They wont, all parts have been very uniform internally but they'll keep changing styles for every part of the manga. Very fitting and so far very well done.

I read parts 1 and 2. Read Half of 3 before the shitty scans
Then watched it all, the anime stays pretty faithful to the first two parts and I don't see how not reading them hinders the Jojo experience (only talking about the first three parts)
The only reason people force themselves to read the first three parts, is so they can jump in to the good stuff which is everything after Stardust Crusaders. But that's my opinion.
