Last I checked, the only time this ever happened was in Digimon Masters. There's no reason to believe that this would happen. It'd be one thing if there were some kind of hint or evidence, but there isn't.

To begin with, there's no reason for VictoryGreymon to be a thing when Omegamon exists. In every single thing in which both of them appear, Omegamon is always stronger than VictoryGreymon in terms of stats and abilities.

I actually liked that Tai was grappling with a more complex conception of the world. He's not longer okay with his digimon running rampant and destroying everything.
