Homu Homu nothing to see in this thread fuck off.
Literal slut unloved by Madoka. Ruined everything to keep Madoka to herself. Deserved to die when she was born.
Madoka never needed saving and Homura never succeeded at anything good. Madoka never loved Homura.
>Never needed saving
Madoka died Anon, she died over, and over, and over again. She was weak. She wasn't strong enough. Without Homura she would have died a watery death filled with sadness and regret.
She died a hero the first time. Homura couldn't accept this and began making Madoka miserable in an attempt to justify being her friend or "save her".
Then Madoka ended her own misery, AND saved Homura from Kyubey in Rebellion.
>Homura [...] made her life worse then death.
I just posting here so you're not lonely Anon.
She ruined all her work, murdered her followers and raped her. Now Madoka is her brainwashed puppet meant to be tortured. Homura never did anything but make Madoka suffer and deserves to die.
Madoka wishes she let her die.
>Died a hero
Hmm, an interesting view point. Who was she a hero to? Agreed Homura couldn't accept the loss and wished to redo it to save her friend.
>[...] began making Madoka miserable
How so? I struggle to see that interpretation of Homura's actions.
Shhh Anon, just accept it. Things are better this way.
There are fictional characters crying right now because of this thread.
She had a good run, time for the suffering to end.
If homu dies then I don't have to worry about anyone coming in between me and my waifu Madoka
Help me Anon. I'm drowning. I can't breathe.
>A mother's smile
>The laughs of friends
>In heaven, there is no such thing
>That's why the lizard girl thought God was pitiful, and brought half of her into the world
Nagisa's comments about wanting to eat cheese again imply that the LoC isn't corporal.
At the very least, Madoka was indeed forever cut off from Hitomi and her family(with the exception of Tatsuya)
>A mother's smile
>The laughs of friends
>In heaven, there is no such thing
Heaven, if it exists, sounds like the end of free thought, the end of independence, the negation of free will.
Anon just came back from MADOGATARI. The concept movie was amazing. Unfortunately, visitors are allowed to enter the theatre only once (the event in one-way course, you're not allowed to return to the previous room, and only 10-20 person are allowed to enter the theatre at once) and there're staffs in the room, so never think about taking photos let alone videos.
Anyway, the concept movie was around 4 minutes long; from my memory (which may be wrong)
- The concept movie starts with Madoka and Homura asking and answering "what is happiness?"
- The answer goes among the line of "Warm breakfast." "Family." "Someone calling my name." "Calling someone's name." (and handful few.)
- They concluded with "In the heaven, there is no such thing." "For god, there's no such thing." "That's why a lizard girl thought god is pitiful, and brought half of her to the world."
<This is where I cried like shit>
- The movie then show a huge statue falling from the sky.
- Someone 1 noted "There's a lot of cat here these days."
- Someone 2 noted "Looks like they're all dead cats."
- Someone 3 added "How do you tell apart dead cats?"
- Kyoko scene (said something, can't remember.)
- Sayaka read something in Witch Runes and mumbled "Why I can read these letters…?"
- Oktavia is shown after above scene, standing at the place where Madoka died after fighting Walpurgis (Ep. 10 TV)
- Hitomi talk about magic have to be kept secret otherwise it will lose its effect. (Completely unsure, but she talk something about magic.)
- Nagisa said "I feel a conspiracy!" while running.
- QB scene (can't remembered again.)
- Mami confronted with Homura and said something among the line of "You always hiding something from everyone."
- Homura "Are you going get in my way?"
- The movie concluded with showing the earth… with a witch covering 1/3 of it (Kriemhild?)
- Madoka "You don't have to hate anything anymore… I will help you."
- Madoka "Are you going to help me… fairy-san?"
What is the difference between Anthy Himimiya and Homura Akemi?
One is an ungrateful, backstabbing piece of shit who betrays someone who is merely trying to save her from her eternity of despair and the other one is Anthy Himemiya.
Ahh, come on, stop being such a bully.
But Anthy backstabbed Utena for curry cock while Homura did what she did for Madoka's sake
>scaling down my images
here have the original
Apparently the first lines about calling soneones name are a quote from Nanoha about making friends.
I would like to see who said what, but a reference that blatant seems to hint Madoka and Homura will reconcile with through fisticuffs.
The fight sequences have always been a highlight of the Madoka franchise, it would seem amiss if something didn't break out... but Madoka has never gone toe-to-toe with anyone, besides her Deus-ex-magica vs Walpurgisnacht, and I guess the running abouts against the witches in Episode 10.
I think that'll be exciting. Homura's weapon post series is a bow, so Id imagine it might be an arrow duel. I can't imaginge her going full Satan on Madoka.
Perhaps Madoka will defeat her and prove she doesnt need protection. Or Homura will defeat her, making her realize how far she's fallen.
>HomuMado fight to the death
I don't think I'd be able to handle it. I'm sure I would cry bitch tears if it actually happens.
Dont worry, they would never kill each other. Homura would violate her proclaimed reason for existence if she hurt Madoka and Madoka would never do anything that would intentionally hurt her friends. Homura is her very best friend. Madoka was the one who told Homura "No matter what happens, good or bad, you're still you. And I would never abandon you". It flies in the face of the established "rules" series.
Too many Sayaka fags forget this.
They would never kill eachother, that's for sure, but they would inevitably get into a fight because their goals clash. To put it simply, Madoka wants to be the LoC again, Homura does not want her to, so Homura will intervene and Madoka will resist.
Agreed. I think Homura has to win the physical fight so she realizes how badly she's lost the philosophical fight.
The concept movie seems to imply Homura really is doing it so she can see her friend happy again.
>Madoka resets dislocated finger
Rebellion ended with Homura subconsciously knowing her world was incomplete, despite having Madoka. I think a post-credit scene will end like Rebellion, with Homura sitting in a chair. Except for this time, her world is complete and is resting her head on Madoka's shoulder. Signifying the story is over rather than half way done. The film will conclude with projecter running out of film As usual.
>Madoka Magica: Revengeance
>turn my pain inhibitors off
Is there a summary of the Madogatari exhibition besides >>134140131? There's quite a bit missing and it would help bolster relevant discussion.
It doesn't help that the concept movie isn't going to reach the public. There's a lot that could possibly be gleaned from it besides the dialogue with imagery/symbolism/etc that aren't seen the first time around.
Yeah but since most of us haven't seen the video there isn't much to discuss...
That's what really needs to happen.
It would also be nice to know where they're going with this concept movie. Have they made any statements? If it ends here without anything further, it's going to go straight back into the status quo with all the other theorizing over the years. I'm assuming another movie is definitely their intention after the concept material. Or maybe it's just to revitalize the series for more sales.
Few things to keep in mind:
- Everyone can watch the concept movie once (unless they have tickets for multiple rounds).
- Ticket for the Tokyo event sold out before they announced concept movie.
So those who got to see the concept movie are likely not going to the event just to see the concept movie. (There's also new Kizu PV that nobody seems to be talking about.)
The limited availability of it is what makes this so frustrating. Since it's unlikely we'll see it, concrete details confirmed by multiple sources would be nice, so we have something to base speculation off of. Not that the details already provided aren't interesting but symbolism and subtleties in the visual aspect are necessary too.
The story would be about the true happiness and their friendship!
I hope Movie 4 is going to have some main themes about Madoka and her wisdom will surpass Homura's strategy. I wish Madokami would show
her agapeto HomuHomu.
There is something I want to say but I’d rather not.
Shaft would not make the video opened to the public until all the exhibitions is over. At least they don't do it until the end of the exhibition in Sapporo on January 14, 2016.
If nothing else, that date provides some hope. Maybe Shaft will make it publicly available or make an announcement regarding it after the exhibition is completed.
homu and homufags have suffered enough
I agree. Madoka is the literal embodiment of hope. She wants to save magical girls from their burden of hate and despair. Homura has literally an embodment of self-hatred and loathing.
We have never truly seen how post-series Madoka feels about Homura. Only tidbits in Rebellion that implied she cared deeply for her very best friend.
IMO movie 4 will largely be from Madoka's view point and I think we will see how far Madoka is willing to go for Homura. We know how Homura feels. Now we're going to learn how Madoka feels. Homura will push her back at every turn, but at the end of the day she will save Homura.
If ( assuming we can trust the concept movie dialogue) Madoka was truly lonely in heaven, then Homura, already bound to Madoka by fate and karmic destiny, will spend eternity with her in the conceptual world with her best friend.
At the end of Rebellion, Homura sat on a half completed hill with a half completed moon because of her decision. She may have "saved" Madoka and told herself she was okay with losing her friendship, but in relaity she knew she'd never be whole again. We will get this scene again at the end of the movie: this time, Homura will be resting her head of Madoka's shoulder. Ensuring God is never lonely again.
So Madoka is getting another movie or something? I haven't been following up on news
how much you wanna bet that its worse than rebellion?
That's what Rebellion was supposed to be. Gen couldnt even come up with another 12 episode season. I dont think they really want to make this, but they're kinda stuck doing it.
I have a feeling you're right, but I still feel this icky "I really hope they don't do this." sensation.
The concept movie implied that and a bunch of other stuff. Take most of it eith a grain of salt though: we're relying on shitty translations and bunch of guys who describe a 4 minute video in under 20 words.
There will be no scene. Madoka never loved Homura. She will gladly murder her and send her to hell for her sins. Guess what? Madoka never cared about Homura, everyone on staff agrees. She deserves to suffer for once. She never did anything right.
She would have gladly become her friend but homu fucked up.
Madoka defeats Homura and takes her rightful place back into godhood. >Madoka: "I'm sorry Homura-chan, but because of what you've done, we can't be friends anymore." >Homura turns into a salt statue and crumbles apart
making a christmas card for a sayakafag
I hope that they have someone who isn't Gen writing this. Preferably someone who remembers that Kyouko exists.
Here's a pic. According to google translate, the tweet says "[Breaking] Madomagi new production decision".
she doesn't pull the pose off as well as madoka.
that's because she's having an orgasm
That is because Homura is a bitch, unlike Madoka.
Homura is basically the worst thing that ever happened in their universe. She is scum of the earth, and only a person with infinite kindness such as Madoka could befriend that cunt. I hope Madoka recovers her power and sends Homura to hell, but who am I kidding? Madoka is too kind for that, even when the person is the Devil herself. Well, at least the other girls might be up to the job. Homura deserves to suffer and someone must deliver it. Even Kyubey had better reasons for his actions. Rot in hell, Homura. Rot in hell.
One of my favorite tidbits from the staff interviews is the guy who drew a lot of promotional art for magazines being weirded out by how many requests were for smiling Homura.
I would be weirded out too. Homura smiles aren't cute at all. I think the last time I saw her smile was during her Lucifer transformation in Rebellion, but it was wicked.
I came to terms with Madoka's kindness, but I didn't deny her kindness before just because I wanted Madoka to kill Homura. I did it because I know it would be more painful for Madoka to be kind. A conflict between Madoka and Homura is inevitable, and while I'm certain Homura will probably decay into some Moustache Twirling Maniac, which she is doing already, I don't think Madoka will find it in herself to hate Homura. She will probably blame herself for everything and try to put it all on her shoulders. If Homura has any sort of goodness inside of her she will kill herself and stop hurting Madoka even more with her existence.
the miko homu figure is some weird shit
>Nagisa said "I feel a conspiracy!" while running.
NAGISA DEFEATS THE DEVIL
MADOKA AND /a/ SAVED FOREVER
I can't believe I'm actually agreeing with you. Except for the suicide part.
Watch Rebellion and then you will see what we actually mean by Homura did nothing/everything wrong.
Out of curiosity, though, what do you think she did wrong in the series?
Except for the suicide part.
You know what? You're right. I can't agree with that too, because Madoka already stopped Homura during Rebellion from killing herself. She wouldn't accept it, and Homura killing herself could be too hard of a blow for Madoka.
But it is a vicious cicle because of their wishes. Homura needs to save Madoka. Madoka needs to save everybody but she doesn't save herself so Homura gains the upper hand until people need to be saved again, probably. In the end their suffering is inevitable, the only way to end this madness is probably with another wish. Someone needs to wish for the following:
-I wish Madoka and Homura never met each other.
And then it ends like that Buttlerfly effect movie.
Though I am of the belief that Homura will eventually realize that she was wrong and will see the light, that's actually quite a reasonable argument that I haven't thought of before.
[Madoka was absent from school today due to Japanese cold]
H : What would be good for a get-well present for her... What does Madoka like?
S : Do you not know what she likes?
H : Eh? Do you know what it is Miki Sayka?
S : Well~ You have no clue about it Homura~?
H : Just tell me what it is! Sayaka!
S : But you can't prepare it you can?
H : Doesn't matter!
S : What does Madoka like is...
S : Me... Sayaka chan!
I wish Shaft would upload the concept movie earlier.
I am neither Homura nor a Homurafag but feel for HomuHomu and her supporters. It is true that Homura deprived Madoka of fragments of her memories and revised the rules in the universe Madoka made. However, Homura had no choice but to do it, because Kyubey seemed to intend to keep his experiments for the purpose of taking control of Law of Cycles.
Thanks for your penetrating insight!
>Homura will spend eternity with Madoka
MadoHomu 4everbut in that case the story would end off.I don't know whether to be happy or sad.
/a/ won't be taken in by such a trick.
It's a joke for April fool's day.
I decided not to go to Madogatari Exhibition. Anyway,
if Shaft make Movie 4, I'm planning to watch the film at the very beginning. I will have kept attending all premiers which are related to PMMM. Why can't I have a date with you guys at a theater on a day of publication in the United States, Canada and Europe. I really want to buy my flight thickets.
Just got done watching all of the TV series and the 3 films. The last part of rebellion doesn't make much sense to me.
If Homura just let Madoka "save" her, Homura should have been able to be with Madoka forever, right? So what does she plan to accomplish by usurping Madoka and making her a powerless puppet like that?
The way Madoka currently is, she can not love Homura, whereas if Homura just let Madoka collect her soul gem, then wouldn't Homura and Madoka be able to not only be together but both be fully aware of each other?
Man, this last part really doesn't make much sense in terms of character motivations. Is there something I missed?
She's not brainwashed (yet), just amnesiac. Homura is basically just keeping her down in her basement hoping Madoka will succumb to Stockholms. It could go either way though, since Madoka could realise the truth again at any moment and start a rebellion of her own.
Homura is evil and wanted Madoka to herself since the start. Madoka never loved her in any way, she wanted to take Homura into the cycle and abandon her there. Homura wants to cause suffering and stalk Madoka forever. She deserves to die.
Madoka is literally being forced to act certain ways for Homura's amusement. Madoka wants Homura dead.
The scene in the flower field.
THAT was the point where Homura got the impression that Being God is a fate worse than death, so she did what she did at the end to try and save Madoka from being God.
This was obviously not the most moral or sensible thing to do, but by that point Homura was beyond that.
>She ruined all her work,
You mean, removed wraiths, stopped kyubey from trying to enslave and control madoka and used him to store all the grief so magical girls don't have to die fighting anymore?
>murdered her followers and
You mean, brought everything back to life?
You mean, loved her tenderly?
Okay, that seems like a viable theory, however, I'd like you to substantiate the claim that Madoka doesn't love her.
So you are saying that Homura was trying to right her wrongs due to her perceived failure to "save" Madoka back during the TV series? After all, Homura's wish was to become powerful enough to save Madoka along side the additional promise to Madoka to keep her from becoming a Magical girl in the first place. With that in mind, Homura essentially became a demon and stole Madoka's powers and rewrote the universe with Homura in Madoka's place as god and created an illusionary world similar to the one that the Kyubeys created for Homura at the beginning of rebellion? Wouldn't Homura still have the power to go back in time before any of this happened, or can she not do that anymore since she technically became a witch? Or am I thinking about this the wrong way?
>Q: Is Homura in love with Madoka?
>Urobuchi: It is a very twisted love, but it is love nontheless. It is kind of scary to be honest.
>Q: Does Madoka like her back?
>Urobuchi: Madoka never loved Homura. From the beginning is was just Homura's obsession. It's that kind of tragedy of never being cared for that makes you evil. In this case, Homura is evil because no one has ever loved her or ever will.
>Q: That sounds horrible! (laughs)
>Urobuchi: Some people deserve loneliness. I think Homura is one of those people. (laughs)
Don't reply to Homuhater. He's constantly talking out of his ass.
And basically, Homura's been doing nothing but trying to Save and Protect Madoka. The ending was exactly that; It was just that her idea of "Saving and Protecting has drastically changed due to how she sees Madoka's role as a Savior.
That's great and all, considering the Urobuchi is the writer, but I don't recall at any point in the TV show or the films Madoka ever saying or doing anything that would allude to her not loving Homura. Afterall, Madoka essentially puts her own fate into the hands of Homura when she asked her to promise to 'save' her by preventing her from becoming a magical girl in the first place. That level of trust certainly, in my opinion, is a kind of trust that harbors love. How does the saying go again? I think it goes, "You cannot always trust the one you love, but you can always love the one you trust."
I just realized I should use a log from thickets. I can save money on airfares. I don't need my passport and tickets. Pic related
>If Homura just let Madoka "save" her, Homura should have been able to be with Madoka forever, right?
No, I already wrote my answer. >>134150595
Madoka's wisdom had better surpass Homura's strategy. I hope Madokami will discard the unstable world Homura made and will defeat Kyubey for recovering Madokami's universe by herself.
She had no choice, it was Homura or nothing. She never cared for her. When Madoka called her best friend, she lied to get her to fuck off and stop obsessing over her. It was a reward for years of trying to "save" her, yet failing constantly because Homura had no love or empathy or brains. Madoka always hated Homura and hates her now infinitely.
You dont have to be a Homufag to be rooting for the reconciliation of the two most important characters of the franchise.
Anyone who honestly wants the Quintet to just straight out murder Homura is a troll or missing the entire point of the series so far.
>>134157839 Anon, their fates are linked. Wishing that Homura never met Madoka means that Madoka would have never wished for anything beyond saving a cat. She'd be dead in an alley after fighting Walpurgisnacht.
On another note: any defeat of Homura (reconciliation or not) results in Sayaka losing Kyoko and Nagisa losing Mami. I think that will be an interesting subplot.
I really don't see the motivation of making Homura keep such a promise if it would only lead to their fates becoming even more intertwined than they were in the first place. I also don't really see where you are getting these notions that she "never cared for her," either. It almost comes off as if you are projecting your emotions onto Madoka in regards to her feelings for Homura. And to say that Madoka "hates" Homura or hates anything at all is completely contrary to her existence as a concept that exists to protect all magical girls from being corrupted by concepts such as despair, jealousy, selfishness (curses), or hate in the first place. You make Madoka sound more like a demon and Homura more like an angel.
But she didn't murder anyone, she simply erased the events that would have put them in such a "heaven" in the first place. Either that or moved them to a different dimension where the law of cycles would still exist but would not be connected to the new universe that Homura created in Madoka's place.
Madoka always loved Homura and can't wait to get in her pants. She's just waiting for Urobuchi's signal, is all.
Madoka and Homura love each other. Wait till they french kiss in the next season.
Madoka fell in love with Homura the moment she saw her, in every timeline. They are destined to be together. Their marriage is due to the next season, and we're all invited, even you, homura hater. We'll all laugh and hug each other, and you'll sit in a corner and cry and piss your pants at your defeat. Madoka is going to come to you and slap your face and cut your tongue out and then slap your tongue as well.
Really, just stop talking to !Akemi. Its for the benefit of literally everyone.
So here's the thing about Homura during rebellion. She's literally the only person not happy at the end. Everyone gets their life back and doesn't have to suffer. And the mind wiping? Its not really mind wiping when you reset the fucking universe and things just don't happen. Did Madoka mind wipe Sayaka when she became god? No, and neither did Homura. From what little we can see post AI YO, LOC still goes on, she just pulled off the human part of it, i.e. Madoka. Moreover, LOC does jack shit to 'save' magical girls. Ooh, instead of dying and becoming a witch, you just die. Wow we're all saved now! Right. Anyway, Homura did nothing wrong.
No, she's going to shoot you, then cut out your tongue, and then shoot your tongue. And she's also going to take your internet connection away, so that you may stop trolling people for your personal sick delight.
>Homura did nothing wrong
I'll come over to your house and gift you a Ferrari.
Actually, Homura is happy at the end, since her goal was accomplished, ya know.
>What if Homu dies?
Then we all die, as simple as that.
Adding to to your point: Madoka vowed to never abandon Homura in Rebellion. Literally said no matter what happened. Good or BAD. Because she would still always be Homura.
Madoka knows who Homura is: a lonely, insecure and self-hating girl who places no value in herself and would commit any sin to protect Madoka. She's seen it 100 times and then some. And she considers this person her very best friend.
That is the type of person Madoka is.
>Actually, Homura is happy at the end, since her goal was accomplished, ya know.
Not really. The ending is chock full of suicide imagery, self loathing, and all sorts of other shit. She's not happy. She's accomplished her goal, but doesn't have what she really wants to be happy. And she won't let herself be happy either.
Madoka loves Homura.
Madoka never loved Homura. It's confirmed canon.
Homura isn't special.
Homura is happy because she captured her prize and can torture everyone forever.
The hell does she even need to be happy anyway? I bet if she had in fact let Madoka carry her away she would grumble about how Madoka is not living her life correctly with her family on Earth and instead tending to the obligations of a law of nature or something like that.
There's just absolutely nothing that will ever satisfy the dumbfuck. Let her in pain from throwing herself off cliffs I say, there's just no workable solution for her. She's hopeless.
She needs to let herself be happy. That's the tragedy. Literally the reason she started figuring out fake Mitakihara wasn't real is because she was happy and that she's cannot be happy.
Homura is happy and smug as fuck now. Everyone who thinka otherwise can kindly fuck off.
Oh, and another thing.
What was the point of Kyouko Sakura sacrificing herself when she was battling Sayaka (witch form)? It seemed unnecessary. Kyouko's motivations throughout the TV series and Rebellion seem to come out of nowhere. I get that she relates to Sayaka in relations to 'why' she became a Magical Girl in the first place, but that doesn't really seem like enough to base all of her resulting actions on. Where does their friendship even really stem from in the first place? When Kyouko takes Sayaka to the church, it seems that their motivations do not line up, and not that much later, Kyouko dies for what appears to be really no reason other than pity for Sayaka being alone(?) following the events that led her to turning into a witch. Is there something i'm missing? What role did Kyouko even play in this series as a whole? I kinda feel like Kyouko's existence isn't even necessary to the plot all that much, and that makes me feel sad considering how much I liked her backstory.
She doesnt even have Madoka back. Madoka just exists. And Homura lies to herself by saying she is okay with this because she thinks it'll make Madoka happy.
"If I did anything that'd make someone as strong as you cry like this, it would break my heart."
Homura cries when she gives Madoka her ribbons back. Homura did do something wrong. Madoka would never be happy in a world where Homura is crying as a result.
Sayaka idealism reminded the jaded Kyoko why she became a magical girl. Eternal does a much better job of showing that she was already mortally injured at that point, which is why the sacrificed herself to end both of their suffering.
>What role did Kyouko even play in this series as a whole?
I don't know, what was the role in the story of Sayaka going from a hopeful girl trying to save people from witches to someone who began cursing the Earth even before she turned into a witch?
I'm sure you are able to solve this anon.
Mado loves Homu. They're happy. They fuck every night. Mado loves it when Homu's inside of her.
Madoka's naughty. She has a secret camera which records their love making. She later masturbates to it when Homura's not around.
Madoka saw Homura in a dream when she was 3. She's been waiting to bang Homura ever since. Ai Yo.
Madoka comes inside Homura every day in school, in the washroom, in the janitors closet, on the teachers desk, in kyousuke's music class, at her house. They make love every day. They'll always be happy.
Madoka ripped Homura's soul gem from her ear, and then licked the wound clean when they met in the new world. Madoka wants to see every side of Homura. She needs her. Madoka loves Homura.
Reminder that all girls are canon straight, hand holding isn't gay and trying to save your best friend isn't either.
Holding hands isnt gay. A close up on said hands and declaring your feelings is pretty gay.
Protecting your friend isnt gay. Rewriting the universe for the sake of love is pretty gay.
>The fact that I left you behind.
>yfw nagisa interrupted
an apology because they never did apologize to eachother
For their sex ed project, Homura flipped Madoka's skirt and ate her out. Kyouko cheered, and Saitome graded them an A+.
Madoka loves it when their breasts are pressed together, when their souls are entwined. She loves devil Homura.
Mami is best senpai. She has to take care of Madoka.
I just want them to have a normal life with each other. They are just so perfect together.
But it's impossible and makes me sad
Know your place, cow tits.
Mami takes care of all her cute kouhais
If there is a continuation of Rebellion, I'm really curious about how they would tackle it. Would there be a time skip? Would Madoka get close to Homura after timeskip? Would there be a new character? Unless there is a new character who makes a relevant wish, I don't see Sayaka and co. would be able to do much since they are just mahou shoujo while HomuMado are god-tier.
Sayaka is bane.
Madoka probably tries to get close to Homu as she is want to do, but Homu probably pushes her away, only staying on the periphery of her life.
MadoHomu will be the eventual showdown.
The other girls will be trying to awaken her conciousness, trying to avoid Homura and the lost children while the world continues to crumble.
Madoka is able to make a second wish because she is still technically human. We wont know what that wish is. But it would probably something about Homura.
The showdown will result in Homura's defeat.
Madoka and Homura will reconcile (reconstructing the values destroyed by Rebellion as the original ending reconstructed the values the series destroyed)
Kyubey will probably plan something and MadoHomu will have to team up to stop it.
Sayaka and Nagisa bid farewell to Kyoko and Mami.
Homura is taken to Heaven with Madoka. Homura will stay by Madoka's side in Heaven so that God will never be lonely again. Homura's wish is finally granted.
That's what I would think.
TELL ME ABOUT SAYAKA
WHY DOES SHE WEAR THE MASK?!
Reminder that Madoka never loved Homura in any way. Homura doesn't deserve love and everyone knows it. She fid everything wrong and is even hated by her seiyuu. No forgiveness. Madoka willy happily murder her.
I dont think the MadoHomu stuff is a surprise. It seems they still love each other but they will be enemies in the movie. I think that was a given. Unless Shaft outright hates it's audience, this will be resolved.
I'm way more curious about the stuff going on with the other girls.
I am curious about about the return of witches too.
Maybe Shinbo thought that's super cool. He's known for being a huge Sayakafag.
Anyway it was concept.
If the animation for the Kimi no Gin no Niwa can be taken for anything, I sense:
Seperation (they dance separately)
A failed attempt to reach out (They fail to understand each other)
Further separation (They dance separately again)
Turmoil/disaster (the rain)
End of separation through confrontation. (they stand face to face)
Reconciliation (they successfully reach out to each other)
Based Nagisa ruining bad yuri moments.
>Devil, you merely adopted the despair. I was born in it, molded by it. I did not know hope until I was already dead.
>Sayaka a cute
I think we need to draw more of these.
The set up for conflict between them is only going to make their eventual reconciliation all the more gratifying.
Homu-hater disintegrate like Walpurgisnacht once the two affirm their love for each other.
>Madoka never loved Homura
you take that back
couldn't be farther from the truth tho
It won't unless it's Madoka and her boyfriend.
Madoka will murder hef and tell her she never neededher and hates her.
Madoka never loved Homura.
>the remaining homufags are also casual degenerates from tumblr
>finds gif source
nice job actually engaging in a proper argument 11/10
I've seen Nanoha, and most of her iconic lines revolve around becoming someone's friend through...well, sheer force, whether that be will or lasers.
Might be something about it in the first season when Nanoha was reaching out to Fate, but I'm not going back to check. Someone should divebomb the next Nanoha thread to pick their brains.
>divebomb the next Nanoha thread
I got this.
>Becoming friends with someone is really simple. You just have to call out her name. That's all you need to do at the beginning. Don't say "hey you," or call her "that person," but clearly look into her eyes and say her name. I'm Takamachi Nanoha. Just call me Nanoha.
shortly before Fate says Nanoha's name at the end of Season 1 (reproduced in the movie) and Nanoha begins to cry uncontrollably.
Requesting Madokami and Akuma Homura having a fun time
Is this fun, or too awkward?
Yeah, it's from when Nanoha defeats Fate and gives her her ribbons and promises to reunite (another big Nanoha reference in Madoka). I've seen Nanoha, but I am by no means well versed, so I'd love for someone to chime in.
I was just saying it seems more than just a simple use of a random quote. Considering their enemies atm, I see that as another hope that they wont have to kill each other..
All I know is we need more omnipotent flirting.
At this point Kyubei found out the strongest power source in the known universe is the power of yuri
IMO Kyubey will be the key to everything here. Madoka asking for his help at the end of the concept seems to imply he will play a pivotal role in trying to save Homura. I say save because she is states her usual line about saving magical girls from their hatred and despair right before she asks fairy-san.
From what I gathered, Madokami's idea of "together" is not the same as Homura's. After all,she did say that being God was pretty lonely.
The question you SHOULD be asking until, like everyone else, you give up on ever getting an answer, is how the hell did Homura become Homuakuma. Seriously, AI YO is the most bullshit plot twist ever.
Just a theory, but when she grabbed onto Madoka, she might have unleashed Kriemhild, the only known witch to have the power to cover a universe.
Homura is convinced she is in control, but it is possibly an illusion by Madokami's witch form, using Homura's thoughts and desires to warp everything. Kriemhild is in the concept trailer apparently.
And I guess Fairy-san might be a part of leaked power from Enkan.
I think it could be Homura because theyre standing in an empty field back to back (Madoka would call the devil "fairy" because she still loves her).
Others have suggested it's Kyubey and there is good evidence for that (he is called so in the proposal script for the series)
As long as we get a very definitely for realsies final and conclusionary ending, I'd be fine with that too. Honestly, if she can't find happiness she at least deserves her rest.
>Others have suggested it's Kyubey and there is good evidence for that (he is called so in the proposal script for the series)
He is also called fairy in Kazumi Magica i think and Suzune Magica too
"There's enough power in the sexual tension between you and Homura to prevent entropy!"
Yuri literaly saves the universe.
I said sexual tension, not love.
Kyubei is a pervert and represents SHAFTs vouterism.
I agree, I personally dont think she'll die because Gen wanted to write them a happy ending but couldnt figure out how to do it without it coming off as sappy and forced.
I think Rebellion introduced enough conflict to the mix for the characters to overcome that a "happy ending" leaning on the bittersweet side would feel genuinely earned.
This is from a quiz in Madoka talk show held in last sunday.
Q:What has been removed from Kyubey after episode 3?
A:A cute sound effect when he raises his tail.
Did you notice?
>spoiler tag ignored
Huh, thanks anons. Guess that's mystery solved.
Except the timeloop feedback was focused on Madoka because Madoka's destiny of becoming a magical girl was the one that kept being retconned from existence. Homura went through a thousand timelines while already being a magical girl. If it worked that way, she would've already had the power to defeat Walpurgisnacht and long before the anime's timeline.
You can't pretend that it makes any more sense that Madoka got pumped up by it. Frankly its a really shitty explanation for either. But that's what we've got.
So here, it didn't add to her current abilities but increased her potential the same way it increased Madoka's. This potential was realized when she became more than a witch through deeper understanding of herself. There, happy?
>homura stuck inside an endless recursion of time
>homura stuck inside an endless city because of incubators
>homura stuck inside an endless universe covered by a witch
100% completely agree.
If anything, this opens the door for them to unite as a concept. Homura's new form will replace Kriemhild's portion of the law of cycles. They will literally become married as a concept instead of her just entering the law of cycles.
Can't fathom why anyone would believe otherwise.
Nanoha never loved Fate. They're friends, roommates, and comrades in arms. They're literally straight.
Homura was always a bitch. That's why her parents abandoned her.
"Witch of salvation. Her nature is mercy. She absorbs any life on the planet into her newly created heaven--her barrier. The only way to defeat this witch is to make the world free of misfortune. If there's no grief in this world, she will believe this world is already a heaven."
Sound like a certain autistic devil giving everyone false happiness?
No matter how much fanfiction you write they'll never be gay.
Homura is giving no one happiness. She's torturing their souls constantly. Homura doesn't care about anyone but herself.
All this is official material, anon.
Whether you like it or not. :^)
>claims homura is 100% gay lesbian
>refuses to acknowledge nanofate
The MG powers are based on emotions, and Homura managed to get hundreds of timelines' worth of emotion obsessing over a single goal. The difference is that Madoka got that power automatically upon becoming a magical girl, while Homura had to unlock it by going "Ai Yo".
Thread got quiet all of a sudden.
MG powers are only based on Hope and Despair. Kyubey even said you cant raise your initial power level.
Madoka only increased because it restarted her pre-wish. She's the only one that stacks.
Nanoha-thread-in-a-thread hijack is a success, at any rate.
I can still mix it up a little.
I was linking you to a marginally higher quality image, appears to be source.
Prediction: Madoka grabbed Homulilly by mistake, Homulilly acted on Homura's impulses, Homulilly unsealed Kriemlind, Homulilly in Homura's body is the tool used by Kriemhild. Homura is still out there somewhere but we wont find that out til later. Real battle will be against god-tier witch.
In that case, thank you, I guess.
Can't help but wonder what could Madoka possibly do to make an enemy of Nanoha, let alone force her to use ACS mode.
Exchanging hair ties apparently.
Hold on, back up a bit. What's Homulily again?
Well, she tends to scale her power according to threat level, at least.
I've never thought about it, but my new headcanon is that
she wanted to steal Madoka's dress so she could wear it infront of Feito
Homulilly is Homura's witch form. If Sayaka and Octavia exist dualistically, then that would mean Homura and Homulilly also exist dualistically. Madoka stuck her hand in and ripped Homura out of Homulilly. There were 2 Homura's inside her witch.
