Daily reminder MS scans darkened the shit out of edgeneki.
Tokyo ghoul thread.
I heard blogspot was a good place for that, could you link me dear anon?
In Ishida's Sky Falls down poem is this part talking about Eto
"A failure of a God
She laughed and squeezed my throat.
It’s always like this.
Only people dull to pain hurt me.
She truly loved me,
Only she didn’t know how to love.
What a stupid God."
As far as we know.
Perhaps "Only she didn't know how to love" is referring to Kaneki being told to save Yoshimarus kid, and he realizes its Eto now? Other than that it just sounds like he gets rekt by her.
No, it's talking about how Kaneki's mother was sadistic and beat him. Most of the story has been "The Black Goat's Egg" with Kaneki as the main character, his sadistic urges he got from his mother even showed up when he was playing around as Haise. This picture here has the happiest smile he has shown throughout the series.
The whole "It's better to be the one hurt, then to hurt others" was a way for him to cope with his innate sadism as he wanted to be a better person then his mother. The reason why it seems he has given up wanting anything but to die, is that he realizes he's the same as his mother and can't escape his fate.
After Red Hair, this will be the next transformation mark this post.
I seriously hope not. There is no fucking way Eto is getting a happy ending.
Kaneki isn't out of the woods yet either, and is pretty much destined for tragedy by word of god. If KanekiXEto happened you can expect things not to end well for Kaneki.
Look at where the blood is coming from.
Also, pic related.
Theres a Theory That this was Furuta/Souta that got their picture taken with Eto
He surely posts more there than he ever did here.
>he gets rekt by her
That's good. I want this NeoKaneki to get fucked in the ass so hard. I don't know why, but this guy has been giving me Ayashit edgy vibes. Anyway it makes more sense than Noro getting killed by Qshits' plot armor and power ups.
Yeah, I still think Kaneki probably was referring to his mom because he was beaten by her in his repressed memories; and his mom was the only person he truly loved, but if the poem refers to Eto, I don't really mind. I guess.
Someone needs to call them out. These past threads have been full of deluded shipperfags who take anything they find as some hint or foreshadowing or proof for their delusional Eto/Kaneki pairing.
>Kaneki's mother was sadistic
>a way for him to cope with his innate sadism
Yeesh. No. His mother beat him because she had a breakdown.
She loved Kaneki, but she didn't know how to properly care for him and he got screwed up because of that. It's as simple as that. Happens in real life a lot. The parents don't have to be sadistic psychos, man.
>Anyway it makes more sense than Noro getting killed by Qshits' plot armor and power ups.
How was Noro getting killed a plot armor or power up faggot? Shirazu has to pay a huge price in increasing his attacks which is either dying or turning into an actual Half Ghoul that can't eat normal food. Literally all the investigators got there ass rekted with lots of damages by killing Noro. Kuriowa lost a fucking arm, Kuromoto got his ribs destroyed, Mutsuki is in a serious condition, and Urie got fucked.
Honestly I'm glad Noro got his shit rekted considering the only thing he does is spam his regeneration.
>Norofags getting salty because the Qs used teamwork to rekt his ass.
How? Be realistic now. Eto is a mass murdering terrorist and besides being Kaneki's former favorite author there as been no sign that he would ever start a relationship with her. The only ones Kaneki ever showed interest in are Rize and as Haise in Touka.
Kaneki was asked to save her and she wants to save him. It might not be romantic but something about their relationship will dynamically change from now.
Of course with Ishida saving could mean killing
Not that guy but if you try to read those "shipping" posts (yeah, I know those posts are insufferable as shit) you can see it's actually one guy who is repeating himself over and over again. He's the same guy who has been posting the Touka-Rio dank memes, writes fanfics about many characters, shitposts on Eto like he was an ESLfag, uses the same reaction images, and bring tumblr-tier theories like "Yamori raping Kaneki" one. I bet he's the reason why we have multiple threads in these days.
Kaneki also thought Eto was attractive
I'm not angry about how Noro died. The Qs pulled off some really good teamwork on him. I'm more angry about the fact that he died. I mean the dude was a complete mystery. I would've liked to know how he looks like, his backround and most importantly I wanted to know what this guy actually was. Now he's kill and we can only hope for some flashbacks explaining his existence.
>The reason why it seems he has given up wanting anything but to die, is that he realizes he's the same as his mother and can't escape his fate.
Nah, he's just a shitty tragic hero wanna be.
How do you guys want your tears to be served when pic happens? Should I just drink it in one go or savor it more?
>There is no fucking way Eto is getting a happy ending.
You know Eto doesn't necessarily supposed to end up with Kaneki just to get a happy ending. Maybe realizing her faults and sacrificing herself might be a good deed for once.
>touka is literally ishida's waifu
Yeah, sure bud, just because she's going to end up with an edge lord doesn't mean she's his favo. You know Saiko was his favo, Tsukiyama, and even Eto could be his favo.
Was it explained why Eto wear the bandages? Is it because her body gets fucked after going owl?
>Was it explained why Eto wear the bandages
Hiding her identity. And if you talking about transforming herself into a giant behemoth, her body is not being fucked in the processes, it's like a armor gathered around her, and she's literally controlling it like a mech
So uh, I was fucking around with the digital scans and this came out.
Is it horrible, /a/?
>which is either dying
Which won't happen since Urie has been thinking: "Don't die, muh nakama!" and Ishida doesn't have the balls to kill any of them off
>or turning into an actual Half Ghoul that can't eat normal food
Urie has almost broken all his frames in Auction arc and Ishida didn't focus on him eating human food. "I'm still a human so I can't eat humans" drama isn't so important at this point. I think Urie can deal with it. Even if this happens, CCG will take care of them. They're the CCG guinea pigs anyway.
>Literally all the investigators
Literally-who and side characters >Kuriowa lost a fucking arm
You mean Kuroiwa, he can either get a prosthetic arm or still fight like his father. He's a super human afterall
>Kuromoto got his ribs destroyed
*Kuramoto. He isn't dead and will recover in a couple of weeks.
>Mutsuki is in a serious condition
She just lost consciousness and isn't severely wounded; we can see it in the last chapter
>Urie got fucked
Did you read the last chapter? He's ok, he could even go and kill Noro. Fortunately, his wounds weren't so bad, right?
>Norofags blah blah blah
Oh I see. You're the shitposter-kunt. Nevermind, don't reply to me. Just keep bumping your thread, bud.
That Eto is a monster that put her own father in a Tube, and then harvested his organs for human experimentaiton? Great love intrest there but Kaneki and Amon will be placing her head on a pike as a warning to V.
>kuroiwa lost an arm
do you people eve read the manga
This what happens when there are daily threads.
Just because Eto is being Eto doesn't mean she's getting killed. And just because you saying she's going to die but guess what she won't,
yet or not
Who the fuck are you? Ishida? You think she's going to die from a horrible death? Did you forgot Haise's description about her lonely life? Who the fuck are you to judge her?
Going with popularity is not going to effect in the slightest the story, you mongol
> Who the fuck are you to judge her?
Some manga reader.
>Going with popularity is not going to effect in the slightest the story
Why do you think we are having another Tsukiyama arc?
You do realize that it was a Samefag argument, just ignore it. For an actual question, we see that Eto has a bigger Kakuja this time, does anyone think that it will evolve again, sort or like how a insect can change after moulting or pupating, during Re or After?
>calling other newfags
I think you don't know when to use this term, newshit
>Why do you think we are having another Tsukiyama arc?
What? HAHAHA! You think it's a good explanation? Kill yourself. You tell me why Tsukiyama didn't get any important fucking roles in this arc, it was Eto's fucking mindfuck arc. Don't you fucking dare.
I'm telling that to the retards who come here to act cancerous to parrot retarded theories, post shitty fanart and come here especially en masse when spoilers are dropped. Not someone who uses it as an art platform.
You talked about his arc and in his own arc he gets nothing from it. He did got a lot of screentimes but doesn't mean someone like Eto won't get it too, even in the first part Tsukiyama got a lot of screentime and it's has nothing to do with popularity
She saved her father, you dumbshit, but that didn't change the fact she resents the fuck out of him. So she dumped him in a vat for Kanou to work with.
She was born with a secret organization wanting her head, her mother dead and her father missing. Dumped in the godforsaken 24th ward. A shithole even ghouls are willing to eschew in favor of a life of hiding under constant danger of the doves.
That she has a personality that isn't entirely sociopathic is a fucking miracle.
> he gets nothing from it
>He did got a lot of screentimes
You just contradicted yourself.
>Tsukiyama got a lot of screentime and it's has nothing to do with popularity
He has always been popular with nips. You weren't there on twitter to see.
All those "kill yourself" and overreaction. That is why I am preparing a bucket for Etofags' tear when she dies.
Only problem I personally have with Touka being the love intrest is how painfully weak she was. I would hate to have her just regulated as a pocket pussy and a coffee shop owner all because she is an inferior version of Ayato combat wise.
>Did you forgot Haise's description about her lonely life? Who the fuck are you to judge her?
Don't care about the argument about Eto dying, but having the worst childhood imaginable doesn't excuse anything she has done.
>She saved her father
And then she continuously killed him by ripping out his kagune. You know ripping out a kagune is as painful as death right? That drove Rize to insanity.
>24th ward. A shithole
Aye and what is she doing now? Lashing on innocent ghouls like Banjou and co and forcing them to join a terrorist organization instead of wrecking the 24th ward? Torturing people like Kanae and Seidou seems justifiable right?
Eto didn't even target V for revenge. She wants to kill both human and ghouls.
> personality that isn't entirely sociopathic
She is already one.
>Why should I give a shit
Cause popularity matters yo.
>Using images that were posted on tg threads sure making you /tg/ only fag
Yeah I enjoy your salt.
>Cause popularity matters yo.
Yeah just like with Knights of Sidonia, or Chrome Shelled Regios, right?
What the fans are vocal about is always how it goes, except when it doesn't.
>die like a fucking dog after what Eto been through.
When her pussy is wrecked by Arima to death.
>You know ripping out a kagune is as painful as death right?
>That drove Rize to insanity.
No that's not right at all.
Rize had lost it when Kaneki visited her because Yomo was starving her. All to make sure she was so weak she could break out of a straight jacket. Rize could be perfectly sane at this point, for all we know.
I hope he faces some consequences for what he did. If he becomes a half ghoul than it would be a fitting trade, becoming the monster he a keeps telling himself nutcracker was.
>Yomo was starving her
So you are saying Yomo was the one who drove her to insanity? What a evil person Yomo-san!
Eto is a goodness right? She puts her father in a tube, harvesting his kakuhou all day long to save him!
that is why Etofags are delusional, just like their character.
This is actually a little fucked up, did they imprison her to make sure she didn't start binge eating again?
Also, what would happen if Rize met Kaneki now? Would he disgust her as some human that contains her organs?
>Redditors and tumblrinas finally learn how to make threads
>Now we have TG generals
>Shitposting general, snk2
TG threads are fucking done.
Look at the chapter where Kaneki meets her again, speedreader-kun.
Yomo tells Kaneki that Rize can't recognize him because he's been starving her for months. Giving her the barest minimum to survive, all so she's so weak she can't muster the strength to tear a straight jacket.
Let alone take out her kagune.
She was insane with hunger, not trauma.
Ahhh then why was she crying?
Yomo-san is such an evil person, senpai desu ka? Eto is such a nice person, saving her father.
TG threads died around when :re started, if not earlier. The constant general threads after its ending didn't help one but.
The fanbase on /a/ is dead, we may as well abandon it before we all lose our sanity.
He is the best material and the strongest ghoul we know of besides Eto herself. Seems pretty sane to chose him to be the donor, it's still fucked up but it makes sense why she chose him for Kanou.
still have no idea what happened in this panel
Make the text smaller so it fits in the bubbles especially in the first panel. Most people don't really give a fuck about typesetting though, it's cleaning that most people care about, typesetting second and redrawing third unless you need a lot of redrawing.
I haven't exactly caught up yet, but I just recently got into Tokyo Ghoul. I watched the anime but that's not important, but now i'm on chapter 12 of re.
Anyways, I was just wondering what the general sentiment about re was. Does everyone else find this whole memory loss/multiple personality thing as frustrating as I do?
It sucks that some of my favorite characters get way less of an insight into what they're thinking and a general part. It feels like in the last 50 or so chapters one of my favorites, Touka, was already becoming less of a factor. On top of that I hear she's barely a side character in re thus far.
I'll try to read up to 54 of re tonight and catchup.
I am killing myself extremely slowly at a pace proportional to the overall balance between currently living cells and currently dying cells but I definitely won't die before you do anon.
I plan too. It's just in general I've always greatly disliked things that stifle character development, or character interaction like kidnapping and amnesia.
You really think she's gonna get an arc?
Hm, I don't doubt that at all. That doesn't mean I really wanna throw away the older characters I especially liked like Hinami, and Touka. I know they'll have parts or whatever, I just dislike it.
Is this more to your liking?
I'm conflicted on the second page, left-most top panel, I don't like the way the text goes into the narrator box.
Filtered and every reply is another bump.
Here's some feedback. I don't do official scanlation groups so my standards are probably off but this one tends to get cited often for reasons that include bashing and reasons including that it's useful: http://translatoranon.tumblr.com/helpful-links
Man Touka sure is pretty now. Surely the best character
Not the guy who hasn't read it yet.
only old characters who died that I can think of are
Gagi and Guge, big madame was referenced in TG.
unless you count characters introduced in side materials as old.
Young Jump new Jokers ( Including Furuta, Kanae, and dark hair Kaneki).
Why the hell did his hair turn Black.
Honestly I don't understand it at all, it's plain retarded. Is this some sort of super saiyajin transformation? It honestly doesn't make sense
This is a manga where green hair is natural, some humans have evolved shark teeth, while other have diamond shape irises in their eyes, and yet you have a problem with color changing hair when it's already happened three times before?
I didn't know it was symbolic, that's why I asked. It doesn't make sense for his hair to change colors in 1 second because he "transformed" that has never been a thing before.
>three times before
Except those changes before where just people getting tortured, not because they went super saiyajin you retard.
Theoretically if a half ghoul and a full ghoul had a baby, would it be the same situation as a human and a ghoul? or would 75% ghoul be enough for the mother to not cannibalize the baby?
I'm asking because one day Kaneki, if he doesn't tragically die at some-point, will probably marry Touka and live happily ever after... I hope
Not that guy but even if there's stuff like unnatural hair colour and weird tooth shapes in this manga that still doesn't excuse the fact that Kaneki's hair colour changed in a couple seconds. He isn't a fucking chameleon.
I don't particularly have a problem with it but I can see how it's kind of bullshit. Having a strange hair color isn't the same as hair just straight changing color. It changing to white wasn't unheard of, something like Marie Antoinette-syndrome. But if it changes back to black or whatever again that's just unexplainable bullshit.
Yes it can be used as symbolism to fit with themes, but that suddenly doesn't make it not bullshit, even in the manga world.
It isn't far fetched for Ishida. Its already known he uses hair colour for symbolism. Haise's hair was getting increasingly darker and was obviously going to be fully black at one point. I don't see why its so difficult to accept his hair being black when you can accept his hair turning white after 10 days.
Do you even know what the fuck you're talking about?
The scans look filtered to hell, i could barely tell what happened on the last 2 pages
Because like I said, hair turning white in a situation like that, over 10 days, is a perfectly explainable, normal situation. In a manga like this, hair suddenly changing to black, is not however. It doesn't fit with the semi-realistic tone set. The only time hair color ever really changes that quickly in any other anime is when characters dye it, or they go through a magical transformation, in a manga even more far off from realism.
Honestly I think this type of stuff has more to do with experience and general feeling than realism, and hair changing in that situation just feels like bullshit.
Again, I'm not the guy who had a problem with it, but I don't see how you can defend it as perfectly reasonable "cuz manga" when that's not how it is at all.
Even in less realistic manga, if some unexplained random shit happens, it's usually deemed bullshit.
So the one in Ishida's twitter avatar is Joker Kaneki?
I think you guys take the nature of Kaneki's hair too scientifically. This is an often symbolic fiction. That it's back to a sheer black now has a significance beyond "omg it's not possible for hair color to change like that"
I'll humor you.
What the hell do you think was happening when his hair looked more black or more white in the previous chapters? From the beginning, we already knew that his roots were returning to black. It's impossible for his hair to become mostly white again from the tips; it has to start from the roots. So what was happening when his hair became predominantly white? Do you understand?
Whoops, meant to respond to this guy over here
It's absolutely retarded how you're trying to use "realism" as evidence for anything when it's clear that this has always been a matter of symbolism.
Kaneki's hair becoming white was both a symbolic and physical change. Haise's black roots and white hair tips at the beginning of the manga was too. The interplay between his hair becoming more black or more white? That's pure symbolism.
For a while now, his hair has been predominantly black. And now it's totally black. Definitely symbolic, but possibly a permanent physical change to show us that he's already completely recovered.
Yeah, they totally picked that arm up.
chiming in to say that I agree
but rather than showing recovery, I think the sheer black is meant to illustrate Kaneki having a clarity of mind, a newfound decisiveness that we've never seen in him since the beginning of the series.
Alright you're fucking retarded m8.
You really need to read more manga, or watch more anime, and get a feel for it. I understand this might be one of your first, Tokyo Ghoul is kind of entry level like that, but seriously.
Something being acceptable/realistic in the context of the series it's in or not has absolutely zero to do with if it's symbolic or not.
Every manga/anime has it's own innate style of realism, something unexplained, popping out of nowhere, that doesn't fit in with it, can't be labelled anything other than bullshit. Saying that is true or not can not be proven or disproven with "symbolism" in anyway, because it has nothing to do with it.
Again, I think you're mistaking something here. Just because something is bullshit doesn't mean it's not okay for the author to include it, but defending it to it's core and saying it's not bullshit because "muh symbolism" is wrong on every level.
Me saying this doesn't even mean I don't like it, I think it's a pretty cool thing to include, but that doesn't make it belong, or not stick out, or not inconsistent.
What happened here lately? The amount of redditors is unbelievable. We are used to tumblr, but for some reason reddit decided to invade us.
This thread is beyond newfaggotry. There's people asking if Saiko pepe is real, others asking if Ishida posts on /a/, and some are even considering going bother him in twitter.
And I'm not even going to mention the absurd amount of speedreaders claiming nonsense that never happened.
I didn't lurk for a week, and when I come back this place looks like some SnK thread. What the fuck.
Alright I read the entire manga today, so naturally I have a few questions or just points of discussion.
People seem to think that Eto and Kaneki are gonna have some sort of deeper connection. Some people even shipping them. Why is that? Were there signs leading up to it or pointing too it? I don't think there's really much besides Eto taking an interest in him is there?
Honestly Eto's situation is pretty sad all in all. I really feel for her, and since we haven't really seen the full extent of her being a brutal killer so it's hard to really see her as a true evil too. More of a victim of circumstance.
Besides that I really hope Kaneki doesn't actually go off the deep-end. Honestly my ideal ending for this manga would probably be
another timeskip where Touka and Kaneki live happily ever after. Although I think for anything like that to happen Kaneki would have to not go batshit psycho and would probably have to maintain a friendly relationship with the CCG.
Besides that, was it revealed who actually sent him the book he questioned Uta about?
Are the clowns actually good or evil in relation to Kaneki, the cafe people, or just in general I suppose?
It was kind of surprising to see Uta playing somewhat of a villain role at the auction?
On this panel does this mean the creepy fuck they were all fighting dies along with the nutcracker-weapon guy?
I think that's all I got for now. I really hope to see more of Touka and Hinami soon. I hope that Kaneki can protect Hinami even though she's in the prison right now. I really hope all this shit with Sasaki is done.
Uta played a neutral role at the auction. He sold human but at the same time he didn't warn the ghouls there about CCG trap.
>please be beware of the doves on your way home.
The Clowns predicted that CCG would come (the Mutsuki plan but not the Juuzo plan) and they didn't inform any ghouls there, letting them die.
Similar to Furuta, he didn't save Kijima who was his boss but he killed Matsumae.
Clowns are chaotic neutral because they don't defend ghoul or human. They just do whatever they think it's fun.
>People seem to think that Eto and Kaneki are gonna have some sort of deeper connection. Some people even shipping them. Why is that? Were there signs leading up to it or pointing too it? I don't think there's really much besides Eto taking an interest in him is there?
I know /a/ seems to hate Batoto but this guy here makes an interesting analysis of Eto and her intentions with Kaneki
Some more questions.
Was it revealed exactly WHY Hinami decided to join Aogiri tree?
Was it implied that Yoshimura is the source for some of these new half ghouls in Aogiri tree?
What about the half ghouls that are with the CCG?
Sorry if some of this stuff was obvious, I did read every single page but maybe some of the heavier/more technical stuff not as thoroughly.
It's weird to me how the CCG can totally look a fucked up human like Suzuya but still slaughter even the most harmless ghouls, I guess that's kind of one of the main themes though.
Have we seen anything else from Amon at all in re that I just missed?
Like I said I'm new to Tokyo Ghoul, but I have seen that already and looked into it. Are people actually bothered by the fact some non-existent, non-canon character in a spin-off game mighta had a relationship with Touka? I mean it's a game, which wasn't even canon. That bothers or effects me in no way as someone who thinks Touka is my favorite character.
Hm I guess it would have to be something like that. It was just weird to me because I thought Uta and Roma were like friends with Kaneki, Roma more just idolizing him, so it seemed weird to me they would do some things that might work against him or put him in danger.
>Was it revealed exactly WHY Hinami decided to join Aogiri tree?
To become strong like Kaneki
>Was it implied that Yoshimura is the source for some of these new half ghouls in Aogiri tree?
>What about the half ghouls that are with the CCG?
Those aren't half ghouls. They have modified quinque inside their body which resembles the Kakuhou
>Have we seen anything else from Amon at all in re that I just missed?
>Hm I guess it would have to be something like that. It was just weird to me because I thought Uta and Roma were like friends with Kaneki, Roma more just idolizing him, so it seemed weird to me they would do some things that might work against him or put him in danger.
They were making fun of him when he lost to Arima in part 1. Are you sure you read that as well?
I think it was more I read it, but there was a lot of things I didn't bother to fully understand or look into til now, because I was focused on getting to the rest of the story and the most important parts/storylines that intrigued me. I suppose that would make sense then, clowns are kinda dicks.
Honestly a really interesting theory where the points make a lot of sense. I don't know that a Kaneki x Eto ending is what I want, but I honestly do hope that Kaneki finds someway to save her, although doubtful. If this theory holds any water though the only way for her to be saved then could possible be a Kaneki x Eto which I wouldn't be a huge fan of considering Touka's my favorite.
I think it would be too sad for her to never be saved. I'm not sure she can be redeemed or forgiven for her actions considering she's pretty far off the deep-end when it comes to that, but it'd be nice to see her get some comfort and an escape from her loneliness, maybe change for the better a bit.
No offense anon but I think you should read it again. A lot of your questions have already been answered in the manga, like this >>133995982 its a great one to reread anyway since you have things like the chin touch, checkerboards, centipedes and tarot cards.
I mean I don't think my understanding is that shallow, I just missed a few things. With all the questions I posted answered there isn't really anything else I don't understand/missed I'm pretty sure. I was decently thorough for most of it and even looked things up on the wiki regularly.
>Why does Ishida have godly taste
He also ships Touka with Rio. The jail scenario is supposed to be 500 page of Rio x Touka.
I'm not sure that qualifies as shipping with Rio. Isn't Rio just basically your standard game protagonist? I could understand if he was his own, fleshed-out manga character, but I hardly think it means anything for the MC of a game to a scene with Touka, and that being taken as shipping. That could easily be either self-insert, or just him really liking Touka. What-have you.
The point isn't shipping? It has nothing to do with it.
But romance is a huge thing in general. It is at least in a small way, a part of most stories. I understand that you don't want it to be the focus and you're probably frustrated that some people would see it that way. You're probably one of those people who see anything that has romance as the focus as absolute cancer without even trying to understand it.
If you read the theory I was responding to, you could see how there might be some connection and basis in there, instead of just dismissing it as shipping.
Besides that I never said romance or anything romantic was the focus of this manga, it's far, far, far from it. But saying that it couldn't play any part in it whatsoever is extremely naive and close-minded. I'm not choosing to focus on it as the story in a whole, but I'm choosing to focus on it a bit as a point of discussion. (Like many other things about this story that can be points of discussion but are far from the focus of the story)
>he's also quite literally upside down
>the best man at Kaneki's Wedding?
>would help with everything
>get hori as the wedding photographer
I think Tsukiyama deserves this one
>Those aren't half ghouls. They have modified quinque inside their body which resembles the Kakuhou
To expand on this: It's kind of a quinque, but it's essentially a kakuhou coated with quinque steel, so when the kakuhou is activated the kagune only comes out in a preset shape (the same way actual quinques work, really). I suspect that's why the shape goes a bit crazy at around F4.
Not him, but the transition between the last and 2nd to the last panel seems to imply they're separate people, as that's Urie's head laying down on the floor there. In which case, what we originally thought was a severed hand may be a fucked up hand. Unless, well, Bujin's severed left arm just landed close to his right hand.
I don't see any cut off arm there. If it's the upper left he's pretty clearly getting his arm knocked away and his weapon out of his hand, but the arm itself is still intact. You can see his fingers and everything.
Honestly, I think this whole progression could be explained up until the very last part.
>hair turns white from constant torture
Obvious. Something that could actually happen
When he turned into Sasaki it honestly look like he just dyed it, or maybe it was growing back in its natural color. Yea growing back was probably the intention.
It'd be pretty possible for his hair to turn back to black in the timeframe that it did, I think just going from having like gray tips to suddenly all black is a bit of a leap
What? You can't put two and two together with a joker card and a clown mask?
Reminder that Ui did jack shit this entire arc.
So Michibata is associate special class and yet he serves/ed under Kuramoto who is only first class ? Weird.
Kaneki always referred to his mom as the most hardworking and loving person he had ever known. Only in the recent chapter we got to know how his mother really was.
Kaneki's suffering and Kaneki's personality and his whole world depends on his mom and is built on his mother's actions. She's the trigger of his psych and that's why she can therefore be reffered to as his personal "god"
No one asked him actually. Some frogfag posted a frog meme and Ishida saw it and asked "what's the name of that green creature?", people told him it is Pepe and about in an hour he posted Pepe Saiko.
Eto sure is lucky to have Tatara. That girl is a fucking terrible leader.
I hope Tatara shits on Eto for the fuckery she caused here. They fucking lost Noro and didn't get a Quinx back for Kanou.
That's because she's just a figurehead, nothing more. Tatara calls the shots
Tatara's super based, though. He takes shit from no one.
I guess the jokers have lost all charm. Well this (Furuta-Dark Haired Kaneki-Kanae) is a new set, so I'm not very surprised. Wonder whether we'll be getting a new Joker in this new group (Floppy pls) or it'll be 3 Jokers just like the old one (Arima-Juuzou-Seidou)
Heh, I thought it'd be Noro or Kaneki but I wanted him to be Kaneki so badly. Feels good man.
>get a quinx back for Kanou
When did Kanou ask for a Quinx, retard? He just wanted to study Quinx operation using Gagi and Guge's bodies. Try to re-read the manga and don't spout your shitty fanfics here, speedreader-kun.
IV is the Emperor
>Reversed, the Emperor can suggest that there is an over-use and abuse of authoritative power surrounding you at this time. He can be incredibly domineering and rigid in his thinking. It could be originating from you or from another person, often a boss, partner or a father-figure. There may be an insecure man throwing his weight around who has a need for control.
I swear if this faggot doesn't grow back his hand, I'll be fucking livid.
This dude has literally regenerated himself through worse wounds.
And if Kaneki just won't regenerate it "because", then it'll just feel like a fucking shonen where style precedes the actual established logic of regeneration, and where Kaneki will literally have lost a limb permanently because Ishida prefers it that way, even though it directly contradicts what ghouls are capable of.
If he doesn't regenerate it to prove a point or to leave it as a reminder, or to handicap himself in battles, then that'll be even more of a shonenfag thing.
Please Ishida, don't go down the hack route.
>Living happily ever after
Why would that ever happen, anon?
Doesn't matter newshit.
First, of all waifu means a replacement for a real girlfriend/wife.
Second, Touka WAS mc from the first part. Eto literally hasn't STILL shown much because her motives are unclear and she's little bit hated by others so why would he draw her?
Tsukiyama was happy to just reattach his arm, let alone grow it back. There's already precident tor missing limbs not growing back.
We have never seen it happen, only grievous chest wounds and the like.
Tsukiyama is an S-rated Koukaku.
Takizawa, who is an ukaku, not even a rinkaku, and weaker than Kaneki, did it.
Plus, do you think nearly an entire half of his torso being regenerated from nothing isn't more intensive or at least as intensive?
The only precedent would be Kaneki's toes growing back as well as the holes made through his torso or arms.
I suppose it would depend a lot on how complicated the nerves are in the area? Or something like that? For how long it takes to regenerate from damage anyway, or if it's even possible. Naki, for example, does not seem to have that strong of a healing ability, hence the holes in his ears.
The closest you'll have is Twisted Hell's scanlations since they use the tankobons. But they have shit translations. Also since no one has all the digital raws its unlikely, let alone the fact we can't even get decent translations.
That's what I'm working on.
1-3 & 31.5-53: https://madokami.com/lpdq6j.7z
He's actually turning into pic related.
>Fucking ISIS scans.
Not that their cleaning isn't shit, but it's not really their fault mainly.
They worked off the raws which are shit quality to begin with and came out long before the good YJ scans.
> Takizawa, who is an ukaku, not even a rinkaku, and weaker than Kaneki, did it.
I don't think that's a good example, since his transition from half a body to a half-ghoul over the span of 3 years is unclear. If you mean during the auction arc, it was reattached not regenerated.
