What /a/ you think about this guy?

I think Vash was a terrible protag and I was never able to finish the show because of him.

Yeah... There were things I really did like about Trigun, but Vash's pacifism went to grating degrees for me.

I've heard the manga goes to darker places though. Wonder if it's handled differently.
