The main problem is Caster getting her hands on a grail will be the deal breaker possibly. Medusa and Medea meet up in Unlimited Codes and they end up enemies because she knows she'll sacrifice a grail she gets her hand on.

However UC was a world where Sakura was already blackened, so if talks end up going well, Medea is the best person to treat Sakura, and as we saw in Hollow, they have compatible personalities. As the grail, Sakura could give Medea her wish to stay with Kuzuki without having to use the grail system directly.

Someone should punch Zel in the face for letting this HGW shit he helped start get out of hand.
