Just finished Steins;Gate
the Vita port of the visual novel
I wanna discuss it
How exactly did the divergence change to the Steins Gate worldline when the sending of the D-mail was what caused it to shift? I get that Kurisu's death was averted but doesn't Okabe send the mail not knowing she's actually alive? Or am I missing something?
Okabe does send the text after Kurisu is fake killed, then goes through the whole scenario again leading back to him standing in the lab after everything was resolved.
The whole point of the fake murder is so that whole cycle will always continue. It being fake means that after the vn the characters continue onto Steins;Gate rather than to Russia x USA WWIII
Good, because animufags missed out on better Suzuha characterization and best optional scene
Because of Reading Steiner, Okabe is the only one who notices divergence shifts. He's the only one who "travels" to the different worldlines, and so when the him traveled forward in time, he was able to essentially skip all of the jumping and end up at the perfect worldline.
Unless they decide to explain how divergence actually works however, there's not much of a reasonable explanation for that.
2839 times, give or take if she fucked up.
Okabe willingly gets himself stabbed
Hell yeah. It's that kind of ingenuity that beat the nazis you know.
I will never get over the Suzuha ending
>Okabe slowly going mad
>casually considers murdering Daru for the hell of it
>thinking about raping Suzuha
