Is Hakumen no Mono the scariest villain in all of anime?
Please stop being retarded.
I'm about to cry. Waiting warmly for all of the pixiv fanart.
HnM plushie when?
I honestly remember joking about that way back before the anime started. Are the old threads back in desustorage?
I think I would have likes it better without the shadow at the bottom.
Also, I think we're missing a few tails. Or at least the mist one.
I haven't watched the Kirio arc yet as I'm
waiting for BDsbut does Ushio learn that water droplet cut? As that's how he takes the mist down later.
Hyou and Kyoura are pretty much relegated to "literally who" level in the adaptation for some reason.
That'just some western viewers mistreation,Hakumen is,if not genderless, more female than male.should be call a she instead of a he.
I just don't know why western viewers like to refer her as a" he"
Arguably scariest, unarguably smuggest.
I think maybe westerners are more used to male villains, and a force as great and threatening as Hakumen does not seem feminine at first glance (although its methods of manipulation and infiltration by means of female avatars make its preference, if not its gender, obvious).
Hayashibara's voice acting is so good.
She really play out towako(Hakumen)'s paradox and manipulate personality . Both the loving mother voice( like in this scene) and the arrogant you are just a tool side 's voice are well portrait
"He" is the gender neutral personal pronoun in English. It's accurate to translate gender neutral terminology to the masculine because English uses it for both, translating to feminine would be inaccurate.
Just caught up with the anime. I wish the animation wasn't such a joke, but at least Towako's expressions looked great throughout the episode. Writers really need to work with their pacing issues, they're ruining perfectly enjoyable arcs.
The episode had some funny animation with bodies falling and hitting the floor like bags of cement.
I thought Kirio was going to kill her when she was first begging for help but he had to fuck up AGAIN, as if all the shit he's been doing didn't piss me off, he's now been thrown into the irredeemable shitstain pile.
Conversely Ushio was really manly this episode.
I think that happened a long time ago, but maybe the typecast category has changed?
Is Sekimori Hinowa the sexiest semen demon in all of anime?
Aside from some cuts, there was something that changed in the translation of this part, I prefer the manga version
i still think Hakumen should be refer as female
that seems to fit the character more.
may i ask where is this from ?
They also cut the part that shows how the father
die and towako tells the monks that their scythes are just garbage. Also, they change the part that towako try to burn her son to death with the monk as well.
Pixiv user, but the account was deleted a long time ago. Sorry.
These images are fucking great, I love the style.
That Kirio scene at the end was sad as fuck.
