They need 5 episodes just to get done with the arc lead up, King, Fubuki, the HA battle, Genos/Saitama vs Sonic, the restaurant scene, and Garou's hero hunt, 6 at most. That means 6-7 more episodes would be left for
-Getting the Heroes together
-The heroes finding the MA
-Getting pared up with the initial opponents
-Fighting them (which is an episode at the very least)
-Garou vs Darkshine
-The explanation of S class formation and Tatsumaki being the 'final weapon'
-Tatsu uprooting the base and splitting up the Heroes and Monsters
-Tatsumaki vs the Monsters and then getting beaten
-The Heroes vs the Monster Round 2 with the monsters dying off
-GOLDEN SPERM ARRIVES WITH A BLAST
-Garou becoming a limit breaker and defeating Golden Sperm and the Heroes
-Garou vs Saitama
-The immediate fallout where Saitama is now living in Headquarters in A city
All this plus consider Murata is going to expand on the key moments like with Boros vs Saitama.
