Because it didn't. Back at the dorm, Junpei freaks out, then everyone tells him to calm down and he does, then Yukari tries to make fun of him for being scared then he blows up at her for being an asshole at that moment. Then we get awkward silence until I think, Mitsuru says we need time to think about this shit and so we move on to the next few days where Sees goes through the rest of the town and school for personal reasons to even try to fight Ryoji and die horribly or take him up on his plan to make them kill him so they can forget the dark hour, the coming of nyx and die horribly ignorant. I suppose the movie will be making more of Aigis's fear of this because she's a robot, she'll know what happens no matter which option SEES picks and it scares the shit out of her, I imagine that's why she's borderline suicidal in the movie.

It also seems like rather than fighting Nyx Avatar directly like in the game SEES will be stuck wasting their screen time against Takaya while Makoto will have a one on one with Nyx Avatar, then do his thing when Nyx it'self arrives.

Episode Aigis? Man, that's gonna be weird, how are they gonna do Yukari's conflict this time when she doesn't have any justification in the movies to want Makoto back so much.. They've barely spoken to each other in the films and her in story scenes were all taken away by adding Aigis to them such as the beach scene and her social link has not be alluded to at all.
