He's faster and stronger, he's also better at killing people. Ryougi on the other hand is not much about assassinating but fighting head on with a sword, and she's slower than him.


Thing is, her eyes are better than his. But better for different things.

But Tohno's eyes keep growing stronger, they backfired a lot because of the mystic eye killer and because SHIKI sucked his life. All this at the same time he was killing shit like Nero or Arcueid, which would definetely strain him.

Like not running for 10 years and suddenly running a marathon.

After SHIKI's death he slowly gets better.
