KONAMI has always been in the production committee since the original series, top financer, mainly to sell at the time related merchandise including the NDS game with the tie-in OVA.
Having said that, this is totally a teaser for a new 'pachislot' (hence the "ps" on the URL) from FIELDS Corporation.
You sure that's not a new The Offspring album?

Konami lost the Gurren-Lagann license a while back, actually. The Gurren-Lagann movies didn't have them on the copyright.
KONAMI aside, new anime projects for old shows are almost always a bad thing. Often, they come about purely for profit, which subsequently suggests the studios making them are too broke to do them proper justice in the first place. If this turns out to be an actual video game however, that'd be neat.

Because there is a differentiation between both the series and gekijou-ban projects, independently. KONAMI didn't participate on the latter one. The original series and its derived products still have the same copyright line as it was innitially:
(C)GAINAX・中島かずき/アニプレックス・KDE-J・テレビ東京・電通
Where KDE-J is 'Konami Digital Entertainment, Japan', whereas the films copyright line is:
(C)GAINAX・中島かずき/劇場版グレンラガン製作委員会
