I remember watching that one a few years ago. Pretty interesting, though I feel like I didn't really learn a whole lot of new stuff because throughout the years it's rather unlikely to not learn about Tezuka and his work when you're following anime. I guess that's just what happens when someone is that influential and famous.

Most of you have probably seen Shirobako already. Obviously it's not really a documentary, but it does give a pretty good overview of what an anime studio is like. Interesting stuff.

There's been a lot of extras on dvds over the years, mostly interviews but some making of stuff. Not sure how much of it has made it online, probably only the really popular stuff.
