How excited are you for When the Firefly Lights Burn?
Will /a/ be as magical as it was during Se/a/cats?
How I long for the good old days.
They will never return, will they?
Santa doesn't exist.
He didn't give me the bike I wanted even though I was a good boy this year!
Posting some new images from a Japanese news site. This is the first page of Chapter 0 of Hotarubi.
Maybe his definition of a good boy is different to yours.
>Character designs for the protagonist, Yukito
That's Takano, bro.
>Character designs for the heroine, Yue
Judging by appearance, she seems to be the Rika of this series.
Most underappreciated furnitures with a great theme.
>Character design for one of the characters, Takano
I want to deito Lucifer.
I would be pleased, if we were to get tons of background informations of Erika.
I feel sorry for you. You missed out one of /a/s primes.
I hope it's good. I got into the ride too late with Umineko, around ep 6. There were too many spoilers, and things were already settled, but when I see screenshots of the old threads I see how much fun I missed.
Random reminder that we will never get a pvc scale of Erika or the Stakes. We will also never get our spinoff of Erika and the pink Darker Than Black detective girl or a Stake beach OVA.
I just want a new WTC VN
The plot doesn't even have to be good, going on the wild ride with /a/ was enough
Tfw in the time between the end of Umineko and now you've written a 440k word manuscript
Tfw contemplating plagarizing Umineko's premise to sell to plebs on Steam
I can see why. Shit got down after EP4, that proved that only Battler's POV was real and valid, and EP5, that gave a hint of rules. But with EP6, the main mistery was dispelled. After that it's hard to even give a fuck about the culprit. The fact that everybody is sitting over a giant bomb also helps.
Umineko's overall idea is pretty much genius, even if the execution was sloppy. I doubt that Ryukishi can top himself with that. The whole system of the Red Truth and the meta worlds make a very interesting premise for writing, it basically requires that the mistery has to be hidden in an insane layer that can be hidden on half truths, like Beato's triple personality.
I can import the magazine that Hotarubi's in, but I'd like to make sure there's someone with solid plans to scanlate it first. Please email me at [email protected] if you're able and willing to translate it. Thanks!
I reckon you're thinking of Higanbana. It was eventually turned into a VN, which I liked a lot.
Is it stuff like this that made the 2channers hate Umineko?
I still can't believe Jessica was stupid enough for falling for Kanon and not realizing that both Shannon and Kanon never appeared at the same time, despite living in the fucking island with them for over two years.
Maybe the dude did exist and was somehow killed before the events of Umineko? Kinda like Kinzo? And his name was inherited afterwards?
