
A lot of B-class heroes seem like normies on the power level scale though. Like that Blizzard Group newbie who was inspired by Saitama and quit the group.
I thought the question with Mumen Rider was that he was totally qualified but didn't pursue it. And he said as much in his Rider speech before Saitama stepped in. He didn't want to rank up because he didn't believe he was strong enough or that he *could* become strong enough to be worthy of B-class. He's like 50 points HEROISM 0 points strength.
The committee thing makes sense.
You have to be able to handle a Demon level threat by yourself to qualify for S class. That was explained when the S classes were up against MA's Dragons and got kinda thrashed.
>S class is insane
Lots of gang leaders usually yell at their subordinates, beat them up, etc. when they fuck up but they rarely kick them out. Nice guy idealists like Tank Top Master probably believe that they can change and inspire their underlings through example and discipline. They cling together like they're family. Kicking them out of the family would be like a fate worse than death from their PoV.
>A lot of B-class heroes seem like normies on the power level scale though. Like that Blizzard Group newbie who was inspired by Saitama and quit the group.
Not necessarily. Remember, this special came out before the feats characters performed started going up. Even Red Muffler is pretty amazing now. Things depicted in the past are subject to change.
You'd think HA would fire the faggots who waste the association's funds on bitches "for peace" like pic related.
The whole system and popular hero culture are clearly fucked up.
they had possibly the worst imaginable dragon level threats ever matched up against them.
Also bang is insane. It's incredible how little love he gets for the monster he is.
If it weren't for all the tatsu bashing in this thread he would be the most underrated S-class
BlastShicchi? I feel he's the only adequate officer and the rest often don't listen to him.
He got what he deserved.
A kiss from Garou.
>Even as a kid, that bugged me about DBZ. When a new guy shows up, they SAY they're a million billion times stronger than the last guy, but the fights all look exactly the same. After a certain point (I'd say around Freeza) they don't look any bigger.
You got it backwards; the powerlevel measurements were introduced into the story BECAUSE Toriyama ran out of ways to portray strength. The power level measured in big numbers was just the quick way to tell you someone is stronger, when there was no real way to draw him that way.
>2 hours to name Saitama Caped-fucking-Baldy
Probably not everyone. There's the guy in the anime who pointed out how the increasing number of recruits to the HA meant nothing if the quality had also been lowering gradually compared to the beginning when the others were getting really happy over it. There's also the committee people, who may be an entirely different group from the ones who showed up in this meeting.
Black Sperm wasn't really bad matchup though, he was simply too strong, anyone besides Tatsumaki would have gotten destroyed by him or Water 1vs1.
Only Mask vs Fhurer was real bad matchup.
>A: Let's call him Yellow Suit man
>B: What about Yellow JACKET?
>A: No that implies stinging powers
>C: Red Attire Punches Enemies
>A: I think you are on to something
>B: No way it's too long
>D: He is right brevity is the soul of wit. We still haven't named Genos
>C: Robotic Assault Powered Engima
>E: Am I the only one seeing what this guy is doing
>A: I do and he is a freaking genius
>Shicchi*thinks to himself*: One more hour of this and I will destroy the Earth.
>turns into smaller creatures when cut with exactly the same strength
>not a bad matchup
It's pretty much the worst possible matchup outside of majin buu in terms of powers
1 vs 1 without the regen Black Sperm probably still wins but everything was in his advantage matchup wise where atomic samurai has no chance rather than a slim chance.
>Garou gave that piece of shit a swollen cheek and HA officials scrambled to ask the strongest S-classes to work as their personal bodyguards
Jeez, I wonder if they called Tats too and what she had to answer.
It was an extremely bad match up. Atomic couldn't do anything to stop Black Sperm from approaching him. Sweet Mask could at least protect himself by brawling with whatever kind of martial arts he uses to fight (he did the 1 inch punch, so he might do kung fu).
When the fuck is ONE gonna update?
The year is almost over and Saitama is still trapped in hell.
I hope you plan on censoring that shit next time anon
Boros probably has more than enough guards watching over his planet.
Like if Melzalgald came to this planet for instance he would rule over it with no equal.
Not to mention he traveled more than 20 light years to earth. The information would take forever to get back to those planets that Boros is even dead even if they could somehow rebel against his remaining forces.
I hate that Boros was so interesting. I want to see and know more about his space adventures.
If ONE want to, he could make Saitama fall right into one of those Subterranean cities. They were defeated but not wiped out, so there should still be entire populations of them down there.
here it is,though i can't post the rest or ill get banned
>there are people who ship Saitama with anything other than
> There are people here right now who didn't even read every ONE-Murata One shots collaboration, what's more the best of them all
>mfw this is actually kind of cute
Fubuki deserves a man who knows how to take care of himself. Even if it is a tacky snakeskin suit. Leave the bum to Genos.
>Sneck is clearly not much stronger than Eyelashes and Mountain Ape. Fubuki would beat him without trying.
Well we only saw him fight Seaking, who beat all A classes, and Saitama, who beats everyone. So it is rather unfair to the guy. According to the charts Fubuki is definitely A class material but not that much stronger than Sneck.
>Genos' endurance and stamina higher than Bat's
>TTM's endurance higher than Bat's
What the fuck.
Yeah, and if you take in account those stats fucking Zombieman is stronger than both Tatsumaki and Bang. It means jack shit. Sneck got one shot by SeaKing while Fubuki managed to stop Rover's attacks who would have killed Genos.
>tfw you can't trust databook stats at all
>Saitama's INT a mere 4 according to Genos
Even Genos is silly. Saitama's brilliance knows no bounds.
Only intelligence, sense of justice, popularity and accomplishments can be trusted and are interesting, the rest is most of the time powerlevel retarded and doesn't fit at all what is showed in the serie.
>would metal bat try to hit him
But Bat can't fight in his sister's presence. If he ever tried hitting Saitama his precious bat would become scrap though.
>mfw I realize that Saitama would have died if Boros would've kicked him past the moon
I bet Boros was a fucking party monster back on his home planet. He probably fucked every cyclops bitch in the universe.
I don't like the special
It makes it seem like Genos only went to use Saitama rather than being the good little disciple we see in the manga.
>and they did not return that day.
What makes OPM miles better than Mob Psycho is the foreshadowing and hooks.
There are a lot of hooks that always makes OPM feel like its building up to something, especially in the redraw.
I first really noticed this when Hammerhead was knocked out by metalknight that the series tends to always put in these small hooks where you can't really tell when something will pop up again. It adds a lot more depth to the world and makes you feel like the world is crawling around the protagonist while the boring setting in MOB puts it all out in the open and very defined world. The biggest hook about Mob is the ??? aspect and is definitely the most interesting part of the manga.
They're all probably strong as fuck. Boros kids coming across the universe to train under the man who defeated their father when?
Don't see the problem, he's first interested by his strengh then he becomes his fanboy disciple. He died shouted at him after hearing his training and said he wanted to get stronger. He clearly wouldn't do that now.
mb obviously trashes dragons. we saw him walk up to at least two of them intending to fight them on his own and he is still alive. Like he put in his own words. He doesn't die that easily.
The centipede lucked up that garou interferred. All of Metal Bat's fights will look like this. He gets beat up until he wins.
It's simple as that. If you don't kill metal bat or have literal infinite power like Saitama there is no beating him.
