basically his gimmick (if I understand it correctly) is similar to the miracle, basically if you can't kill him with an attack he only gets more resistant to that attack. So basically you just have to beat a certain threshold and kill him in one hit. so probably soi fons bankai powered up by yoruichi and her brother's shenanigans (and maybe the vice captain) should do the trick. or maybe another asspull, it's kubo so who knows

Candice we saw KO'd by Byakuya along with NaNaNa and Robert. Technically both of them got up afterwards, so she could be alive. We saw Robert get toasted by the auchwalen beam, but we also saw NaNaNa hit and he survived. Still, Candice was seemingly the youngest and weakest of the girl team, and she had already used all her powers to no real effect. Point being however that she's out of the picture; that's what the Xs are for.

Meninas on the other hand we last saw get lovestruck by PePe. The last we heard Liltotto beat her but she was alive. Not even specified if she was unconcious or not. Then all the action just moved away from seireitei and she was never seen or heard from again. She's probably not coming back by all rights, but she's still a character who could easily walk on screen and no one would have to scratch their heads wondering how she got there.
