When I read a manga for four hours straight its because I'm havin a good fuckin time. Seems like you just need to find the right manga. May I recommend reading anything by Urasawa

By getting a fucking tablet like anyone with common sense. They're cheap as fuck, I read manga on the train, in bed, at the hairdresser, wherever I'm idling somewhere because I take my tablet everywhere.

Other option is a portrait monitor, it's gorgeous for reading high res scans despite not being much more comfy than reading on a regular monitor.

Use your fucking phone. My phone (nexus 6) is 6 inches and 1440p, beautiful, always have it with me.
