Ass Class has been part of the Top 3 for the last 3 years, both Sales and Rankings wise. But now that it is getting closer to it's (from the author wanted) end i wonder, who will take it's place? Shokugeki no Soma? Haikyuu? Boku no Hero Academia? Something else?

You can literally call whatever three series you want Top 3. Big 3 is na actual term that belongs to three fixed series. Any series can be part of the Top 3 or another term you may make up.

Maybe. Used to sell like crazy in Japan even before the anime was released, got an anime boost almost 3yrs ago but it's still riding the rocket. Got a solid market share.
