It was a fun ride, I'd watch the adaptation

The ending was bland because there was no buildup to give an emotional payoff. The ending of 1 was far more exciting. Just because Maria wins doesn't mean it was satisfying or interesting.

There's no fucking point in making an adaptation of a finished LN, no one would fund it, there's nothing to promote. On the other hand you have Kamachi who writes a new volume of Index every tuesday so there's no real big occasion to make an S3 of.
