The priorities for trap aesthetics should be waist-to-hip ratio and ass size, and the pic only addresses some aspects of this.
Note that females have higher body fat percentage than males, and being skinny does not necessarily mean a feminine form. Reducing body fat percentage seems less than useful if your waist-to-hip ratio is already close to the ideal (under .8 or less).
And putting weight training as "bad" seems incorrect, the fastest way to build "dat ass" is going to be squats with weight.
And in the diet avoid list, the things to avoid should also include fatty foods and complex carbohydrates because they cause fat storage to tend towards the abdominal area. This is bad for waist-to-hip ratios.

If that's too feminine then all you need to do is get fit. Eat healthy and run five days a week. Be a cardio bunny. When you start getting near your ideal weight you'll start noticing your abs.
