So I'm on episode 4 of this thing, pretty confused with the talking animals and main plot, but it seems alright. Is it worth watching though?
>Confused with the talking animals
Welcome to the modern anime fan.
In which they demand in detail plot dumps and explanations in the first episode, and even when they get them in the first episode it's still not enough.
Whose suspension of disbelief or ability to follow a story are so microscopic that only the most tasteless of drivel like One Punch Man or Iron Blooded Orphans appeals to them.
Anon princess tutu is one of the most praised series in /a/, find out why.
Well I'm sorry if being a critical thinker is such a crime. I'm sure you missed the days when anime catered to the dumbed down audience who would accept whatever fantastical deus ex machinamas and plot holes it had.
I never understood why everybody saw tutu as a white swan.
Also, best episode.
The second Tutu thread this week.
Why's everyone watching all of a sudden?
Not that it's a bad thing.
>Great Gate of Kiev
One of the best tracks.
Keep watching, pay attention, and apply all the critical thinking you have. It all makes sense and all pays of really well in the final act. You are viewing a work of art, not a trashy anime.
No, if you were a critical thinker you'd have paid attention to the fucking opening narration and realized that a Duck being turned into a Girl who can become a Princess indicates something "magical" is going on.
You're just a retard trying to nitpick to look smart. Idiot, die! Kill yourself! Salvage the gene pool from your poisonous cancerous DNA. Failure as a human.
The narration doesn't reveal everything about the story world right away, it will keep using weird stuff to hint about the nature of what's going until the last episodes. Don't listen to these retards, they're not real fans.
>OP: "trippy stuff is happening, is this worth watching?"
>UGH YOU HAVE TO SUSPENSION OF DISBELIEF, ARE YOU BRAINDEAD???
>"but does it make sense? I'd rather not have fantastical deus ex machimas and plot holes"
>NO IT'S MAGIC YOU HAVE TO TURN OFF YOUR BRAIN
Oh look, a smary faggot trying to make himself look good.
You think you're the real fan and yet you're cocksucking a fucking retard. This isn't Reddit where you'll get brownie points for spoonfeeding the retards.
If you go into a fucking show about a duck turned into a girl and complain about how animal people don't make sense then you're a fucking retard.
>every other day I see people asking "how do I watch X series" or "Can I skip..."
When you consider the ballet and fairy tale themes of the show talking animals are not out of place. But the situation is meant to appear strange to the audience, characters even comment on it later and it is explained in full before the end of the series.
Yes it's worth your time. Personally I love it all but the series really hits its stride when all four main characters are fully introduced.
That's modern anime fans.
They'll have the most autistic nitpicks possible to get out of watching something.
Why the fuck you watching anime if you don't enjoy watching anime?
It is tied with CCS as the best Mahou Shoujo ever. Just finish it.
