It's official: laser are the biggest threat for the Z fighter
True, but it kinda misses the point that everyone else got killed by a ki-blast from hyper-powerful opponents, while Goku got killed by a fucking finger-laser from a shitter grunt who can't even use Ki.
That's it, I'm done.
The sad thing is this laser is actually way more powerful than the one that killed Goku.
>OPMfags still this assblasted
You're acting like a Gohanfag, talking about past glories to try and claim their favorite character isn't a total shitter now.
See i love this joke but it's dumbasses like you who annoy me.
>Before Goku knew anything about Chi control he could just tank bullets and rockets
>Decades later after he's trained at a million G's and is the strongest he's ever been AND he transformed into a god, "defense off" means his body is as weak as a normal human's.
Sorry anon, but explaining why it's supposed to have happened doesn't actually make it better.
Isn't his power level "god" level? He didn't release his transformation, and to maintain his transformation he has to load his body up with god ki and all that shit.
It's over gokufags.
>>Before Goku knew anything about Chi control he could just tank bullets and rockets
>>Decades later after he's trained at a million G's and is the strongest he's ever been AND he transformed into a god, "defense off" means his body is as weak as a normal human's.
Someone tell me how this makes sense.
>le goku get killed by 2nd person while focusing on a 1st person
>this means first person can take on goku with any sort of lasers despite not 2nd person included
I get the maymays but it's retarded as fuck though, if Goku were focusing on a 2nd person who shoots the laser head on. Would Goku die?
Since when kids can control their strength at will? Fuck off, Goku, after mastering all his shit just uses the exact output he wants for the sake of no useless movements or shit, when he was a kid he couldn't control that fully so you get taked down by a shitty beam when being offguard.
It's a rocket, anon. A rocket could easily break that much rock, or more.
And Goku, off guard, tanked it when he was 10.
But Goku, now, after training nonstop for decades and literally turning into a God, can't.
Yes anon you're totally right when he was a kid he had a natural chi barrier protecting him that could stop rockets and bullets despite the known fact that his training had been pretty much all strength training and fighting techniques.
Post-DBZ apologists sure love to grasp.
Lasers are highly concentrated into a certain spot compared to a rocket launcher that does explodes.
Not to mention it's a alien laser ring from outer space, that are on par of Truffle technology stolen from another planet.
Now compare it to a human made rocket launcher. Just think about it, it's absurd and not possible for a rocket launcher to be able to kill a saiyan unlike lasers.
I'd say that's some wishful thinking, but even if we say you're right it's still ridiculous that the gun used by a shitter who can't even generate his own chi blasts should be able to murder a God no matter how distracted.
The laser thing is just how they chose to address the hammy subplot that goku gets distracted and drops his guard, but it's fucking stupid and probably the worst device they could choose to try and communicate that message.
Look at >>134739233
It's literally just as weak as a rocket launcher.
Did you even read what I just said?
>It's a rocket, anon. A rocket could easily break that much rock, or more.
Rockets also have a large area of effect, causing a wider range of destruction.
Lasers are narrow beams. They're more precise and less messy.
>I'd say that's some wishful thinking, but even if we say you're right it's still ridiculous that the gun used by a shitter who can't even generate his own chi blasts should be able to murder a God no matter how distracted.
So, we've agreed on Goku's regular durability being above rocket but below advanced space laser?
That's a chi-blast by Cell, not a dinky ring laser that can barely make a 3-foot wide crater in a rocky surface.
For the thousandth time, no. See: >>134739233
No? I've simply pointed out that even despite being no indication that the laser even has different power settings and you're correct, and the laser can be stronger than what we've seen, there's still no way it should kill a God else everyone in Freezer's army would carry that shit, not just the low-class weaklings who can't fire by themselves.
why gokufags are so obsessed with power levels? they have autism?
because wrong faggots like you are wrong about it
>Gokufags so assblassted they resort to fanart to counter screenshots from the actual canon currently airing show
Deal with it Saitamaclucks
>opmfags get btfo by some deviantart images and replying to it
you can just go back to opm thread and talk about it.
it's for balance to show that even though they are able to achieve higher forms of power, they shouldn't underestimate their surroundings which is what they NEVER seem to learn
For fucks sake guys stop derailing the thread this is not about saitama vs goku this is lazer vs goku.
>trying to make this edits so desperate
the autism is so powerful
How does it feel to know that Goku will always be Superman's bitch?
yeah but still stronger than Goku
As opposed to 100% of the OPM fanbase?
the fanbase from Mexico an all those countries are one of the most die hard fanbases ever, they don't stop making internet wars about spanish dubs, as a spaniard is a headache deal with them on internet
Stop trying to excuse shitty writing. Some faggots who never watched a DB episode in their lives wrote Goku getting killed by a laser ring, Goku fans of all people should be the most upset and certainly not defending it
If only some random woman had jumped in the way and taken the shot
first off he wasn't a god he was using pure god power and even then he still has a mortal body, the movie explained that he let's his gaurd down. you are going to have to learn to deal with it.
stop trying to poke holes in everything you don't like move on with your life you whiny faggot. can't handle how things work in actual canon and doesn't fit in your head canon then bitch in your pillow yah cry baby.
Are we talking about DBZ still? That sounds like Freiza or Cell or something. And you realize it breaks the laws of physics every single second just by having people fly around and shoot lasers out of their eyes, right? Same shit.
saw it coming you moron, he was quick enough to get on the defence, and stop using buzz words like a fucking over the top feminist, shit like that just proves you have no fucking idea what you are talking about. it's not a suckered punch if you see it comming.
Goku eventually took them both on at the same time in hell so they couldn't be that strong.
At least according to GT.
Then again Dragonball fights never really made sense once Vegeta could destroy the planet and people a billion times stronger haven't save freezer.
he knew people were shooting at him, how fucking stupid are you? at that point he was prepared to take some hits, I mean Jesus you see it right there as he was trying to dodge other gun fire.
>I literally have nothing to support this theory!
Aside from statements by the strongest fighter in the series so far as well as being supported by the fact that Goku has effortlessly deflected ki blasts before.
nothing is being switched you don't know super man and you can't even understand how bullets work.
super man is invulnerable to gun shots.
goku can survive a gun shot but isn't invulnerable to them. it's like getting hit by a high speed punch.
the only one who is shifting is you, thinking goku is superman.
Daily reminder that none of the movies or anime are canon.
It's pretty fucking funny that Goku's training has been 90% physical throughout the series but suddenly it turns out that his body really stayed weak it's just that his invisible ki barrier got stronger.
actually it is both, you fucking moron, if you know anything about martial arts it's mind over matter. That's how people break through bricks with their bare hands and not break them.
>Caught by surprise by a ROCKET to the face
>Nigger didn't even know what a rocket was
>T-Totally guarded against it he put up his invisible ki barried even though he didn't even know how to control his ki back then
>So it makes sense that the body of a God can take less punishment than it could when he was 12!
Watching you argue so vehemently to protect Goku's honor is really funny, but you seriously do have to accept that toriyama is a shit writer sometime. .
Toriyama has outright stated this in the past.
>Toriyama said in the recent Super Exciting Guide databook, training your muscles only gets you so far, and it was ki that allowed Son Goku to become the strongest in the universe.
fucker do you know who you are arguing with?
you just stand some anons together.
no one can be this stupid.
it has nothing to do with goku's honor or toriyama shitty writing, it has to do with you retards not wrapping your head around simple writing.
>no one can be this stupid.
Says the guy posting in broken english.
Retconned? If anything Super is setting it up to be even funnier because it confirmed that the beam is literally as weak or weaker than a small explosive.
So much funposting. Remember when Krillin threw that rock at Goku during the Cell saga and it hurt him? Having your ki lower makes your def lower. It was said at the start at the film. Let's be friends now.
>people will crawl out of the woodwork to defend Goku getting lasered
>same people will turn around and say that Gohan deserves his new fuccboi status
So, this is what it's like to be abandoned.
See how now you're fixated on the word "literal" because you know you lost the argument? Poor form, anon.
Also seriously, learn to type like a big boy sometime. Grammar is important.
Also, literal can be used figuratively, has been used so for years. Try to know what you're talking about before you try to sound smart. Grammar would help, too.
nigger, you the one who was using it, you wanna be a Grammer natzi when your opinion has been proven invalid with poor Grammer, shows you're an even bigger idiot than I thought.
>you don't use it in a figurative sense.
You can and you do.
You don't, however, start a sentence without capitalizing or misspell both "Grammar" and "Nazi" in a single sentence.
jesus, this how you moved on the argument it's no longer about goku and the lazer, it's about grammar and the word nazi. just let it go anon, goku's defense was down and you'll have to deal with it.
again who said goku's defence was down when he was 12 in those fights, if anything his defense could have been up all the time since he was a child of the wild. when he grew up he relaxed a bit and knew not everything would try to kill him.
I don't get why Gohan has that many fans in the first place, he was always kind of a shitter. His fight against Cell and his fight against Buu are pretty much out of character moments. Like his fanbase based their entire love of the character in only those 2 fights and nothing else.
Because he couldn't control invisible Ki barriers back then. And his training during his childhood was pretty much 100% physical.
I mean yeah, I get that Goku is able to regulate his powerlevel since Vegeta's fight. But even at his lowest he should still be able to tank at least something as small as a rocket, especially when he's still in Super Saiyan God form.
I used it correctly, you sperg, and since you didn't like that I proved you wrong you started arguing that he didn't "literally" bounce the bullet.
A year ago seeing this would have gotten me angry, but seeing what next year's VGC rules were just drained all the anger towards genies out of me.
>Because he couldn't control invisible Ki barriers back then. And his training during his childhood was pretty much 100% physical.
>I mean yeah, I get that Goku is able to regulate his powerlevel since Vegeta's fight. But even at his lowest he should still be able to tank at least something as small as a rocket, especially when he's still in Super Saiyan God form.
ok, first he didn't need invisible ki barriers to take this hits and by then he had learned the Kamehameha before all of that. also he took things that were stronger than a bazooka in the tournament prior, his pretty fucking durable but not invisible and was on the defensive.
Second, you can't compare a lazer to a bazooka. They're effects aren't the same thing. Do not expect a lazer to be the same as an explosive or even a ki beam blast like freeza's attack.
I liked him because he was the pacifist of the group, the one that didn't actually want to fight and just did it to protect people. Also because Saiyaman. I would honestly have been fine with him falling off in comparison to the ones that actually like fighting and training (aka. Goku and Vegeta) since it was never what he wanted to do anyway, but holy fuck this is just too much.
After the last episode i think it's nearly impossible to conclude that Toriyama is writing the chapters or anything, everything is out of the place.
Nonsense (or useless) plotwists.
'They even rip their clothes in the battle'
The entire plot turns around Goku and Vegeta.
>mfw some DBZ shitters genuinely think their weak-sauce verse can compare to Marvel/DC.
>mfw DBZ shitters don't realize that even low/mid tier comic chars can wreak Goku's ass.
Do you think we'll get to see Vegeta jobbing again in the anime? Or will the anime change the plot the way they changed that handholding scene for the Instant Transmission.
Goku gets laser specifically so Vegeta can get a turn.
But them some bullshit happens just so Goku can be the one to finish off Freeza anyway.
At the end of the day everyone fucking loses, some more than others.
After a decade of bitching, Vegeta fans are finally getting their way.
And in his place, Gohan gets to job, and according to the fanbase, he deserves the disgrace of being the new Yamcha.
Yeah, I'm mad.
Christ fucking forbid the character grow into his own, rather than what they're doing to him now. It's not like Gohan and defeat are fucking strangers, the point is that Gohan had finally grown up into a fighter in his own right already. But because it's not in the schedule of Goku/Vegeta Time!, we have to runback and make him this terrible waste of everyone's fucking time.
Even if they do something with the "oh, i'm so weak, i should train!" (which they probably won't), it's the SAME GODDAMN SHIT that already happened in the Buu arc! That's why he was training with the fucking Z-Sword in the first place. We've already done this before.
I don't know why everyone gets the idea of "I don't want Gohan to be a jobber, especially how pathetic they're making him on Super" turns into HERP THE FAN BASE JUST WANTS UNHOLY WARRIOR GOHAN WOULD COME BACK TO BE THE STRONGEST, AND TO STEAL THE SHOW ALL OF THE TIME. Do you want to know what my favorite version of Gohan is? Future Gohan.
Yeah, the one where Trunks finds his fucking corpse in a muddy puddle.
You know what, I'd be happy if Gohan was gone the whole time, and then after Freeza's going to hit Goku in the face with some bullshit, Saiyaman shows up and punches Freeza in the face as a distraction. Even if it just buys Goku some time for something, THAT would be enough for me. It worked for Piccolo all this time, anyway.
Honestly? I'd rather he get killed and unlock some horseshit super mode for Piccolo at this rate, because it's better than what they're doing with him now.
I just want Gohan to be an active member of the cast and not be pathetic. Is that too much to ask? With all the attempts at the series made at passing the buck, or having him do something, even if it was no use, is it too much to ask for?
I shouldn't be able to point at GT for doing a better job with this character than Super has, but that's literally the case right now.
People have to stop defending this stupid "low ki = zero defense" thing. It's wrong.
Vegeta blasted Freeza in the back, by surprise, with his full power. The gap between their powerlevels was not big (about 400 000 vs 1000 000) and Freeza didn't even have a scratch.
Tenshinhan (at the time ,as strong as Goku) kicked him in the face by surprise, Goku walked it off.
Mad Gohan kicked Dodoria in the face by surprise too, Dodoria had nothing. Krillin did the same 10s later, did nothing.
Piccolo (about 3000) blasted Nappa (at best, 6000) in the back, by surprise. Did nothing, Nappa was barely hurt.
I can go on and on. This ki defense thing is just wrong. The picture that talks about defense is just Vegeta telling he will purposely lower his POWERLEVEL as much as he can to lower his defenses and let Krillin pierce him. That's not something anyone ever did in a battle.
The only time a surprise attack worked was Piccolo vs Goku when they were equally strong.
>see this thread before go to sleep (5 hours ago)
>have a nightmare about a brawl of some db characters and some marvel villains (I don't fucking know why)
>before I wake up Thanos was killing Goku
>See this post
>I just want Gohan to be an active member of the cast and not be pathetic.
Fucking this. Krillin and Tien are more competent and useful. Jesus I bet Hercule would be more useful at this point. All we need now is Videl to get pissed at seeing Gohan wounded and land one good punch for Gohan to be the bottom rung here.
This should not be the fate of someone who defeated Cell and went toe to toe with Buu.
Don't forget Piccolo vs Cell
Actually, Vegeta went from pic related..
Is Saitama the most mature character in anime/manga?
Cell was far stronger than Trunks at that point, Vegeta was already dying and Freeza was like a billion times stronger than Piccolo.
Goku was at its peak and got rekt by a minion no stronger than Zarbon.
>tfw based Toei removes the laser scene in Super
How anally devastated will One-Joke Fags be?
Doubt it. Super was something deliberately made to wank powerlevels as much as possible. They're going to cover all of their bases.
Did toei really do that?
Wow I am guessing the dbz isn't very inconsistent of their story I am a dbfag myself but they should at least leave the lazer scene and explain but no they just had to remove because there is a bunch of assblasted dbfags and opmfags who complains too much and the money won't be appearing for them later.
Dragonball is so inconsistent holy fuck
>at the start of the series everyone could blow entire fucking moons and planets
>then that capability disappears
>then later on the series someone who can blow the planet appears, they all get surprised and terrified
It should be bannable to start powerlevel threads, even more so starting with dbz
Well he must have some degree of maturity to get a waifu like Android 18.
>ever having consistency
Actually they could always blow up planets since Saiyan saga, except they don't want to.
If you look a bit into it, Goku and Freeza destroy the planet they're fighting on, Goku and Cell have to watch out where they fire Kamehamehas so they don't destroy the Earth and any fight including Buu ended up destroying chunks of Earth until it got so bad they had to fight in Gods' realms
You could question why any of their blasts doesn't instantly destroy Earth after Saiyan saga, I'd say it's because they don't want them to and focus the power in a small area
My disgust can't get any higher from toei
>Fags:"We don't like that scene"
>Toei:"Is it ok now?"
>Toei:"Ok give us money now."
And then there's the fact that Toei is just subpar in general.
The worst/best part of it is that it's not even from stills of fluid animation. It's just always there.
If Roshi with a powerlevel of ~150 could explode the moon with a casual blast then Raditz should've been able to destroy a planet just as easily.
Dragonball is hilariously inconsistent with power levels.
No I agree Gohan should have "grown into his own", but we never saw him do it.
You can't just get mad because the character didn't do the thing you wanted him to do simply by being consistent (or stagnant, if you prefer).
It means you were never a fan of the character, only what he could potentially be. Yes, it's sad the potential was never realized, but honestly he probably didn't deserve to live up to if.
>Look /a/, Beerus can only destroy rocks
Does anyone know that Goku learned to control his output at SSJ and could lower his power anywhere he wants even as SSJ?
Yes, I'm sure the shitter henchman was secretly in possession of a god-killing weapon, they just didn't hand it to anyone else because it was a secret, just like Goku's magic invisible never before mentioned ki barrier
>never before mentioned Ki barrier
>never before mentioned
>every timr aura appears in entire manga
Na see bro when he was twelve he couldn't control his ki to that degree and as a result he always had ki defense. Now as a god he can lower it so that its nonexistent and he can be killed like a normal ass dude, I guess? Fuck it.
I guess you are Z/dub baby since you font remember how his power was always at max at kid since he lacked control.
The whole point of this is to show that Goku's trust in his ability to change his Ki level in a second combined with his overconfidence equals disaster.
This ki defense shit doesn't work the way DBShitters try to make it look. Attacking someone by surprise wont do shit unless you're about as strong as him. DBS is just inconsistent
Ginyu : 120 000, Goku : 5000 (supposedly)
didn't do shit
keep in mind that Ginyu is probably stronger than the laser, and that here, Goku is lot a billion times weaker
Or Piccolo vs Cell
Or Piccolo vs Nappa (twice!)
Or Gohan and Krillin vs Dodoria
Or Kui vs Vegeta
Or Vegeta vs Freeza
Or Goku vs Tenshinhan
The list goes on, and you'll probably argue that some of these guys can't control their Ki, but not all of them meaning at least one of these surprise attacks should have worked. It didn't.
Or, easier, >>134756532
Stop pretending the laser makes sense. It doesn't.
There is obvious QUALITY in every precure series depending on the episode and the show, but also some kickass fight scenes.
No. It happens right after this page where Vegeta notes that Goku keeps his powerlevel low when he doesnt attack (at 5000) and raises it when he attacks.
It means it's exactly the same as the laser situation. Goku lowered his Ki/defenses ridiculously low, yet the surprise attack (laser, or Ginyu) didn't do anything to him.
Perhaps Goku's guard was off completely? Or perhaps the laser had adjustable strength after all and was actually pretty strong when it hit Goku? Perhaps Goku really is just strong against blunt attacks but weak against laser beams?
Fuck man, I don't know. Fucking Toriyama.
Goku lowers his powerlevel. That's the postulate DBShitters base on to explain the laser, because it was shown on Namek, through Vegeta's words.
If Goku lowers his powerlevel even 30 years after, against Gods, then he clearly also does it in >>134756532
Which means it's exactly the same situation as the laser : the same method of lowered powerlevel and a surprise attack from someone, but it didn't work the first time for no reason.
that's a plothole.
It just means Toei didn't give a shit when they wrote the laser, so there's no reason to try to explain it with a Ki barrier headcanon.
Maybe it'll be changed in DBS, we'll see
>it didn't work the first time so plot hole
Here's some scans as bad as your logic. Ginyu too can change his power.
>it didn't work the first time so plot hole
Yeah, that's literally that. Only crazy people repeat the same thing in the same conditions and expect something to change.
Ginyu can change his power but there's no way he'd have lowered it to under 5000.
Also, Goku is surprised when he hears Ginyu can change his powerlevel. Which implies Ginyu had the same powerlevel for all their fight. So, unless they're fighting at 5000 for no reason and Jeece is telling how awesome they are for fighting with a powerlevel 10 times weaker than his, you're grasping at straws.
It doesn't work. Laser is a plothole.
First off, Vegeta and even Butter guessed that Goku's power level is around Ginyu's. It turns out that it wasn't the case.
Secondly, Ginyu powers up the page after that one and Goku still manages to relatively match him. Having your guard up helps a lot. Goku raised his power as quickly as he did with the others, why not now? Where the others close to a threat?
Third, Majin Vegeta was able to knock out SSJ2 Goku when he was off guard. Clearly on guard like with Ginyu and off guard like after Majin Vegeta makes a big difference
They've been unreliable for a while now.
>First off, Vegeta and even Butter guessed that Goku's power level is around Ginyu's. It turns out that it wasn't the case.
That doesn't have anything to do with anything.
>Secondly, Ginyu powers up the page after that one
Yeah, Ginyu powers up, but before that he fights Goku, and Goku is surprised (pic related) to learn Ginyu can power-up.
He clearly knows Ginyu is stronger than the rest of the commando. Or at least as strong as Recoom and Barta who had powerlevels of 40 000~, which is WAY more than 5000.
Basically, you claim Goku survived the blow because Ginyu lowered his powerlevel to 5000. It doesn't work, because Goku is surprised to hear Ginyu can change his powerlevel and has trouble fighting him. If he was at 5000, Goku wouldn't have had trouble and wouldn't have been surprised.
>Third, Majin Vegeta was able to knock out SSJ2 Goku when he was off guard. Clearly on guard like with Ginyu and off guard like after Majin Vegeta makes a big difference
Majin Vegeta was as strong as Goku.
>They've been unreliable for a while now.
Scouters are unreliable, powerlevels aren't.
Also, forget about Ginyu lowering his powerlevel to 5000, people say the laser pierced Goku despite being a lot weaker because he didn't have his defense on?
According to that logic, to not kill Goku in >>134756532 , Ginyu should have lowered his powerlevel way, waaaaay lower than 5000. Like, regular human tier.
can somebody tell me what happened in that scene? goku got distracted and a thug shot him with normalfag laser and defeated him?
man, I remember when goku could sense shit while sleeping, now he couldnt even dodge or react to that faggot lvl lazor wtf
it doesnt matter what you guys say about ki barrier on or off thats dumb and stupid as fuck
thats not an excuse for that powerfull goku mode
I love dragonball but thats silly as fuck
I am glad I am not ass blasted or trying to defend this shit
dragon ball is good but that shit is fucking lame
How many things are wrong with this post?
>Nothing to do with anything
Explain. Vegeta estimated that Goku's strength is about equal to Ginyu and we've seen Goku change his power extremely fast. Goku, being aware of the enemy in front, wouldn't so easily be caught off guard and thus would have raised his power faster. Had Goku been aware that Majin Vegeta was planning an attack at the last minute, he could have reacted even if only softening the blow.
>implying we haven't seen Goku raise his power so fast that scouters can't detect it
You're assuming that Goku can't either quickly change his power either upon seeing a threat or in trouble.
>Basically you claim...
No, only that Ginyu wasn't at full power and a Goku who's even semi-aware of a threat would be raise his power faster. Majin Vegeta? Goku thought that the fight was over and was getting a Sensu. Ginyu? Aware of the threat the entire time.
Doesn't work, because it's the same for Freezer. The enemy is right in front of him and he's not attacking him, so he lowers his powerlevel. That's exactly what he does according to Vegeta. Except against Ginyu it doesn't kill him, but against Freezer it does.
>You're assuming that Goku can't either quickly change his power either upon seeing a threat or in trouble.
Why would it be any different for the laser then? Both touched Goku where he didn't see.
>Ginyu? Aware of the threat the entire time.
Goku had Freezer in front of him. Aware of the threat the entire time too.
>in front of him and not attacking
You missed the context completely. For Ginyu, Ginyu was unharmed and an active threat. Majin Vegeta? They just agreed that "Buu is awake now, let's stop fighting and team up on Buu". Frieza was down and nearly out. Also, against Ginyu Goku was only one definitely on his side and available at the moment who could defeat Ginyu. Majin Vegeta? Vegeta just agreed to join him and defeat Buu. Golden Frieza? Vegeta was there, Beerus and Whis were watching, more safety nets.
>any different for laser
A sneak attack from someone right in front of you and you're aware of vs a sneak attack from someone you likely didn't know existed. It's not the same.
>Aware of threat
Anon, have you read the earlier Dragon Ball manga volumes? Piccolo was down and injured when Goku let his guard down. The difference is that in one, the threat is active and healthy where the other is near death. It's like if you were threatened by a healthy and buff guy with a knife or a diseased, half-dead guy with a knife. Clearly one is more concerning than the other.
Ginyu was a lot weaker than him so he wasn't as much of a threat as Freeza, even without his Golden form.
>Golden Frieza? Vegeta was there, Beerus and Whis were watching, more safety nets.
That's dumb as fuck
"I'll lower my powerlevel so I can get stupidly oneshotted, since even if it happens someone can save me"
This is not good writing. This is grasping at straws.
>Anon, have you read the earlier Dragon Ball manga volumes? Piccolo was down and injured when Goku let his guard down. It's like if you were threatened by a healthy and buff guy with a knife or a diseased, half-dead guy with a knife. Clearly one is more concerning than the other.
The difference is that Piccolo was as strong as Goku. The laser should be billions of time weaker than him. The only way it makes sense is having Freeza charging it himself beforehand
>this hasn't been done yet
you're making me show off my paint skills /a/
bulma is ruthless
she was ready to murder the shit out of jaco when she was like 4 years old
>one guy is uninjured and Goku's the only guy who can beat him
>other guy is exhausted, injured and otherwise beaten and also Goku has allies who too can beat him
Situation anon. Remember the context. Also remember that Goku had never fought Ginyu previously
>more allies so less need to take seriously
Did Goku even take Frieza with same seriousness as on Namek?
>grasping at straws
>all lasers must be equal
>all sneak attacks are equal
>Piccolo is around as strong as Goku
>laser should be a million times weaker
So should these bullets compared to Super Buu yet clearly Buu doesn't care. It doesn't matter if you're SSJG100000, having your Ki down makes you weaker. Some like Frieza are naturally physically tough even without Ki but most need Ki to have stronger defenses.
Detective Conan's deductive reasoning kills the Goku.
>Did toei really do that?
No. DBfags are praying that Toei does that.
Which means that when we get the TV version of this scene, it's going to be shitposting central.
>tfw based Toei removes the laser scene in Super
tfw DBfags go on suicide watch
>Super is rewriting the events of the movies.
Not by much, though. They have never skipped a scene. So chances are the laser scene stays intact.
Also, if you're going by Super rules, then Goku is not a planet buster on his own.
>mfw I see gokufags attempt to defend this shit.
Is it universe-destroying tier? Because Goku is supposed to be someone who can take on universe-ending punches.
Can someone tell me who this is? The only anime I'm watching in this season are Dragon Ball Super, Owarimonogatari, and
One Punch Man.
What is Goku's Crime Coefficient? What is his hue?
I don't even care about the debate but this pic is absolutely retarded. Vegeta specifically SAYS that he's gonna lower his defenses to the utmost limit possible so that Crilin packing his full power could damage him.
He literally had to put himself at 90° and spread his buttcheecks for him to damage him, which is NOT the default or relaxed state SSJ God Goku was in.
