Why are people going on about this? Kaneki has been, and is still on RC suppressants which slow a ghoul's healing down to the same level as a human since RE started and he still heals faster then any other ghoul. He'll probably get a draw with Eto, but that would still be impressive because he's badly injured and pumped full of drugs to make him weaker.

Although I'm not sure if it's been used on Haise in the past or not, if it hasn't, then it is definitely meant to signify Kaneki.

Most ghouls never shed into kakujas because you would need to eat properly to mature and reach that "puberty" age. Since most ghouls eating human meat do it to sustenance, and with low quality I might add, for that purpose.
