If you're combining multiple packages, the automated e-mails won't always say "received" in them somewhere. Looking back through old e-mails from them, it just looks like the same thing being sent until the last package arrives, and even then it's the same e-mail but with a "received: " line added.
They really need to work on their system, it gets pretty spammy at times.
